My room was dirty. Dirty towels, the couch had stains, the remote volume button didn't work. The door to my room looked like someone hacked and maintenance tried to cover it with wood paint. On the 2nd night the fire alame went off and NO from the hotel said anything to us about what was going on are what happend . We had to call the front desk to see if we need to go out side .

They have a parking garage for parking and a few spaces in front of the hotel. Spaces in front of hotel are always full so it's hard to unload and load your car. We parked on street to unload car and another car came and blew the horn at us. I can't imagine trying to unload and load car during summer when hotel is busy. Parking garage is small and hard […] to move around in. Heat in room didn't seem to work properly. If heat was turned on, room was too hot and if it was off, room was freezing. Great location on the boardwalk in a popular area. Close to all of the boardwalk attractions. Front desk service was friendly. King bed room is a little small but balcony with view of ocean easily made up for it. Been there twice and thoroughly enjoyed both trips- will absolutely return.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant is great for breakfast or dinner. Would stay there again for sure. Elevators are a little slow but not a problem. Great ocean view from side room. No bathtub in the bath, just a shower.

My hotel room seemed clean, however, the common areas of the hotel appeared dingy and had a weird smell. The pool room was extremely humid and the pool itself looked green. The beds were not very comfortable. The shower was annoying- there was a stand up shower only with a very small lip to drain the water and the water kept overflowing onto the bathroom […] floor. For the most part, the staff was courteous, however, I did have to call around midnight to inform them that my A/C unit shut off and the clerk at the desk was unsure how to handle the situation and told me he would call me back in a few minutes. He never called back, luckily the A/C came back on after about 20 mins. A maintenace man then showed up at my room at 10a to ask about the unit. However, the next morning as I was checking out, I had a problem with my car and the clerk (a different one from the previous evening) was extremely helpful. További részletek

Rooms are very small. TV didn't work correctly. Cable seemed to be in poor shape so we could only get a few channels. We notified the front desk and they sent maintenance to repair it. The room was good. Had a view of both the ocean and the bay. Saw some beautiful sunsets. Restaurant at the hotel was just okay. Crab cakes were good but the chicken caesar salad left much to be desired. Overall, it was a good stay. Just wish they had a continental breakfast (at least bagels and cream cheese).

Good attention of the staff and location are the strengths. Our room had carpet totally humid. The staff gave their best to solve e problem but that was too wet and the hotel was full.

We had a wonderful 4 days in OC. Our room was on the 2nd floor and ocean front views were amazing. While we were there OC put on an air show only 4 blocks over so we couldn't have asked for a better seat to see the show then from our balcony. The only negative about OC city was that is was senior week down there and so the kids were pretty wild. Being […] on the boardwalk put us is the center of all the entertainment. Loved out stay at this hotel it is in a great location on the boardwalk we were able to walk to almost all the attractions that we wanted to go to. Hotel is right on beach and boardwalk. Everyone at Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were really clean and very nice. Everything about hotel was great, minus the restarant in it, It was o.k. food, but not the greatest. Portions varied by day, and service was slow...

Overall a nice place to stay. The water in the shower didn't consistently stay hot. The water in the indoor heated pool was not very warm. I would stay there again though, based on price and over all experience.

We stayed in Ocean City for a family vacation off season, and it was awesome. The restaurant and bar was nice. Also, the location was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our beach front room. I would definitely stay again :)

This hotel was horrible! When my fiancé and I arrived it appeared a cute small hotel that you could tell had some history. But when you got in the elevator you could feel the history! It felt like the cable was going to snap and the elevator would drop. Then when we got in our room it smelled musty and gross. Later that night I went to take a shower […] in the oddly arranged bathroom and the way the "shower" was set up it was flat and in line with the regular floor with no downhill tilt to help the water drain and the bathroom had a slope to the room. Needless to say when I showered, no mater how hard I tried, the water ended up all over the bathroom floor AND drained onto our carpet which explained the musty mildew smell first discovered. The toilet also ran the whole visit. The staff was decent. Nothin spectacular but they weren't rude. The best part was it was on the boardwalk and a nice walk. The view wasn't amazing either but you could at least somewhat see the beach. Overall it was disappointing. It was better than sleeping outside but nothing that would be comforting for a vacation. We stayed during the off season; so the hotel was extremely empty, a long with all of ocean city. But the room was really clean, and the king bed was comfortable. If I were to revisit OC, I'd stay at this hotel again.

Rooms clean, nice location on Boardwalk. Building next to the hotel should be demoloshed . Change twin beds for queen sized breakfast in the restaurant was great, nice view from the restaruant. Quaint fealing.

This was a quick romantic get-away for us. We loved the ocean view from our room! How relaxing to see and hear the waves. We had a sofa & armchair from which to view the waves. We had a balcony too. As noted in other reviews, the hotel has a terrific staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room was so clean it might never have been used. Very clean nice ambience as you enter thru the main lobby. Bar and restuarent in the hotel. Parking very convienent ,across the street. We went in the middle of December, so it may not be the same in Summer, as this is strictly a resort town. Many places of dining were closed, overall it gets a high mark.
