Everything was just perfect. My only negative comment is, $12 for Internet? That is archaic. Internet is free most anywhere you go. Even the lobby of the hotel!!!!!! It's free for visitors but costs for paying guests? Fix that please. It will stop me from coming back next time.

My boyfriend and I decided to stay here, and even though we got off to a rough start, overall it was a nice experience. It was a little difficult to find because the hotel doesn't sit directly on the street, there were quite a few ramps to get there. I live in this area of town and was still having a difficult time finding the entrance. She didn't seem to care about helping us and didn't believe that we had actually made a reservation. At this point we were rather unhappy with our service, but then the hotel manager came by and saved the experience. He had an Irish accent, and was very pleasant. He welcomed us to the hotel and made friendly conversation-- he even gave us warm cookies (which were delicious by the way). His personality made up for the hard time we were initially having. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a nice tv as well. The colors of the room were somewhat outdated, but a nice room nonetheless. My only complaints about the room are there wasn't a fridge (we had perishable leftovers from dinner) and there were a few small stains on the bed sheets. További részletek

We have stayed at this hotel before and we enjoyed the service and staff that we had to book again. The rooms are comfortable and romantic. The bar set up gives off a sexy vibe. The valet men are the best with a pleasing attitude a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

we had a great stay here, but just as a warning to others, you will not be able to self park a vehicle over 6 feet tall. you will have to valet. this was not a problem but it did add a few bucks to our stay.

On our 16th floor it was very quiet. The room was spacious and very clean, but parking was $14/day extra in their below ground garage. NO breakfast was included.

Not a four star restaurant, not clean enough not worth $120 dollars plus tax, location NOT convenient, had to cross expressway to get to anywhere. nothing near by. didn't want nor need a warm cookie. The staff was excellent though.

I think that it's absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay for parking as well as wifi in addition to the room cost. These are two of most simple things that should be included in the price of the room, just the same as all other hotels I've stayed in. On a positive note, the hotel bar was nice.

I travel weekly for work, and in My opinion this hotel was below average. Nice facility however, horrible parking and costs $14/day. I mean really? I'm paying to stay at your hotel... expensive wirelesz. very difficult to find location. Terribly expensive food (two bowls of oatmeal cost $17 and took 30+ minutes)

We stayed here for a conference. The hotel was nestled on the Greenway Plaza. It has a Starbucks. The bar is a good place to have a drink at the end of the day! The staff was professional and courteous!

checked in 11 pm and turned out the receptionists were very unprofessional and unfriendly around this hour.. First impression of my room was a plate at the room's door full of breakfast leftovers. Our floors had huge stains on them. There were no ice machines on the floor, so we had to get ice from room service. There was not a lid on the ice bucket, so it would melt quickly. The"suite" was one chair and a very small space.

Very slow service on getting a roll away (over 90 minutes) made otherwise acceptable stay too short on sleep. For the price, service was underwhelming, and attitudes in the concierge lounge could use some improvement as well.
