"Excellent value for money"
Pickup service from the auirport was prompt and friendly, bed was very comfortable, and buffet breakfast was well-stocked. Incredibly good value compared to the overpriced hotel in NYC with surly service I had just left!
"Close but not close enough"
This is a nice new hotel and the staff went out of their way to make the stay good. I arrived late due to a bad travel day, the staff put me in the wrong room but fixed it the next day. The only issue I had with the hotel is that it is just a little to far outside the city to make commuting back and forth worth it. I opted to not get a rental car since […] the hotel was running a shuttle to the outdoor retailer show at the salt palace. They did a good job to accommodate visitors but I ended up getting taken by one of the drivers for an extra $10.00 according to the staff. Nice hotel in very close proximity of the airport. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and professional. Probably one of the better staffs I've ever encountered. Made a late night flight in and early flight out much less stressful.

Very nice hotel with a lovely inviting lobby, friendly desk clerk, and very clean inviting room. The bedding with the soft pillows and down comforter even smelled clean. Stayed one night when to be close to the airport in order to catch an early morning flight. Very helpful and friendly staff and free shuttle service to and from the airport, less than 10 minutes away. Dining services are limited but food is adequate.

This hotel is close to the airport and yet very convenient to downtown Salt Lake City. A major fault of the room is the noisy A/C. If management would invest a little more $ and install a split-system A/C, I think people will enjoy their stay a lot more.

Our entire experience could not have been better. The rooms were great and the front desk and airport shuttle personnel went out of their way to help, making us feel as if we were all that mattered.
First rate operation with great staff and very attractive facility competitively priced. We were really impressed. A great finish to a great vacation.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very good. Rooms were nice, hot breakfast was complimentary and pool was clean. Not alot of amenities very close too hotel such as restaurants but only about 5-10 minutes from downtown salt lake. Overall I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We only stayed for I day, but this hotel was clean, excellent service, and a super comfortable bed. It was close to the airport but only had two restaurants close but luckily the were very good.

Despite a few glitches, this hotel is wonderful. The staff is accomodating, friendly, and offer service normally found in high-end hotels with concierge service. This hotel was fantastic! Such an amazing room for such a low price! Loved the size of the bathroom and how the king bed had it's own "room", separate from the living room area. Had a great continental breakfast with plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.
"No Airport Parking"
I forgot to ask if I could park my car for a week to go to my mother's funeral, and as it turns out, I couldn't. Hampton offered me half price parking but when I asked at the parking place, they had never heard of it. The people at the front desk at the Hampton had never heard of it either
