A really comfortable two day break. Very easy to get to as right opposite Marylebone Station. All the staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

Pricey but we felt it was worth it! Victorian charm, big room, gabled windows. There is an internet room with free computer usage; otherwise expensive daily fee for wireless access in the room. Reception average. Disappointing that on arrival due to various functions going on so areas of hotel closed off to guests there was basically nowhere to sit. Also disappointing to find that you had to pay an extra £10 to use the (small) gym for an hour. Upon reflection would probably find somewhere else to stay a little more welcoming

Stayed 4 nights Sept 14-17, 2012. Executive room was roomy and large as advertised. Larger than most London and NYC rooms. (5th time in London, 1st time at the Landmark Hotel). Location is very convenient. The rear of the buliding is directly across the street from the Marylebone tube and National Rail Service station. Very convenient to and from London Heathrow AIrport. The Marylebone station is spacious with several cafe shops, a sports pub, small grocery store and a flower shop. Only suggestion to management is to roll the wifi billing into the room rate. My room was quiet great and the view over the internal wintergarden was much more pleasant than an average street view. The location around the corner from the British Museum and next door to the tube is very convenient.

Brilliant hotel, staff were very helpful and roon excellent. Only criticism is that guests have to pay £10 to use the health club. I have never stayed in a hotel before where the health club is not free for guests.

The hotel was charming. A grand dame if there ever was one. The staff was perfect in their friendliness and stop at nothing to help. The food was outstanding and despite its cost, was worth every cent and more. We were a little away from central London but the Marylebone station was steps away to wisk you anywhere you wanted.

Overall Great Hotel. One problem, you must pay 15 pounds a day to use the gym. Given the cost of one night it is outrageous to think there are additional cost for using the gym. Really put a damper on my experience.

Gorgeous hotel in a convenient location. The only downfalls I found were with the restaurant which was extremely pricey and I missed having a coffee/ hot water pot in the room (room service costs were VERY pricey as well). There is a Marks and Spencer simply food right across the street at the Marylebone station which can compensate however.

Location: Spot on Marylabone station. Two stops from Paddigton which is 15 minutes from Heathrow. Its just across the road from Regents Park and central enough to be a good base for almost all London commutes. Bedroom: 2 large beds, placed together to make a large double. Great size. Downside, one mattress was far softer and there was a noticeable […] join. Bed was too large for a duvet, thicker, clumsier, blankets were used. By contrast the Suites offer a more standard sized bed with more ample homely duvet and made for better sleeping No tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room. Room service ranging from £20-£30 a meal + £3.50 room service fee. Half of the rooms are street view, half atrium view. Pianos are played in the atrium at 12pm and 6pm. Some may enjoy the gentle music, others may be disturbed if they wish to sleep throughout the day. Tell the staff in advance if you would prefer one room type to the other. (The Hotel staff were happy to let me me sleep in a spare suite during these hours.) Bathroom: Fantastic size, well decorated, all necessary toiletries supplied. Hot water straight away, good water pressure in the shower. Note that the shower has a fixed head on the wall, no separate hand shower. WC contains no bidet or shattaf (hygenic hand shower) Food Great selection of bars and restaurants, high quality food- not competitively priced. Staff Courteous, professional, knowledgeable. My office inadvertently booked me into the Landmark instead of the Langham. Fine, I thought; let's try a new place in London. Bad idea. The hotel looks ominous from the get-go. The concierge staff are a bit too "mate" and not enough "sir." The front desk failed to deliver newspapers to the room, despite -- upon check-in and the following morning -- […] two specific requests that they do so. And the room was pretty bare bones -- a dingy comforter (not duvet), a bed as hard as a plank, irregular cleaning service and no tea kettle. Oh -- and $23/day for internet. Maybe that flew five years ago, but at a 5-star today? On the plus-side, I did arrive early and they were able to accommodate me with a room. And if you need easy access to the tube, it's right there. Still, this is not a 5-star hotel. It's a monstrous place that caters to trade groups and package tourists. The attitude of the staffs was extremely poor. I saw them arguing with other hotel guests when I checked in. At my second day of stay, I argued with them for the carparking. I parked my car on the first day. However, when I returned on the second day, they refused me to park the car in the hotel carpark without a good reason.
