Great hotel with nice ammenities...we really liked the work out room and lap pool! Our room was comfortable and roomy...the only thing that may need some improvement is the shuttle service.

We were greeted enthusiastically by Jimmy, who was very helpful. The staff was always pleasant, professional and accommodating. Our room was well appointed and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The meeting facility was excellent.

I've stayed here numerous times and have been more than satisfied. My only (minor) complaint was the condition of the cabling for the TV. Wall socket exposed and a snake of wires! If I weren't a techie, I might not have figured out how to clear the snow on the TV by reconnecting an A/V cable that had come unplugged, mostly by the tension of the wires […] from the wall. The location was great. Lobby area was great. But I bet I could have gotten a much better room in a smaller hotel for the same price. Bed was comfortable, but bedding weren't that clean. Overall, ok experience.

i stayed here overnight awaiting a connecting flight. I was extremely tired from my trip and their facilities were exactly what i needed to recharge my batteries. Although free wifi is not offered inside your room, it is offered in the main lobby.

Very comfortable stay. I stayed just one night since my flight was cancelled. It takes about 10 min on the shuttle to get to the hotel and there's a shuttle every 30 mins. Not bad at all!

The staff was very attentive and helpful. I left my IPod Touch at the hotel. I called and they were very helpful in returning it to me. Imagine reserving a room at a hotel only to find after you’ve checked in that there is no TV in the room. So you call downstairs and are told: “no problem, for $9.95 additional we can have one moved into your room immediately”. And that’s exactly how I felt when Hyatt Dulles advised me that for that same sum I would be given internet access in my room! […] Are you telling me that in this day and age internet access isn’t included as part of the room fee? No, was the answer. So with that I concluded I will no longer be renting any rooms from Hyatt––anywhere! Moreover, the fact that Expedia allowed this “discounted” room to sold to me under those circumstances has caused me to now question just how much “service” that Expedia is actually providing me. Everything was great except the eye sore of collected dirt and dust on the vents of the hotel room, especially in the area of the restroom in the shower. Solid all around. Only 'miss' was woman at reception who had a strong accent and spoke very low, so we think we understood about half of what she said. Airport shuttle is convenient. The staff were welcoming, friendly and eager to help, the Chicken Tortilla Soup in the restaurant was fabulous, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and ran often. Just a great place to stay!

Only minor complaint: Expedia said that the room rate included free internet when I completed the reservation. When I asked about this at the hotel, they said this was NOT included. I only ended up getting free internet included in my stay because I am part of the Hyatt rewards program.

Very convenient. Shuttle to airport and shopping/dining area was very helpful. Hotel room and bed was very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very good rate for the high quality level. Also, my bag was delayed and they provided everything I needed in terms of toiletries.

The staff was very friendly. The first room they put us is had a toilet that didn't work, but they moved us to another room and threw in a free movie for our troubles, so that was nice. However, the bathroom in the second room had rust around some fixtures, an inch of dust lining the inside of the vent (not exaggerating), and some mold on the back of […] the toilet where it's grouted to the floor (I saw it when I had to bend down for something). Our stay was pleasant. Our son really enjoyed the pool and the fish pond in the lobby. I called ahead of time to request a refrigerator and a pack-and-play for our room. Both were complimentary.

Room was a little small, though nicely laid out. Details re internet access not provided up front, tried to get online, saw there was a daily charge, when asked about it front desk personnel nicely offered free access if I signed up for their rewards program. Would be better to offer it up front so guests don't need to jump thru all these hoops.
