Novotel Perth Langley - Perth

Great spot, 10 min walk to city centre, brekky was great, our 5 & 10 year olds loved the "pick & take" buffet. Best view from the gym / spa...

I visted PErth and stayed in Novotel for a week. I found it an excellent experience.

The staff gave 110 % excellent service. Our room came with a free breakfast buffet , that was excellent, with a wide range of foods for most cultures ( reg. price $25-35). We were in walking distance to all we needed.

A lovely hotel, 2 minutes away from the Swan River, 15 minute walk to the ferry, city shops. 5 minutes away from the Perth Mint, Red Cat. The Hotel is high quality even though some of the furniture in our room could be updated. The breakfast was great as was the restaurant, great service. Would stay there again next time in Perth.

The Novotel Perth was clean and in a good location. The breakfasts were overpriced, and not value for money, however I think that is indicative of WA prices.

We paid for parking $25 and were not told that we were not guaranteed a parking space if we left during the day ( obviously if you are a hotel guest one assumes a space is reserved for you!). When we returned at 9 00 pm we were told to move our car as it was parked in an unsafe area which we were happy to oblige but then told we would have o find alternative […] parking?! My husband then spent 30 min waiting for a car park, the supervisor indicated that our parking would be removed from our bill . Next morning on checkout I had to have another strong conversation explaining why this needed to be removed as the supervisor had failed to remove it from our bill. További részletek

While the room was average, the breakfast was outstanding though at $35 p/p is frightfully expensive but top shelf. The hotel restaurant is equally as satisfying with great service and food. We arrived off our flight at 2am & the reception attendant was the only one on duty. He gave my three children cute little bears, brought all our luggage in and gave us a late checkout of 1pm. He was lovely & couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast staff were lovely too. A very enjoyable stay for the short time we were there.

The room was quite small - and the view from the room is not brilliant (CBD street). however the room was comfortable. Centrally located and close to taxi pick-up point.

Overall our stay was very pleasant, the small things of comment was I found the band on Sat night kept me awake for a while after midnight, the pillow was thin and the door was uncomfortable so close to the toilet in the Queen room.

Every point of contact I had with members of staff was positive. This was particularly pleasing. My only concern is that the hotel, being a 4.5 star property close to the CBD does not have a pool.

An overrated Hotel. DEfinitely not 4 1/2 Star. At best, I would rate it 2 1/2 stars. Rooms do not Feature Climate Control. It gets too hot and when you complain they send a fan to your room. There was alot of noise from cars outside and you could hear the people talking in the room next door and banging all night. Staff service was good but very disappointed in the hotel itself.

Good sized rooms. Well designed & maintained. Good location near the city centre. Pub next door and cafe's nearby for alternative to hotel food. Professional staff. Not cheap, but not expensive for Perth.

The staff at this hotel is what really made our experience one to remember. I travelled with just my 10 year old daughter which felt pretty daunting conisdering we were coming from the UK. The only downside was that there was not free wifi in the hotel and when paying for the service it has very limiting downloading capacity so you lteratal use up your quota from downloading 1 application so it can become quite costly. We had a King Superior room which was very comfortable and had a small view towards the river. The staff - both domestic and reception were excellent; nothing was a trouble and any request was met with a pleasant and helpful manner.

Great Location and good buffet breakfast

Started off very well, the reception staff could not do enough for us as we checked in. They promised to organise a wake up call and a taxi to take us to the airport as we had a very early departure. We decided to have a meal in the hotel restaurant "senses" - BIG mistake. The service was non-existant (we had to ask for cutlery and bread) and on three […] occassions the food and a drink had to be returned. Waitress then became "over" friendly to make up for it which became annoying. We got our wake up call ok but the taxi was not ordered leaving me very stressed as the Manager walked the streets trying to find one big enough. Stated here on NYE 2011 & from start to finish enjoyed the stay; Staff were friendly & courteous, room was clean & tidy with a comfortable bed, and there was plenty of choice for breakfast - all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Excellent location close to the Swan River and many other attractions eg. Perth Mint, WACA. Hotel staff very friendly and the Senses Restaurant in the hotel has excellent food and service. There is a free bus service called CAT buses which leave just a small walk from the front of the hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly but didn't know the city or how to direct to different places. The bathrooms (we had 2 different rooms) were old, not well kept. The showers leaked and old stains in the tub. The hotel is close to Barrack Jetty and the ferries for different tours. Again I would not choose to stay here again.
