Homewood Suites Dallas/Park Central - Dallas

The people working the front desk was very professional. My daughter was coming into town with the grandson and was needing the room for an overnight stay. Could only ask for a better sign at the road showing the enterance, due to the fact you can't see the building well from the road.

I was really surprised at this hotel for the price I paid. I got a great deal on the room even for a Friday night. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was way above average, and even had a bag of popcorn which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast was much better than expected. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Bed was delightfully comfortable. Room was well-kept and almost immaculate; I did find some spots in the shower that weren't clean, but everything else was great. Room included linens for the sofabed! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

I had two appointments at Medical City Hospital, and the Homewood Suites was not only with easy driving distance (without getting on a freeway!) but was also a very comfortable place to stay. Our suite was spacious and clean. We even had a 2-BR suite even though it's not what we requested...I guess that's all that was available. Clean rooms, comfy beds, helpful staff, grocery stores close by, easy access to the highway- pretty much everything I need in a hotel. Not the newest/nicest hotel ever but definitely well above average especially for the price. Overall, great value!

My family and I stayed at Homewood Suites Dallas/Park Central during the 2011 Christmas season and would stay there again. The staff was very accommodating and treated us like family. We had one request (fire place), which was honored. Thank you Hotels.com and Homewood Suites for making our Christmas wonderful memory!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and was satisfied in general. Staff is friendly, included breakfast is good, and the location was appropriate for my purposes. My only dislike was that the windows were a bit thin and I could hear cars going on the road next to it.

Hotel needs an upgrade...accomodations are large, but furnishings are long in the tooth. Adequate, nothing special.

Wonderful room, full size refrigerator, dish washer, stove top and microwave. Nice setting area in the entrence room. Soft bed. Big closet. Great if staying for more than one night.

This hotel was better than expected! I really thought that since the rooms had kitchens the breakfast wouldn't be much but was I wrong! The breakfast was fresh and gave plenty of options! The hotel was in excellent condition and when I told the clerk how much we enjoyed our stay and how lovely our room was she told me they weren't even finished with […] the renovations. Hmm, didn't see any renovations so that was nice to see that they didn't want to inconvenience their patrons with a mess. During my visit to Dallas for medical reasons I picked this hotel because of it's location and it allowed smoking. Little did I know that my visit there was going to be one of the best hotel stays in my 20 years of traveling. Each and every staff member were friendly, kind and happy to help in any way they could. They recommended easy travel routes, […] great areas to visit, just stopped and talked to us as if we were family, to see if everything was ok with us and our room. When we requested anything, it was delivered to our room almost immediately, not the usual 30-45 minutes later. The breakfast was better than I had expected and made life simplier than having to go out to find food. Dinner during the weeknights (M-Th) was a nice surprise and the quality was very good. The taco encrusted Talapia was to die for. The staff made sure the food was fresh and kept the dining area clean and comfortable. This hotel is on the top of my list of hotels I will go back to and recommend to family or anyone going to the Dallas area.
