I stayed on at the hotel on a saturday night after having "girls night out" in covington and downtown. The hotel was very clean and the rooms nice. The beds were awesome, so comfortbale! The front desk girl was so very nice and helpful and seemed to really enjoy her job. Excellent place to stay downtown. The room was nice enough, but the elevator in the underground parking garage wasn't working. We climbed to ground level only to end up in a dark alley, the door locked behind us, so we were on our own to find the front of the hotel. Things happen. Stayed for a weekend get-away. Location is convenient to restaurants and bars. However being in the business district area during the weekend is a bit dead. Overall the hotel is nicely maintain and rooms are cleaned. Fitness center is adequately equipped, however it was disappointing that whirlpool was closed for renovation.

Overall the hotel was just OK. The sohwer curtain rod was broken and the lamo between the bed seemed to a have an electric problem of some sort; it would flicker at the slightest touch. Two room suite was great. The pool needs a little work, but service was top-notch!

The location of the hotel was great and that is why we booked it. Close to everything. However, we got into our room and there were several light bulbs out and barely enough lighting in the bathroom to see. We were exhausted from being in a training since early morning and upon check-in decided to take a short nap before our dinner reservations. That […] was short lived when someone opened our door unexpectedly and then left. We also kept getting phone calls where the caller would hang up on us when we answered. This happed late at night and early the next morning. Also we heard the waiter from room service yelling down the hallway for a good 5-7 minutes to another employee about the basketball game that he had been watching- it was only 7:00 am. I just got back from a weekend in Cincinnati and I stayed here. It was great! The room was super clean and the employees were very nice and accommodating. I would totally recommend it. Room service is fast and the food is pretty good too.

The Beds looked very inviting, but it was like sleeping on sand paper. Every move you made, you could hear the sheets. It was horrible!

It was a great stay at the westin the facility was fabulous and the staff was wonderful

Our stay at the Westin was wonderful. The location is right in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, so we enjoyed walking around the city. The hotel lobby was expansive and the cafeteria was very convenient, fast, and had great food. Our room was very comfortable. My only complaint is that there was a $9.99 charge for using WiFi. While we were checking in my wife and I discussed with Julie the frontdesk person that we had originally stayed at the Westin on our wedding night 30 yrs ago. Without us asking she upgraded our room with a wonderful view. GREAT location! Right at fountain square and connected to all popular venues for conferences and events. The room was clean, had a great view, and a comfy bed. This hotel could use some new sound insulation in the hallways and interior walls, but nothing too bad.

This hotel had a great location for the concert we were in town to see but no free wireless? really? and the price of breakfast was wayyyy to high! no room service at all and only a lobby location to buy a very expensive coke. The room was beautiful but the view of an abandon building was disappointing. The cooler in the room did not work but the double shower head really made up for any issues I may have had with the room. I thought that the hotel was in a great location, there was so much to do within walking distance.

If you are taking in an event at one of the sporting arenas this location can't be beat. It is in convenient walking distance to US Bank Arena and Great American Ballpark. If you are looking for a spot to hang out after 11 however, we didn't have much luck. But the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was accommodating. I will definitely stay […] here again. Would like firmer or fluffier pillows. Otherwise a wonderful location and very nice hotel. Wonderful shower.

The Westin was perfect! Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, great views, awesome shower. I recommend it!

We could not have been more pleased with our recent stay. Upon reservations we mentioned that it was our anniversary and if it was possible, we would love a room with a view. They not only upgraded us, the management also sent up a bottle of champagne and strawberries. We were only there for 5 hours but it was very nice. I wish we could have spent more time there.

The location was great. Walls were thin as you could hear neighbors when talking in a normal voice. Bed needed new mattress. Staff was great. The wifi and internet was charging 9.99 per day. That was truly outrageous!

It's in the heart of downtown so we were able to walk to lots of great places. Parking wasn't too bad either for keeping your car downtown overnight. Rooms were clean and comfy and the pool/hot tub were fun with some cool views!

From the moment we checked in we were treated with incredible respect and the service did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. We checked in early and checked out late with no problems. Our room had an amazing view of fountain square and the bed was very comfortable. Loved this hotel.

The hotel's location and the view from the the room of fountain Square could not have been more perfect. This is why I chose to pay such a premium price. However, the hotel is too big and impersonal. I had to call the front desk to get them delivered so that we could leave our room and enjoy the fest, the whole reason we stayed there. We stayed at the Westin when we went to Cincinnati to see a Reds game vs the Washington Nationals. This is the closest hotel to the ballpark (Great American Park). We walked instead of driving and it was a very short walk. The hotel was very nice, but the elevators were a ridiculously long wait (sometimes up to 30 min). The problem with them is every […] elevator passenger has to insert their room key into the button panel before pushing the button to have the elevator stop at their floor. People could not figure out how to use it, so there were big backups at the elevator, and there are basically no stairs to use (the hotel has them almost hidden as they apparently dont want customers to use them). Nice hotel, with great staff at front desk. Large rooms. Good place for breakfast downstairs. Not many restaurants in the area however. Convenient to Reds ballpark.

Needed a frig but none available - had old bar - need to replace with frig.

the best thing about this hotel was that i went to a reds/braves game and the braves actaully stay at this hotel. it was cool just seeing them all hang out in the lobby and walking around. it is placed well and is close to most everything. bad thing is that you have to pay $15 a night to park or $5 every 8 hrs. room was clean but the bathtub didn't […] want to drain. it backed up instantly and took forever to drain out. you do have a great view of the city if you are up high. overall i enjoyed my stay here and i would stay here again. but i do have to say that my room was not worth the money i paid for it.
