I would stay at this hotel again and I would reccomend it to everybody. The desk clerk named Will was great very helpful. Hotel and the room was very nice although we found a empty bag of potato chips on the bed which caused us to inspect the rest of the room but found it to be clean. However their fancy shower curtain did not do a good job of keeping the water from the shower inside the tub, we had a pretty good size puddle on the bathroom floor.

This hotel is almost right across the street from the Johnson Space Center and just 5 miles from Kemah Boardwalk. We had a room with a water view, and it was great! The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed there over spring break, probably not the most family-friendly time in the calendar year. The hotel is nicely redone, but the architecture and framework is old, simply covered over with new interior. For example, there are doors connecting rooms to adjoining rooms, which you don't see anymore. One consequence of this is that you […] can hear everything all around you. At 1:30 am, my 3 year old daughter and I were awakened by a couple having sex in the room above us on the 10th floor. It was pretty loud, and we went to the lobby to complain. Nothing was done, so we went back. They started at it again at 2:30, and we returned to the lobby to complain, and the security guard went upstairs to investigate. Here is the problem - because of the connected rooms and old architectures, you can't hear anything from the hallway which has thick carpeting, but it's loud and clear in the rooms. My daughter finally fell asleep, but the couple then turned on loud rap music until about 5:30 in the morning. The guard never did find where it was coming from, but I had a horrible night and a hard time trying to explain why "that girl was knocking on the door" to my daughter. We received no amendment to our hotel bill from the concierge. További részletek

The hotel was priced exactly right for its quality. The room was a great size and the only thing lacking was a nice big bathroom. A nice Hotel that is very clean with a friendly staff. Only problem was the shower. I could not get the shower to turn on so I went downstairs to complain. The front desk said you need to pull the handle very hard for it to work. I went back upstairs and pulled the knob out of the wall. When leaving I went back to the front desk to warn them to fix […] the shower before the next guest arrives. There only comment was they were sorry for the problem. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful. When I arrived I asked if I could get a room with a view of the lake. Without hesitation I was accommodated. Prior to my arrival I asked if a microwave could be put in my room. My dog has a special needs diet with requires that it be heated. The gentleman at the front desk called housekeeping […] to make sure it had been put in my room. When I got to the room, the microwave was there. The room was clean and roomy and the view was incredible. Also, there was a lot of open area with a lot of grass where I could walk my dog. The staff seems well meaning but slightly inept - Our room was not ready for our 3:00 check-in until nearly 2 hours later. They comped drinks at the bar for our trouble (our bartender was fabulous!) but 2 hours was a little much. And to add to that, housekeeping showed up an hour an a half before (9:30!) checkout (11:00) the next morning.... Strange. […] Other than those hiccups it was good value for the $ - The breakfast bar was well stocked & tasty as well. Very clean. The caulking in the shower needed another touch up. The shower pressure and hot water were plentiful. Great restaurant. Ask for the burger menu if you are not looking for a full meal. The bar and staff were extremely accommodating Housekeeping extremely polite and accommodating.

The Hilton hotel room was clean comfortable and cozy. It was well worth the money. My only complaints were the single serving coffee maker and the cheap TV remote control, so that's quite a good review.

Hotel was not prepared for the amount of customers - there was excessive wait times for room service, the restaurant was out of a lot of the wines and the food tasted mass-produced & they did not carry cold sparkling water.
