Hotel is in a great local area. Great local restaurants nearby. Smack in the middle of the city between the vatican and the old town. If you're trying to see the entire city, this is a good location as you are not too far from anywhere to walk.

The hotel was in a great location, close enough to all the main sights but quiet enough to relax. Room was fine, clean and comfortable. Staff were a bit slow to react and provide service but not unpleasant. Fairly good breakfast buffet, overall good value and would go there again

Very happy with hotel. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast, excellent selection. Great view from bedroom window. On 6th floor can see top of Basilica. Hotel very near to Metro Station.

Hotel was mediocre overall. The staff was not very proactive or friendly. The hotel lobby phone was not picked up at times. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to the major sites. Rooms have simple furnishinsg and tiny TV. Nice breakfast buffet was highlight of hotel.

Staff was very helpfu to us, the foreign tourists. Location was great! Not amidst tourist hungry vendors and shops but close enough to Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and other sites in the area. Easy access to a metro lines and a metro pass made allowed exciting trips to more remote venues.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Staff not very welcoming apart from a young female at the reception. The rest either didn't acknowledge you or were rather abrupt or just silent.

We have stayed here 4 times, and we would recommend it for its comfortable accommodation, the excellent buffet breakfast provided (which sets us up well for a day's sightseeing), and its quiet yet convenient location.

Check in was awful rooms not ready. Booked a double bed room was given a twin room!! The room was small and dismal and the staff were unhelpful and rude is some cases.Only stay here if you are working for the airlines as they get preferential treatment above eveyone else. Would not stay at this hotel again

I found the staff at the desk, quite rude, not at all helpfull. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was continental and was filling, you could help yourself. Overall, I would stay there again if I had too.

This hotel is clean and has a good location. There is a subway stop 3 blocks away and a bus stop and taxi stand one block away. The rooms are clean an modern with good maid service. I was pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel was especially for the price. It is within walking distance to the Vatican and there are many great places to eat right around the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is superb. I will stay there again.

- it took us 25 mins to chek in - they took from us city tax 6 euro per night - no iron. only one iron for the whole hotel located at the highest floor and was out of order. - poor breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area about 15 minutes walk to the Vatican. Taxi or bus service to the Colosseum and other antiquities is convenient, and they can be reached in about 10 minutes. The hotel itself is frequented by airline personnel and is a property used by cruise lines.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was amazing, I got the package with the breakfast and the food was delicious. The hotel and Rome trip was a great experience, however, I would not recommend anyone to book a flight with air canada that was a disaster both ways. Otherwise, I would go again and stay at this marvelous hotel.

NH Leonardo De Vinci is a very nice new buliding located on a quiet street close to a main street that was nic eand quiet with a good restaurant and bar. Full service and it is a layover site for four airlines and is used by Celebrity and Princess Cruises.

Fin morgenmadsbuffet. Billeder på website stemmer ikke overens med virkeligheden. Værelsesstandarden er slet ikke på niveau med de billeder, som man ser på nettet. De tager ekstra penge for et værelse, som er standard, men hvor renovering er sket senest. Ikke anbefalelsesværdigt hotel.

Eneste vi kunne "klage" på var at sengene var i hardeste laget, men det er sikkert fordi vi har gamle rygger. :-) Det var gangavstand til det meste, om enn litt langt til f.eks Colosseum. Расположен в пешеходной доступности от достопримечательностей Рима, станция метро и автобусные остановки рядом, также рядом большая торговая улица. На завтрак очень хороший ассортимент всяких блюд и вкусностей. Не понравилось прохладное отношение, а иногда и немного пренебрежительное отношение со стороны работников ресепшн.

Kürzlich waren wir Gäste im NH Hotel in Dresden und waren mit allem sehr Zufrieden - ganz besonders mit dem freundlichen und Personal und dem hohen Service Niveau. Im NH Hotel Leonardo da Vinci in Rom war es das glatte Gegenteil. Am Empfang wurde man stehen gelassen, Telefonate gingen vor, dann unfreundlich behandelt. Bei den meisten Anliegen (Adapter, […] Aspirin, Verkehrsplan, ..) wurde abschlägig beschieden. Keinerlei Bemühung, einem dann wenigstens weiterzuhelfen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mässig in der Auswahl und immer dasselbe. Service gab es keinen. Schlag 10 Uhr wurden die Kaffeemaschinen abgeschaltet und die Tassen weggeräumt auch am Wochenende! Bitte geben diese Hinweise an die Zentrale der NH Hotels weiter. Das ist eine gute Kette und Rom (hoffentlich) eine unrühmliche Ausnahme, die behoben werden sollte. További részletek
