Make sure if you book Harborside that you call day ahead to again request. Remember no pool for kids (inside or out), they made it into a conference room. Far from other restaurants unless you take water taxi, so remember to bring your own food for kids snacksor breakfast. Restaurant is expensive for routine eating, but wonderful for the special dinner […] - very good food. The walk on the pier out hotel back yard is soooo worth it!! Hotels are expensive in Boston, but this was comparable & the best!! Live in South Dakota now but Native of area .. family wanted to see New England. Front consigners were the best - did anything to help with transportation on T-line or taxi (we did water taxi a couple of times...fun). If you dont mind not having a pool then Stay here!! Beautiful view, nice service, rooms with decent sizes. The harborside restaurant is a must-try. Food was out of my expectations. Cons: no cellphone reception most of the time + thin wall. A good place to stay overall

This hotel was terrific in almost every way. The location is stunning, on Boston Harbor across from the Boston waterfront, and it is, of course, at the airport and therefore particularly convenient for travelers. We returned to the hotel after 10 pm on the night we arrived and were able to get a delicious meal in the lounge until midnight. The service, […] from the front desk to the bell hops to the airport shuttle bus driver, was delivered efficiently and enthusiastically. Also, we took the water taxi to Boston for lunch and returned the same way, and while the taxi is not run by the Hyatt, the staff told us how to take it. -- Our one real complaint was that on the day we were checking out, we were making our final preparations to leave the room and had forgotten to put the chain on the door. A man who was a member of the staff opened the door without knocking and with the "Privacy" notice in the key slot, presumably because he thought we had already checked out (it was 11:30 am, and check-out is at noon). Although he left immediately when he saw his mistake, such behavior is inexcusable, particularly in a good hotel such as the Hyatt. The front desk, however, was deeply apologetic and tried to figure out who done this, a gesture we appreciated. További részletek

Very nice accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff and good food. Would never have known we were right by the airport. We never heard any noise and we had a fantastic view of the bay

Could not have been more pleased. Upon entering room, we were astounded by our view. Took water taxi to and from the city. Fun and economical. Only negative was poor service in the grill. Just understaffed for Sunday morning brunch. Would love to go back.

I have stayed at the Hyatt a number of times and found it excellent on all occasions. The staff are helpfull and very polite. Its Restaurant is very good and once again the staff are excellent.

Excellent. The check in staff, consierge, etc. made us very welcome.Great location on the harbor - easy access to downtown Boston. Close to airport and great shuttle bus to the airlines.

Very nice hotel, we were in a room overlooking the airport, my son enjoys watching airplanes. The staff were very helpful, the food was excellent. Great place to stay for an early morning flight. On the other side of the hotel was Boston Harbor and skyline.

We were at the end of a two week trip with 4 kids, 4 years old and under. The staff was wonderful and helped us with everything from unloading the rentals cars and returning them, getting to the rooms, dinner at the hotel restaurant and the 4:00 A.M. shuttle to the airport. Will stay again on our next trip to Boston

I stayed very briefly before a morning flight out of Logan and was very pleased with the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of Boston across the water and the bed was quite comfortable. A hotel shuttle got me to the airport in 5 minutes. No complaints at all.

This is a beautiful Hotel located at Boston's Logan Airport. There are no extras whatsoever. No Free breakfast. No fridge. No microwave. Charge for WiFi. $5.00 bottle of water. We waited for 40 mins. for a shuttle after calling the hotel twice. I will never stay at a Hyatt again!

We had an early morning flight out of Logan and a late night back. We stayed at the Hyatt Harborside on the way out and on the way back. The room was perfect, better than we'd had on vacation. Great location and lovely hotel. My only complaint was the per historic hair dryer in the room. For such a modern hotel, it was useless. Good job my hair isn't too long. The ferry is also very expensive $17 return to get just across to long wharf but was very nice. Would stay there again but take the subway.

The hotel was very convenient for travel, clean and a great staff. However when we arrived after midnight after a long day of delayed flights, the bar was closed. It would have been nice to be able to get a lite bite and a beer.

Room was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed and furniture, very spacious. It was thankfully very quiet considering the airport is right there. The interior was not so quiet, but it was a convention weekend, so that's to be expected. Parking is very expensive.

I really loved this hotel it was beautiful the rooms were perfect and the hotel staff were accommodating respectful and extremely nice. Hannah was my favorite, when she learned that my boyfriend and I were there for our anniversary she immediately upgraded our room and gave us a free dessert I was so taken back by the hospitality that I was momentarily […] speechless. Hotel was very upscale. Finishes in the room were very nice. Banquet facilities were well maintained and the food was very good. Beautiful view of the Boston Harbor and the city sky line. Right next to airport but did not hear any planes. Very easy to drive to and very convenient if need to stay in Boston before a flight.

This hotel has a great view of the downtown Boston. If you drive your own car, location of the hotel shouldn't be a problem. However, traveling to downtown w/o vehicle can be challenging.

I had a room on the top floor (15th) that over looked the harbor and down town. It was a great view of the city. my room service was fast and tasty. There was a free shuttle to the Blue line or for 20$ round trip the water taxi would drop you off at the aquarium. Very convenient location for a stay between two flights and the high service level of this hotel does make your stay very comfortable. However for the price paid, a small breakfast could be included.

There was very little noise, even with the airport next door.Would have liked to see a couple vegetarian items on the dinner menu. Hotel is a good value for staying in Boston for business

Great views of the Boston skyline and harbor. Staff was helpful and courteous. Free shuttle service to and from the airport and subway was great to have. Clean, spacious room. Nice exercise stanza. Internet connection was very slow. Continental breakfast was overpriced -- why not include this in the charge of the room?

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff to include the shuttle driver. The shuttle was very helpful in getting to the subway. The breakfast buffet is overpriced at $25 per person. Beds were comfortable.
