NH Caransa - Amszterdam

The localization is very good, the staff very gentle and friendly. I considered the breakfast price very high, comparing to London and Paris hotels prices.

The hotel is in an excellent location but there were a few problems. Let me start with the good points: very clean, nice size room. However, the beds were extremely hard and the hotel staff is only somewhat helpful. The afternoon and early evening staff were great but the late night and early morning staff were condescending and not very helpful. I […] asked the morning staff male to show me on a map how to get to a museum and he made me feel stupid. I expect people to be helpful and polite about sharing their city with customers. The internet was promised but you had to pay for wifi in your room or in the lobby. I tried to use the business computer and you only get a voucher for fifteen minutes which was only long enough to check one website. Very convenient location. Easy access to all the great things to do in Amsterdam. Helpful front desk staff and clean functional room. We selected a room facing away from the square so it wasn't at all noisy at night. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was great. First, they gave us a larger room with a better view free of charge (she just asked if we wanted it, we didn't even inquire, so naturally we said yes). The hotel was located next to tram service and had several resturants and bars close by. Breakast is 19 euros with what appeared to be powder eggs. Vi var rigtig godt tilfredse med opholdet på NH Caransa. Dog manglede vi bare en lille bar, hvor man kunne have siddet og få en kop kaffe og læse i en bog eller spille kort, inden sengetid. Renligheden var i top, personalet var søde og servicemindede. Værelserne kan blive indelukket i solskinsvejr, fordi vinduerne kun kan åbnes ganske lidt. Vi var meget fornøyd med beliggenheten. Stort rom med god plass til 3 stykker. God frokost. Kort vei til handlegate, restauranter og kafeer. Mye støy fra restauranter og barer utenfor hotellet, men har man valgt å bo midt i sentrum så må man regne med litt støy. Vi kan godt tenke oss å komme tilbake her.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ringsherum hat es sehr gute Restaurants. Allerdings ist es sehr, sehr laut. Bis 2 Uhr morgens hielt uns laute Discomusik wach. Für junge Partygänger der perfekte Platz, für andere Touristen allenfalls nicht optimal. Die Zimmer sind alt, aber sauber, das Bad klein. l'hotel est correct, facile d'accès par contre je n'ai pas trouvé le personnel particulièrement accueillant mais compétent par contre, le problème majeur, du fait qu'amsterdam est une ville de loisirs, l'hotel est mal insonorisé, les gens parlent fort et crient jusqu'à tot le matin.

Eneste som trekker ned her er at det burde vært Gratis Wifi på Hotellrommet, ikke bare i lobyen.

Hutlöst dyr frukost, men det verkar gälla alla hotell i Amsterdam. Gå ut och ät istället!

Flott beliggenhet i nærehet av det meste. Vi var meget godt fornøyd med vårt tre - sengers rom ut mot Rembrantsplein. Bra standard på rommet. Det er dog noe høyt støynivå fra utelivet nær Rembrantsplein, slik at ørepropper på nattbordet kom godt med. Det eneste som trekker ned er en hårreisende dyr frokost. Den spiser en bare en av

Excelente ubicacion, habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Camas muy confortables. staff maravilloso y algunos de habla espanola. Un poco ruidosa en las noches por la ubicacion pero se resuelve si desde un principio se pide una habitacion en la parte de atras del hotel. Lo recomiendo 100%, volveria sin pensarlo.

Hotellet er fint og rent, har en god frokostbuffe - og en faaantastisk lokasjon ved Rembrandtplein. Flott område, og kun 1 min fra handlegata etc. Reiser gjerne hit igjen.

Fint hotell med meget sentral beliggenhet. Kort vei til mange handlegater. Frokost og middagsmuligheter rett rundt hotellet. Fine og rene rom med hyggelig betjening. Litt dumt at man blir belastet med tilleggsskatt på ca 17 euro når man sjekker ut. Trikkestopp rett utenfor hotellet er et pluss.

Koselig hotell med sentral beliggenhet og veldig god frokost. Anbefales

Hotellet ligger ekstremt sentralt plassert rett ved Rembrandtsplassen. I tillegg fikk vi et svært rom i toppetasjen med altan på over 20 kvadratmeter. Utsikten var fantastisk! Betjeningen var hyggelig og skal du sjekke ut en søndag får du være helt til klokken 17 uten ekstra kostnader. Perfekt for oss som skulle dra sent om kvelden. This is NOT a four star hotel. Nice enough facilities, but rock hard beds, lumpy pillows and snooty staff. Over priced breakfast (good though), and on the whole over rated. Ask for rooms facing the back, as the trams and the noise on the square will make it impossible to sleep.

Cet hôtel est super bien situé c'est une évidence ! En revanche il a été surclassé en 4 étoiles, alors que c'est un 3 étoiles plus ! Pas de wifi dans les chambres et payants ( de nos jours !!!) Le mobilier a quelque peu vieilli ou mal entretenu.

Hotel ubicato in una delle piu' belle piazze di Amsterdam , centralissimo apiedi si possono raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse della citta' . Costo prima colazione eccessivamente caro.

Für eine dreitägige Amsterdam-Besichtigungstour genau das richtige Hotel! Fast in der Innenstadt gelegen ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel). Unser Zimmer lag zum Hof. Wir hatten zwar dadurch keine Aussicht, aber dafür nachts absolute Ruhe. Für ein Innenstadthotel war das Zimmer aussergewöhnlich […] groß.
