The hotel was lovely but the location was away from what I prefer. Dining and drink prices were over the top. Ended up catching taxis to Legian nearly everynight.

Nusa Dua Hotel was a great place to have a relaxing holiday. You wouldnt really need to leave the hotel unless you wanted to - they have food to cater to all types. However if youre looking for the cheaper side of things i wouldnt recommend going here. The prices are western but it was worth it for what i was after for the holiday.

Initial impressions of the hotel was that the place was like heaven, I've never stayed anywhere like it before. The only thing is you have to pay for it, the initial package was a good price but they get you on the food and drinks (Very Expensive). Also we went for New Years Eve and had to pay US $600 for a dinner for two which did not include drinks. […] The food was awesome but def was not worth the $300 a head. Nusa Dua is very unique and feels like your on another island when compared to kuta or seminyak. This hotel is literally on the beach and walking distance to the local markets. Next time we will try Ubud or one of the other hotels along the same strip as this hotel. White sandy beach but ocean water level is varies and usable for swim only in the afternoon hours. Club room has a great service including free unlimited internet, very good breakfast, afternoon tea with snack, and evening cocktails. Upgrade to club level room worse the money.

My partner and l had the greatest time at this Resort, we loved everything about our stay. You don't have to leave the Resort if you don't want from the restaurants, pools, beach and the garden areas; all superb. Loved the place and we cannot wait to return.

The only "minus" for the hotel is their internet system: - there is free wi-fi in the lobby - there is no wi-fi anywhere other than the lobby even if you want to pay for. Only paid internet with cable in the room (which has some problems but they told that the system would be changing soon) For the Nusa Dua Beach: the sand is awesome but the sea it self is not a place to swim. Reefs protect it from waves but it is so shallow that you can't swim and also mossy. But, the sea is ok for the kid. And, Nusa Dua is a hotels place, there is almost nothing Balinese around and you should get a taxi to go to other places. So, if you are planning to see many Balinese places, it is not the best place to stay. But if you are planning an easy-going hotel holiday, than Nusa Dua is the place. P.S. A very relaxed and comfortable stay. Room was very quiet and air-con worked well. Grounds are beautiful - lush and tropical looking; also lovely pools of water, orchids etc. Excellent buffet breakfast and we very much enjoyed the dinner we had at the hotel - good fresh sushi and a tasty curry.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel, having previously stayed for two weeks in 2010. Improvements in the past two years are the icing on the cake. The new General Manager arrived on the first day of our holiday and seems keen to preserve what works well whilst listening to any suggestions for improvements. It seems that in the near future […] wi-fi will be freely available at the poolside as well as in the Lobby. The current lack of this free provision was the only disappointment in an otherwise flawless stay. So many of the staff provided a friendly, helpful service that it would be unfair to single out any individual. As a father travelling with a seven year old daughter this could have proved to be a challenging stay, but both of us were very well catered for. I stayed eight nights at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful- this occurred on many occasions. The grounds were large and beautifully landscaped. The hotel has authentic Balinese architecture, making the stay more enjoyable to experience local culture. The location as a beach […] resort was excellent, with a private beach with plenty of beach chairs to relax in (with or without shade) without being constantly bothered by hawkers (there were hawkers on the beach, but they were well controlled by security to the area and only appeared to be allowed to ask once and then they left you alone). Breakfasts were great - a large variety and always enough to keep us going for the whole day- this was a real bonus being included in the room rate. For the negatives - it was a 15 minute walk to the local restaurants and markets at Nusa Dua (the restaurants here were very good and reasonably priced and normally provided a free lift back to the hotel). Catching a taxi through the hotel is expensive - 2- 3 times the cost of a metered cab - I normally walked outside and had one of the unmarked taxis take me. További részletek
