I have stayed at this property previously and did not have a good experience. There has been physical upgrades made and it is not a good venue.

Great hotel and price. Friendly staff. Clean room. Was given a disabled-enabled room and therefore there was no tub with it. However, the shower was ok but had no place to hang hand-held shower head. Tried the restaurant. Food menu has a good range of choices but I found the food a bit too salty for my taste. Less than a mile up the road was a mall with an inexpensive Chinese buffet. We booked this on line and didn't know what to expect! It was more than we might have expected for an over night stay. I can't say enough for it. I would recommend it for a family, a couple, or just anyone!!!!

Hotel was busy and noisy. Lots of kids in all the water park area. If you are looking for place to take kids its a great idea, but if looking for a simple stop on the way to somewhere this is not your best option.

I had read all of the reviews and was somewhat confused as there were conflicting reports. I decided to try it out on my own. We took our family of 5 to stay here for a quick summer vacation. Our room was very nice. There is no tub for the kids but mine 7 and 3 didn't mind taking a shower. Also could have given the baby a bath in the sink but just rinsed […] hime in the shower as well. The water park was awesome and the hotel was full but my kids still were able to play safely in all of the areas! It is very nicely located on the interstate for easy moving around the city. I do recommend checking in early and using the water park early to avoid a little bit of the crowd or using in the morning before check out if you are an early riser. The 2 guys at the check-in desk were very "short" and rude. Not at all accommodating! Even when I asked for a receipt when checking out they told me they could not provide me with one and I would have to go online in order to get a receipt!!

This hotel was wonderful. The staff is excellent. I would stay here again. It is great for children of all ages. The waterslides were so much fun. It is located close to the Merle Hay Mall, Valley West Mall, and Jordan Creek Mall. You could not ask for a nicer place to stay for a family vacation.

Our kids loved the water park as it was age appropriate for our 4 and 1 year old. Would have given a 5 for the rating but the bathroom did not have a tub and for a water park hotel everyone wants to shower after being in chlorine all day. We picked this hotel specifically for the water park. Both of our kids (ages 4 and 2) loved it! The shallow pool has a pirate ship with slides and water spouts as well as another smaller ship that is also a slide. I was on a road trip across the country and just looking for a clean, comfortable place near the highway to stay the night. I was unaware of the pirate-themed waterpark on the interior of this place when I booked it. The only downsides were that the whole place reeked of chlorine and the rooms had odd windows to the interior. "Hall noise is my only complaint"
I was pleasantly surprised with the decor and comfort of the Ramada. The room was recently remodeled and exceeded my expecations. The bed was comfortable, the mini fridge and microwave were a nice addition to the room, and the hotel itself was very nice, well laid out, and easy to access. The fitness room had the equipment I needed for an early morning […] workout. My complaint is not about the hotel, but the group of "adults" who came down my hall at around 2:30am. They were very loud, appeared to be drunk, were slamming doors and yelling across the hall to each other, I was ready to call the front desk and complain but they finally settled down around 3:30am. "Great family hotel"
The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very quiet. We had a king suit that was right by the waterpark and it was huge, comfortable and quiet. Amy was our server at the tiki bar and the restaurant. She did a incredible job. We had 6 people and all of our food was incredible from hamburgers to pasta to walleye. We will definitely go back.

Hotel is designed around a family visit with a number of water park like attractions in the center of the hotel and other game offerings. The upper floors should be used if your visit is more business related as the number of children can be rather loud in the halls. I stayed a full week and found the hotel packed from Friday to Sunday and near desolate […] during the week. If you are planning to be there for business as I was you will find the weekdays quiet. The is an ample fitness room that seemed to be used only by me during the week I was there. The rooms were well maintained but housekeeping did miss a number of cobwebs in the corners and at the ceiling. The restaurant in the hotel has reasonably priced food. The hamburgers were thick and juicy but I found the Pizza one of the worst I have ever had. The cheese on the pizza left an unpleasant after taste that was difficult to get past. You would be better off with one of the many one-of-kind pizza parlors nearby. Access to and from the hotel was easy and the surrounding area was well maintained. Overall a pleasant experience.
