Decent hotel. Good value but not a great location at night. Room decent size and had all the basics.

An elegant hotel - at one time. Many little things need attention but I guess a 15th floor window that seemed like it could be pulled out of the window jam may not be minor. All staff were wonderful! I guess it wasn't too bad for the price and location.

The staff was pleasant, responsive, and amazing. However, the building itself needs work. This is a case of "you get what you pay for." This hotel is cheaper than most in the neighborhood. The night clerk was not very accommodating and could take a lesson on custermer service from the day clerk. The beds were so uncomfortable, the room smelled bad, and to top it off the bathroom vent was caked with dirt and dust where you had to wash your face and brush your teeth..

The room was nice and clean and the internet was fast. The free parking package was confusing and ended up costing an extra 30$ due to parking in the wrong spot and not knowing to have the ticket endorsed. This was not reimbursed and should have been better explained.

A convenient and historic building, but not remodelled up to the par of a Radisson. A 6" portion of the carpet appears to have been melted, and the condition of the tub was that of a 40 year old house.

Historic charm was amazing, but the hotel could use some new flavor. Couldn't reach lost & found during business hours. Standard tube TV in 2013 @ $120 a night. Stayed @ another downtown hotel the next night @ the same price. Better experience then.

Not pleased. Got there a little early(2pm) Told no one can check in til 3pm, so we wanted to go to the restaurant to wait, it just closed. Then told nothing close by-found out later that that was a LIE-the sheraton had a wonderful restaurant right across the street. Front desk not helpful at all.V

The hotel is in a very tight location, but good for the inner harbor. Parking is either valet for 30.00 or park yourself for 15.00 which is four blocks over then you park underground. Then you walk up 3 or 4 flight escalator that is broke. We had to request to move our room due to previous quests were smoking in the room and left the smell, had an immediate […] headache. The interior of the hotel is clean and very nicely decorated. Very vintage and ornate. Being old, it wasn't very modern but had everything we needed. It was a 4-block walk from the harbor and very inexpensive. Exactly what we were looking for.

It has the perfect location as we were attending a game. Only thing the room did not have the tv remote, we had to call for it, and in the morning we noticed that housekeeping forgot to refill the coffee, we only had tea. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay here this weekend. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Inner Harbor, which made the location convenient enough; but unfortunately, that was the high point. The large lobby gave off the right impression when we checked in, but it was all downhill from there. They have the smallest elevators I've ever been […] in, the hallways look like something from either a hospital or a hotel-based horror movie, and the room was nothing at all like the photographs online suggested. It was extremely tiny, and not the most comfortable. You can tell the building itself is very old, but sadly, it doesn't seem like it's ever been updated at all. Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that I knew I could keep my car at the hotel's parking area while I spent the day at the harbor, I would have cancelled my second night. Location is great, especially to go to a game at Camden Yards, but hotel parking is difficult to find. Hotel needs better cleaning and up-keep; there was hair on the bathroom floor, refrigerator had tape in place of a shelf, and there was a closet door missing.

It was still a good hotel... just old. The parking was something else... you drive 3 blocks away to get to the underground parking but end up semi close...

This is a great hotel. We have stayed here numerous times and plan to return again. It is within walking distance to the harbor and museums. The only downside was the sleep number bed. We kept falling into the seam in the center of the bed between the two sides.

The little details are what ruined my experience. I was told there would be water in my room and there was not. When I went to make coffee, there was still a used coffee pod left in the coffeemaker (I'm not sure how long it had been there). Our room was not ready at 5:30 pm when we wanted to check in (usually OK to check in at 3 pm). When we arrived after attending the O's baseball game our room was available but was smelled of smoke. The hotel needs updating - cracked tiles in the bathroom, old furniture, ancient elevators. Beds were OK though. Screeching drunk college kids in the lobby as we arrived with our family, tired after many hours of driving. We lucked out that they weren't staying on our floor and we were able to sleep.

Our stay was very pleasant. Very friendly and personable staff. Room was clean and neat. A little on the small side. This was a pretty weak hotel, with spotty service. One guy was nice, and one lady acted like she was doing you a service just by talking to you. I would not revisit this hotel. The neighborhood wasn't great, and the parking garage always had the feel of a robber lurking in the corner.

We took a 3 day 2 night trip to Baltimore Inner Harbor..we arrived early, but instead of turning us away, they offered the rooms they had ready, or to store our bags for us! Very nice! When we finally checked in, the very helpful door men loaded all of our bags on a cart and took us to our room! Our room was overall very nice...we even had an upgraded […] sleep number bed, which we had not paid the fee for :-) The rooms could most definitely use an overhaul...kinda run down, but not too bad! We had a slightly annoying experience when we went for ice...our floor's ice machine didnt work...went to the next floor down, didnt work either!...went to the next floor, that one was missing all together!...went one more floor down and finally got some ice!! Annoying! Then the snack machine ate my husbands money and gave no snack! So their machines need some work for sure! The parking garage we used was very close, and the hotel advertized a $15/day parking cost...which is very good there! The day we left, the garage tried to charge us $78!!!!!!!!! Whoa!! So I re-parked and walked back to the hotel and without hesitation, they allowed me to pay them the $15 /day, and validated my ticket and we left with no problems! Very happy with that part! So overall our stay was acceptable with a few kinks that could be worked out! We would definitely stay there again...the location was fantastic for the price! Our sleep number bed was ridiculously uncomfortable (after we found the remote for it hidden under the bed). Hotel was walking distance to the convention center and the inner harbor area, but there are some nearby areas that you might want to avoid if you're alone at night. The rooms do not have a refrigerators, but are quite good sized. I didn't like the sleep number bed, but that could be my personal preference. The room was a bit musty and repairs in the bathroom looked sloppy. I was happy with water pressure, but temperature would fluctuate quite a lot while I was in the shower, from colder than lukewarm to just a little too hot. Overall, if you're looking for a reasonably priced place to stay near inner harbor, this is a solid option. If you're interested in something top notch, you might want to try elsewhere.
