Extremely comfortable beds in a very modern room! I love to stay here because it is so posh feeling. Staff are very helpful and strive to make your stay enjoyable. If there are any issues, they are on top of it right away. Ric's Grill, the restaurant attached to the hotel, offers some lovely dishes, but it closes too early for travelers arriving after […] 10pm. The surrounding neighborhood is forgettable as it is just by the highway on the outskirts of the city- and the afternoon traffic makes the weirdly-designed small neighborhood difficult to escape by car but that's not the fault of the hotel. The only reason I needed this location was because of a conference I was attending across the street at the Olympic Park but I guess it would also be a nice location if you didn't want to mingle with full-on downtown city traffic all the time. Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Right next to the Olympic Park, easy highway access. Not close to downtown. Not close to airport, but easy drive to it. Immediate neighborhood is like a rest stop, with gas stations and fast food, but nothing else.

Although it was off on the west side, it was easy enough to get to where we needed to be and the staff was fantastic. Restaurant and Lounge were clean, friendly and service was great. Will stay again

Would definitely stay here again. Very nice rooms. Price was right. Location was good. Nice view of the COP (Canada Olympic Park) site. The only issue and it's a small one was that the vending machine on the 3rd floor was poorly stocked.

Across the street from Canada Olympic Park, minutes from downtown Calgary and only an hour from Skiing in the Mountains, the Four Star provides access to it all. We stayed here as we had an early morning appointment in the city. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Room was very nice, we did have some issues with the A/C but maintenance did come to try and fix it, the restaurant was ok very slow service Only 2 pillows in a king size bed and no extra ones in the room :(

Hotel was a little squeeky (i.e. couch, doorknob), but it was a really nice place to stay. Room was clean and had lots of space (we had the Queen Suite), and was great for a family of four to stay in.

The hotel was lovely, the room, a king suite, was a perfect set-up for my husband, two kids and I. I believe our room was recently renovated-all new= very clean!!After a busy day the kids loved the pool-water slide as a big hit!

Location was great right on the outskirts of the city. Fast Food chains were just a walk away. Acommodations were nice. The room was clean, air conditioner working well. Needed more tumblers/cups since we had 4 people in the room

The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the dining room crew. Even though the main dining room was under renovation during my stay, and staff had to make do with temporary dining room set up in a meeting room, they were cheerful and attentive. It had independently controlled heating and cooling that worked very well, and large windows with good light. While right across the Trans-Canada highway from the Calgary Olympic Park, with a great view of the ski jumps, this hotel is also near the middle of nowhere. It's a $30 cab ride from downtown, and the local colour includes McDonalds, Wendy's, Greek take-out, a pretty good pizza place, two liquor stores and a carwash. If you're looking for nightlife, that's why they have cable TV. I've stayed here twice now, and will be happy to return. There is shuttle service to and from the hotel from downtown and Calgary airport, provided by Mr. Singh, who is perhaps one of the highlights of my latest stay. Check it out. További részletek

Hotel was quite satisfactory but was chosen because of proximity to son's home but is a $30 (incl tip) cab ride to downtown and a $60 cab ride to airport.

This hotel was acceptable for what I needed - a place to crash while on business. The area is not interesting at all (unless you are going to Canada Olympic Park which is nearby). The hotel was basic but clean and comfortable. Normal for this category of hotel. Free parking and internet were nice perks.

Overall fairly good stay at the 4 Points Sheraton in Calgary. The room was very clean.The staff was very nice and a good location very close to #1 highway that turns into 16 AVE while driving thru Calgary.Only minor problem was at the breakfast buffet the toaster was not working for the 2 days I had the breakfast buffet.

The room was tight for our family, the pool was small, packed and freezing cold with little space on the side to set down towels, etc. The morning buffet was 12 dollars - and was the quality of the kind you get for free at the Ramada or Holiday Inn. Good value for the price I paid. It is in the far west and is not close too much besides the Canadian Olympic Park. The elevator was a little disturbing, twice the door closed on me as I was entering and I lacked a little confidence in it.

We stayed here for our daughter's birthday as a surprise. The hotel staff was great in helping facilitate the surprise, we wanted to check in first and get balloons ready before she came in. I asked to switch the first room they had us in, it was on the main floor and looked right out at the parking lot, they gave us a room with a balcony no questions […] asked. The rooms look nice, but it smelled awful, as if it had been soaking in urine for days! I wasn't about to switch rooms again though since our little girl was outside waiting to come in so I opened a window and hoped the smell would fade. Then came bed time, neither myself of my husband got a wink of sleep because the bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, worse than camping! The pillows weren't much better except that they were so overstuffed with feathers that we may as well have been sleeping upright. This was not what you expect in a hotel that bears the Sheraton name, even if it is a "Four Points". I wouldn't recommend staying here to my worst enemy until they clean the rooms (or use less stinky cleaning agents) and get new beds and pillows. További részletek
