Radisson Hotel La Crosse - La Crosse

La Crosse is a great little town and the hotel location was awesome. Great staff clean room but we overlooked the pool so we ha no fresh air so the room was a tad stuffy we will go back to La Crosse and we will stay at the Radisson again.

Room had a beautiful view of the river, and was close to the downtown attractions. A few of the people working at the front desk were rude and a few were helpful, it was very hit or miss depending on the day. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful. We ended up eating there most mornings for breakfast, and after a busy day ate there most nights too.They […] had a great selection of fish and fresh food options. We stayed here for Easter weekend. Our group had 3 hotel rooms that evening. The Hotel room and service was excellent, however in the morning we went down to the lobby for breakfast. There were BARELY any tables being used at the time. We asked for a table and the lady told us that she was booked in 45 mins for easter brunch and we wouldn't be done […] by then. I told her that we would hurry and be done in 45 mins and we were still told NO. I was NOT happy to have to find another location when there were dozens of tables available for us to eat at. We understood that they had reservations, however there was 45 mins before anyone was going to show up. I thought that this was not very accomodating at all and made our group feel very unwelcomed. We were very pleased with our stay, particularly your employees. They were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Very clean, very comfortable. Right across the street from all of downtown. A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Beautiful view. Nice, clean pool and hot tub. Hotel also has a great restaurant for brunch.

everything was very good, room, view, cleanllilness, helpful clerks, etc. AND, there is not enough comfortable seating in the rooms. TWO soft chairs are needed. One will NOT do. Otherwise, all is well.

We loved our stay! We love la crosse! We appreciate the free water bottles in the room and different movie selection! the pool and hot tub were very clean. and our maid, she was blonde lady, was soooo sweet! had a great stay!!! thank you!!!

River view room with breakfast was spectacular. Beautiful, updated, clean room. Lovely view of the river. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable staff. Breakfast & afternoon drinks and food very good. Room a bit small. Initial price should be more "user friendly". Could offer price breaks, the more times one stays there, also. Very nice vacation.

This is probably the worst bed I have slept in. No matter what number I tried, the bed was hard. It might have been okay if the pillows would have offered some support, but they were terrible as well. Two pillows was too high, one pillow was not enough. I did not sleep well at all.

We had a lovely stay at the Radisson in La Crosse. Our room was very nice although the bathroom is somewhat small, but nicely appointed. Our room had a gorgeous view of the river with its water traffic and the migratory birds flying over on their way south. There is a beautiful park between the hotel and the Mississippi that has wide sidewalks for strolling […] to where the Black & La Crosse rivers converge with the Mississippi. The International Gardens had lovely aspects. On the other side of the hotel is the restored downtown with unique restaurants (Piggy's was WONDERFUL) and shops (The Antique Center is 4 stories). The sandstone bluffs were still breathtaking with fall color, although we were there slightly past peak. Gorgeous scenery and very nice people made for a memorable trip. This is a good hotel, a bit run down on the inside in some places, but overall, a great stay. Perfect location in town.

Would be nice if this hotel had a coffee pot available in the lobby later than 10:30 a.m.

I attended a conference at the Radisson which was gorgeous and very comfortable. Room service was prompt on short notice and scheduled breakfast delivery was on time every morning! Many downtown streets within walking distance for meals and shopping and a mall is about 5 miles away. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

The hotel is ideally located and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and overall it was a very nice stay.

Returning to the area for a school reunion, we chose to stay at the Radisson. The hotel is nice but starting to look a bit dated. With all of the functions being held in their ballroom, the lobby was always full of loitering people. A separate for hotel guests would be appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay in La Crosse. Our room had the most wonderful view of the river. We watched the sunset each night from the comfort of our air conditioned room. What a lovely sight.

A few little problems like run down bathrooms in pool area and gym equipment needs some attention. But overall a very nice place to stay. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff are excellent especially bartender Nancy. Great spot in town. Recommended.

Location is wonderful despite the river being flooded and nearby park was under water..we were still able to get out and walk the river walk, we walked to historic downtown for a great Saturday night, hotel beds were comfy, though we didn't have a terrific view as we looked out of a roof, we saw the lights of downtown. The Radisson in La Crosse, Wisc. is a great destination hotel. Locatied on the banks of the Mississippi river and steps from the night life of downtown it's the perfect spot for corp meeting or weekend get-a-way.

the hotel stay was nice, staff could have been a bit more friendly. Restaurant had great food and service.

Staff at check-in matter-of-fact, not pleasant or friendly...contrast to staff experience there in previous stays. Hotel location, proximity to restaurants, etc. is very good! Hotel rooms comfortable and nice.
