I had a very pleasant stay. The only thing I was disappointed about was the 30 dollar parking fee...I felt that we should have been given free parking as their guests.

Great hotel but donèt take a room facing Gerrard St. as construction started early on Saturday.

The hotel is becoming a little rundown. However, the Market Garden and the overall quality of service and the hotel location are still excellent.

Liked everything about the hotel, room was clean hotel is well maintained.No problems with the service. The food at the hotel is good, I especially liked the breakfast. It was also in a good location and the subway was close by. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The service of this hotel is of the highest quality. Above my expectations. The hallways and rooms smell of a bad combination of sewer, skunk, and musty attic. Not ok.

I chose this hotel because a) I'd stayed there 6 years ago so was familiar with location etc and b) I knew it had underground parking. I was really just there to sleep so it was fine. Comfy bed, easy check in. Nothing special but nothing bad either.

Do not take a room facing Gerrard St. as there is construction across the street and lots of traffic noise.

service excellent , hotel needs renovations, carpets old,tvs not flat screen nor hd.Bath tub plugs old fashion rubber, fell apart when I used. Location excellent

Overall, good stay. Issues included very small TV in bedroom with barely functioning remote. Parking almost 30 per night as hotel guests.

We booked this hotel because of the spiral slide...Our three children were extremely disappointed that it is closed on weekdays. It has VERY limited hours.

The location of the Delta Chelsea is great- within walking distance of a lot of Toronto's attractions. This is the place to stay if you have kids, the pool areas are very nice and clean. The 4 Story Pool Slide is only open on weekends however- it is noted in tiny letters on the hotel's website but is worth mentioning here as well.

The price was okay for the location however the room was extremely outdated there was no air flow it was very stuffy and whoever made the bed before we got there used a flat sheet as a fitted sheet tucked under the mattress so not only did we not have a flat sheet to put over top of us the flat sheet didn't fit the whole bed so our feet were on the […] actual mattress all night not the most comfortable feeling. This was not a very nice stay, around 10 pm the firealarm went off and did not go off for 30 minutes. I left my laptop charger behind, I called the hotel and they said they would call me back Not heard a word from them, I will not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Right from parking the car, to registering and then getting into my room - this hotel does it right. Courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms, central to all things Toronto! Just a great overall experience.

only negative is that parking is almost as expensive as the room!!!

Had a great experience from the check-in counter--the girl was very friendly and smiled the whole time--In the evening we were in the bar and the bar staff were great and very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay there.

Room was clean, good view from the 7th floor, staff were friendly, nice bar in the hotel The only thing is that the parking was REALLY expensive, but again it is in the center of downtown Toronto

I have stayed at Delta Chelsea Toronto a few times now. I love the location, I love that there is an adult only pool (the family pool/activity area is awesome as well) The staff are always friendly and efficient. The hotel is clean and well maintained. My purpose for my stay this time was to relax. I had this conversation with the woman who checked […] me in. She put me in a room close to the elevator and ice/candy machine. I was up all night. At 11pm (which I had already fallen asleep watching a movie) the fire alarm went off for approximately 20 minutes. Then between 11:30pm and 1:30am people were coming and going, rather loudly sounding as though they were partying in their rooms, or leaving for the Toronto nightlife. Between 2am – 4am I assume these same groups of people returned to hotel, sounding like they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I heard a couple arguing, I also heard a couple having sex. At about 6am, the kids on the floor were up and running through the halls. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep much, and my night at Delta was not relaxing. I did mention it at check out and they provided a credit to go to the restaurant for lunch. This was a nice gesture. I will return to the Delta, but if I am looking for a quiet, relaxing night – I will definitely be more specific about the location of my room due to the lack of insulation in the rooms. A room at the end of the hall would have minimized the amount of noise I heard throughout the night. További részletek

From Check In to Check out all the staff were extremely friendly. Very close to all the downtown attractions. Fire alarm at 6:30am on Sunday was not too much fun...but not the hotel's fault. All in all the entire family enjoyed themselves including the water slide.

Very convenient for my medical appointment downtown Toronto. Shopping and subway very close in walking distance. Room was clean and very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This is a bustling hotel with lots of amenities. I loved the hot tub in the adult only pool and fitness area, and my bed was super comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location with some good little restaurants near by.

Rooms are clean and hotel staff are friendly. I've stayed there are few times and they seem to cater to families so occasionally it's a bit noisy. One night around 11:00 pm there were teenagers making some noise in the hall.

Good location, good service, good amenities. Lack of free internet in room may be the only downside, but perhaps not a terrible loss. Overall, a very good experience.

The hotel staff were excellent. They went out of there way for me on a couple occasions. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I will stay there again next time I'm in Toronto.

Everything was great. Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and the view was of the CN Tower (one of Toronto's landmarks). Also getting information on where to eat? was easy and there was lots to choose from. One of the young people with me has never stayed in a hotel and never really experienced Toronto before.
