Holiday Inn Orangeburg - Orangeburg

Breakfast not included as stated. Booked two double beds for 2 adults and 1 child. Given 1 queen upon check in and would not move us. Room was mixed in a group of wedding goers who kept us up until 3 AM. All in all nice hotel just bad location of room.

Upon arriving at the hotel the sfaff at the front desk was very friendly and greated us warmly. The room was not well cleaned we found a lighter on the floor and the bath-room tiles had mold and the pluming was not great in the tub water ran out very slowly.

The hotel has been expanded recently. We stayed in the older section close to the front desk. Room was comfortable. Found that toilet was stopped (with topilet paper) when we arrived. It was immediately fixed. Did not eat at the hotel, but restaurant looked nice, was very busy while we were there. Every other thing is ok except for thebreakfast which is totally ZERO

Nicely remodeled and in a very convenient location to Pearl River and Orangeburg.

Did a football wekend at west point and this worked very well. Only problem was the "free" breakfast; it was not very tasty or well provided. Also there was a charge for the weekend -- bad enough when it was free but at $8 - $14 it was highway robbery

Convenient, but mold issue was a real problem. Shower curtain smelled nasty. AC did not work nearly well enough. Air overall in room was just dank and unpleasant.

This hotel was one of the best in a while. The service was good even late at night. We got back before the bar closed and the bar tender was really nice. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The area also has a lot to do.

I had a meeting in a town nearby, and actually got there way before there standard check -in time. They were extremely accommodating, and actually had the room ready for me before I even arrived!

The hotel was clean and staff were accomodating an early check-in and 1 hour late check-out. Good size refrigirator. Great pool and court yard with a life guard. Walking distance to about 3-4 restaurants and good breakfast at its own restaurant. The only minor complaint: our room was non-smoking but cross the hall were smoking rooms so hall way (not […] our room) had a bit smoke smell when we first walked in. The first room we were assigned had wet carpets and a smell from whatever was used on the carpets. We asked for another room and were given another one which appeared at first to be better. It was however, we had turned off the air conditioner before we left for dinner and when we returned smelled the same smell and the floor was not wet but was damp. […] At that point, we were too tired to switch rooms once again. We also had prepaid for the room and although I showed my credit card when we checked in, they did not keep a record of it at the desk. When we charged breakfast to the room, it would not process and the restaurant called us. I told them I would be down to pay the $6.40 charge when we checked out in a half hour. We received another call saying they could charge it to our room and then another call saying they could not and would we pay it. I found all this very annoying and frustrating. További részletek

My Fiance and I had a wedding to attend and thought it would be a good idea to stay around the area. This Hotel was just a mile away from the reception and we only stayed for one night. When we go there the lobby was nice and clean. Our room was okay, smelled a little musty. The bathroom's sink/top was very small. I could barely fit anything on there […] and it made getting myself ready for the wedding hard. The toilet had an extra seat attached to it with handle bars. the bathroom was negeleted and looked old even as they advertized that the hotel is newly renovated. we reserved a king size bed and got a queen or full size and that was disapointing to us. but all in all it was a nice stay and very convienent to wedding hall. Thank you
