Nothing bad happened, but nothing great happened to warrant the price of the hotel. I've received the same service and accommodations for half the price nearby. Our family had the best time at the Four Seasons and plan to stay there again when we visit Chicago for future visits. What we really appreciated was the great welcome for our girls: special shampoos, popcorn on arrival, gummy bear snacks and finally Easter Cupcakes.. Thank you for the great experience.

Having previously stayed at the other luxury Chicago hotels (Elysian/Waldorf, Peninsula, Ritz, Trump), this one I think has the best location because it's attached to the best mall on Michigan Ave (Shops @ 900 North). Honesty we came for a business gala but chose to stay at the Four Seasons for the ROOM SERVICE (and location for Holiday shopping) - pizza and sliders are delish, I overheard a lady in the elevator raving about the hotdog - best she ever had. Everything was as you would expect at 4 seasons. Only problem, as it was over the weekend the bar/dining area was extremely busy with local customers, seating was at a premium. Not a major issue though and everyone was good natured

Excellent central location close to the John Hannock building and all the shops and restaurants on the Magnificant Mile. Very friendly staff who provided excellent service and information. Lovely swimming pool.

Four Seasons has a great Gold Coast location, close to Rush Street restaurants and high end retail. Easy walk down Michigan Ave. to get to the river or Navy Pier. The view from our room overlooking Lake Michigan was phenomenal. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and all staff were professional and courteous.

I got married recently and my husband and I wanted to make a quick getaway for the long weekend. The Four Seasons was a great choice - everyone was so kind from the moment we arrived to when we were leaving to the airport. When we were checking in, the had asked us if we were here for any special occasion. We mentioned that we had gotten married, and […] were checked into a room on a floor where they were testing out a 'hospitality suite' with snacks and drinks available throughout the day. When we came back from dinner the first evening, there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room, together with a personalized card. Hotel was great but expected more at tentative service related to baby, but staff was great and helpful. Four season oversold kids service even if they provided a crib and a high chair which was great.

Very good hotel but this year I noticed the changes from the past couple of times I have stayed there. Changes that are not to my liking. Little things like turn down service was inconsistent and menu changes to the bar area.

The Four Seasons was fabulous for our mother/daughter shopping trip. Our room was beautiful, and the staff was fabulous. The concierge, Blanca, was especially helpful. I was also very impressed with the spa. After a miscommunication about our appointment, I received an apologetic call from the spa manager offering to reschedule our services. Upon completion, […] I tried to check out and was informed that the services were complimentary - including gratuities. Wow! Where else would that happen? Room service breakfast was also a wonderful treat. If you're there for a shopping trip, The Four Seasons offers special discounts and gifts at Bloomingdales and the 900 Michigan Ave. shops. The ONLY negative would be the noise and "creeking" in the room. There was a notecard with earplugs explaining that the building was engineered to withstand high winds, and sometimes, the building makes noises. The place is amazing. Beautiful rooms, nice spa, good gym. But what really distinguishes this place is the service. Every detail was thoughtfully overseen. The concierge even got us into a restaurant with a 4 month wait list. Room had awesome view.

My buddy and I had four nights at this hotel. Our trip consisted of 2 Cubs games...and 2 Bulls games! The hotel concierge is AMAZING!....they helped us with EVERYTHING!!...map routes!..even helping us find certain a perfume that my buddy's fiance wanted us to pick up!!!(we were not the best shoppers!). We were not to sure about how to catch cabs on […] the way back from the Bulls games...the concierge told us that the United Center area wasn't the greatest to hang out in. Being macho men we ignored her! She was right...we couldn't find a cab...and as a last resort...we called the hotel....the concierge girl knew who exactly we were...told us to sit tight and arranged to have a cab come get us!.....they gave the cab descriptions of what we looked like and he kept turning down fares until he found us!... I highly recommend the Four Season Chicago to ANYONE going there!..The room was so clean you could eat off the floor....the cleaning staff even folded a few of my shirts I left on the sofa. We were very impressed!..they offered us a fridge when we came back from Ditka's Steakhouse with left over food..and even offered to bring us up a Microwave!.....When I go again...I am STAYING HERE!!!
