they said they where remodeling their lobby not the whole first floor if I had know how much of the hotel was riped up I would have gone to a different hotel. there was dust everywhere even in our room on the second floor. We had to go in the back of the building to get to our room. We were going to use the pool but desided not to because outside the […] door in the hall the floor was all dusty and nails were all over the place. there were wires hanging from the ceiling in the hall way and even the elevator floor was all dusty the maids vaccumed but not around the sides and I did not stay clean because of all the dust of the first floor. I brought my breakfast up to the room because all the tables were dusty and the dust flying around. I think they should have closed the hotel till the work was done. További részletek

to be fair, they were under construction, but it wasn't so pleasant to walk into a dusty torn down reception area. but our room was fine and the receptionist helped us order pizza at like 1 am. Over all good.

Complentary breakfast- very good. Hotel overall very good service. Hotel alows all guests into neighbor All Sport Fitness Center for free for your entire stay at the Hampton.

Hotel staff EXCELLENT! You might want to consider placing the double beds a little better. Could barely move on one side of the bed. Perhaps use smaller chairs around the table to provide a little more room.

I found the Hotel to be very convenant to were I was going.I would recommend this Hotel to others. Thanks

We were entirely pleased with this hotel as a convenient place to stay while attending a family function. The desk clerks and other staff were particularly helpful, offering to print out a map to direct us to where our function was. The hotel was clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast had more offerings than usually seen.

The hotel is located near major highways/routes. The room was a little small, but clean. Breakfast had nice selection, including eggs, sausage and waffles. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would use again.

Right off Interstate 84 on Rte 9. Excellent staff and managers to help with your situation. Ryan has been great to work with as my son and I have been travelling to West Point for many years. 20 minutes from the gate and cost friendly.. Can I say more... Try it and you will enjoy...

Very nice hotel.. staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet was just great with very plush seating. I didn't realize they had an indoor pool. So, don't forget the bathing suit if you go.

The location of this hotel was great; it could not have been easier to get to - it was literally right off the highway. There were lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby, and the event that we attended was no more than 15 minutes away, so this was a very convenient place to stay. The staff were friendly, the reception area welcoming. There was […] a coffee bar and snacks, and a continental breakfast in the morning. My only complaint would be that the room smelled. However, I stayed in a smoking room on the top floor, so I wasn't really too upset about. Luckily, I had Frebreeze in the car and smuggled it up to my room, which made it much more bearable. Last minute our family decided to stay over night for a soccer tournament. Hampton inn was within the area, hotel was very clean, clean pool, breakfast was very good not to mention included in the price. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Very comfortable and room is clean. Hot breakfast is serve everyday. Many choices to choose from.

I have stayed here on several occasions and it is an overall nice hotel. Convenient location that is right off the highway. Staff was very friendly. The building does seem a bit old and doesn't seem as nice as other Hampton Inn locations.

Mattress had a plastic cover on it that made a lot of noise everytime you would move. Whatever happened to cloth covers. Did not discover this unti late in the evening. Also, breakfast on Friday had no eggs - just sausage and thin rectangular French toast. pieces.

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly. And there was a really good complimentary hot buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

As the title says, the hotel was a little pricy, but the stay was very comfy, and quiet. Also breakfsast was included with the price, which was not standard at every hotel in the area. If we had to we would stay there again.

I made our reservations months in advance to visit our daughter in Marist College. The hotel was a bit further away than I would have preferred, but not knowing the area this is the hotel I chose. Double beds were very narrow-- do not plan on two people sleeping comfortably per bed. Hotel is dated, really needs refurbishing. Rooms are very small and very basic. Have been in much nicer Hampton Inns. Although hotel options in area not great, would look for newer hotel. Bathroom not clean but staff very polite and responsive to complaint.

Good spot to stay when visiting the area tho location is 15 miles from major attractions of FDR homesite & CIA. Good breakfast buffet & helpful staff. Room well maintained & hotel quiet. Many good rests. in area.

Clean and well-kept with a friendly staff. Like the free wireless service.

We call it the sticky carpet motel rooms not clean not enough towels not enough pillows not worth the money

Upon arrival our room was changed due to a very musty odor in the room we were assigned. Our changed room was quite suitable and comfortable even tho we were next to the elevator, we were never bothered by noise. The location is very convenient, right next to I-84 and there were many choices for restaurants, shopping etc close by. We had one other room […] issue, the hot water in the shower ran very hot to cold. This was an older hampton inn and perhaps needed some plumbing maintenance. The staff was not as efficient as we have come to experience in other hamptons,and the breakfast room was not maintained as well as other hampton inns we have visited. Altho, we have never had a reason to approach a manager before, the manager at this property was very receptive to our comments and as per hampton policy we did receive a compensation for our remarks. My boyfriend & I were just aiming to spend a relaxing couple of days together doing very little, and this hotel worked perfectly for that purpose. Room was clean, staff was pleasant, and surrounding area was quiet. The hotel was pretty easy to find, and it's proximity to assorted places to eat and random things to do to fill the time was nice. My biggest […] issue was that the breakfast buffet was a little sub-par. Although the food was adequate, every piece of dishware - plates, cups, silverware, etc - were all paper products. Are you guys too lazy to wash some dishes??? Some of the drink machines remained empty for the duration of breakfast, and it just seemed like each day the buffet was an oversight that they scrambled to achieve minimum quality for. We stayed here 4th of July Weekend. My girlfriend is very picky about hotels, although I'll stay just about anywhere with a bed and a toilet bowl. She found the hotel to be neat, clean, and she had no complaints whatsoever and neither did I, except maybe they could have been a bit quicker at replenishing some of the items at the included continental […] breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, the swimming pool was just the right temperature and not overchlorinated, the food at the breakfast was good and there was nice variety including some hot items, and the staff were very courteous and efficient. its a dirty run of the mill filth house. Our bed spred was Lumpy and gross. We arrived for check in at 3 and they made us wait until 5. wasted 2 hours of our vacation and the lady thought it was funny. this place is not run professionally. A little expensive but good

Convenient. Nice. Comfortable. Great breakfast--not one of those skimpy things either. The hotel is now on my list of places to stay. Thanks so much.

The only real problem for me was this location is hidden by another hotel which sits directly infront on the Hampton Inn, which makes it hard to spot.

The hotel was great. Great breakfast buffet, home baked cookies on the counter when we arrived, fresh coffee 24 hrs a day, friendly staff. Am definately staying there again on my next visit.

My stay was just perfect! Clean, friendly and good "free" continental breakfast. The neigborhood is great...close to everything. They will be seeing me again. I recommend highly!!!!.
