I am sorry to say that the condition of this hotel is extremely poor. Wallpaper was pulled off by the side of the elevator, a urine smell when entering the hotel, paint flaked off areas, windows in the entry were dingy and basically the property looked very unkempt. The only reason I did stay there was because my credit card had already been charged; […] however, I did not feel safe. Although I had a non-smoking room, obviously it had been smoked in. The only redeeming factor was that the fellow at the front desk was very nice and assisted me when the keycard to my room did not work. This place needs updating or demolition. Close to good enough restaurants. 4th floor refurbished - good job. Water pressure not good, expect to take twice as long. Internet always seems to drop - my 3rd stay there. very lack luster decor. over all the place looks like a transient hotel. the staff is friendly but powerless to make changes or accomodations. the wi fi was available but continuosly overloaded. In the 72 hours I was ther i was only able to fully contect to a usable signal twice and never more then 3 mins duration. the staff prefered to […] ask what I had done to help myself rather than ask what they could do to help me. I ended up going across the street to the parking lot of the neighboring hotel and piggybacking their wi-fi. the refrigerator had the temp control knob removed presumably as a cost saving measure but that in itself is low class. The cleaning supply closet is located in the breakfast area. the folding double doors to the cleaning supplies and sink was usually open to full view and smell. pretty low class and unappitizisng for breakfast. the computer usage and television (channel information was out of date. generally the entire stay was an unpleasant and frustrating one. The room was worn and the deadbolt lock did not work. Service was amiable. Breakfast was adequate.

Was nice to get breakfast in the morning, but our room smelled of male urine. . .we bought a room freshener just so we could cover up the smell. The carpet was gross and the bathroom was so small you could barely turn around in it. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the price was the lowest around for being we went over the new year.

We were in town for my sister's graduation and needed a cheap place to stay for two nights. This hit the spot. It was basic, but clean. Bed/pillows were a bit uncomfortable and water pressure was low, but other than that, it was fine for the price. The continental breakfast was a big perk for us. Not just rolls and fruit. The Days Inn - Roseville, is an unexpected treasure off of Hwy 35 N. Our room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was plentyful and delicious. I give it 5 stars!!!!

This is a "you get what you pay for" stay. I have stayed several times. There are other hotels nearby, but they are much more expensive. Again, you get what you pay for. I prefer to pay less, and not expect a 5 star hotel. People are always freindly, breakfast is a plus, beds are comfortable. I needed a hotel asap. I was able to book this hotel without any trouble. It is a clean and comfortable hotel. Nothing super fancy but the price was right! What will make me come back, the SERVICE! Sam at the front desk was very nice when we spoke and made me feel at ease knowing I would have a late check in. The room was clean and quite.

Our first impression walking in the door was a desk clerk talking on the phone and then having a loud conversation with a patron before asking if us if we were checking in. She was very unprofessional and made me want to leave. I don't usually stay at Day's Inn, but the rate I got was the best around and all I needed it for was to sleep. It was a very large room, quite comfortable. Hotel needs a little remodeling and updating but the beds weren't bad. Can't comment on the continental breakfast because I didn't have time to try it, I had an early doctor's appointment.

Decent hotel for a decent price. Breakfast was more than just donuts & coffee, with fruit and waffles, juice, etc. Within walking distance of a State Fair Park & Ride so worked out very well for our needs. Nothing fancy but good overall.

we stay at the Days Inn when we go to the state fair or to the 4-H State Horse show and Champ show. they accomodate us when we have to leave early by opening the continental breakfast early, they are always helpful about giving us information for different events in the area and giving directions. Our room is usually very clean and comfortable.

Hotel was not as advertised and did not follow reservation selection. (ie - non smoking/king size bed reservation was instead smoking / double bed) poor accomadations

Easy access to 35W was my big thing. the hotel was very adequate with a nice breakfast buffet.

Employees ok. Condition, worn but clean. TV did not work in first room. About 15 minutes of a screaming woman saying something like, "it's my room".. at about 5 AM. No, that is zero, none as far as hot water after running the faucet for 12-15 minutes ( But HW in lavatory????) (thank goodness). As they say, no shower? Never again. Close to where we had to visit. People friendly. Asked for non-smoking room, and the room reeked of smoke and something else (not sure what!)

Great place for areas to visit in the cities. Good rates. Pleasant and helpful persons at the front desk.

Cigarette smell in non smoking rooms Card Keys deactivated every single day for 10 days in a row. Two different guys were stalking us. One of them was a regular client of the hotel , there were other guests complaining to the hotel employees and nobody did nothing. There was no security at all. It was an awful experience in the hotel.

Decent hotel if you just need a place to lay your head for a good price near lots stores, restaurants, etc. in Roseville. Breakfast was okay, no pool or anything to keep kids occupied, though. And if you're taller than about 5'5" you might have a hard time taking a shower without bending down!

Overall the hotel was nice and comfortable, however you can't get past the fact that the non smoking room smells like smoke which is a massive negative for me. I don't intend to ever stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great for where I needed to be. It is close to shopping centers and plenty of restaurants. This hotel is nice, especially for the price. Nothing fancy, but clean, safe and comfortable.

bad service from hotel staff, tv was broken, room keys didnt work, internet was broken, and elevator is way too slow. would never stay there again. since when i complained nothing was done to satisfy me as a customer.

The hotel was clean and cheap. The internet wasn't working. Staff was helpful until unruly partiers were yelling in the hallway at 4:30am until 5:30am. I wouldn't stay again.

Hotel was fine - but we were placed in the room next to the elevator control room! (room 315) It rumbles and shakes the wall. We asked for a new room and received it - everything then was fine.

nice hotel for the price. Bathroom was small but other then that it was a nice hotel. Would stary there again.

convenient, clean, easy, close to interstates and local restaurants. friendly people.

It's not a luxurious hotel, but a hotel that suits your needs. Pros : good location, staff, maintenance Cons : old building but everything is remodelled.

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel to lay your head for a night two this property is very nice. Easy check in and check out, very clean rooms, Pretty good continental breakfast included. If you depend on fast and stable internet connection, be sure to get confirmation on this before you book. During my three-day stay the internet connection was intermittent and slow and sometimes not available.
