Red Roof Inn Buena Park - Buena Park

We found the hotel to be much nicer than we thought it would be. The price was great and we were gone during the days. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked. No breakfast to speak of, just coffee and a muffin but we came prepared with some of our own food. We will stay there again.

Good. The problem is no ventillation in the restroom. Nightclub next door. Too noisy.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Very cozy room. Nice pool and jacuzzi.

Sheets smelled like someone had done bad stuff on them. I asked for new clean sheets, they wanted to change me to a smoking room but it smelled to bad. Brent at the front refused to put clean sheets on beds. He said I could call hotels.com to get my money back.. I wasn't asking for my money back, I just wanted clean sheets.

What a nice Red Roof! They have a nice pool, elevator, very small breakfast, and clean rooms. The room is exactly what you expect when you stay at a red roof. There is a lobby at this location. Great stay.

It was wonderful and very convenient. Service is fast! Place is very clean an very nice!

The hotel is very close to the freeway. Too close. I needed ear plugs. The beds and pillows were satisfactory. I rate this hotel as the same as Motel 6. The continental breakfast was juice, coffee, and some rolls probably purchased at Costco. Denny's is nearby! You get what you pay for.

Was a little bit hidden from the road but still able to find it. My room was located near the pool and highway so it was a little bit noisy, however, once I turned the ac and tv on, all sounds were gone. Overall, for a quick overnight stay it was perfect...would stay here again!

This hotel was just adequate. It's obviously old and is in need of updating of the rooms. They say that they provide a "continental breakfast", however, it only consisted of coffee, muffins that were cut into halves and some lemonade. Pretty sorry for a continental breakfast. the bathroom was dirty and the bottom sheet did not cover the end of bed so my husbands feet were touching the mattress. When we called they said that there was no one to clean the room and if we wanted we could change rooms to the 4th floor ..well it was late and we didn't want to change.

Bathroom was dirty. Also the bottom sheet did not cover the bed. they did not have fitted sheets so my husbands feet touch the matress when he slept.they told us that there was no one there to clean the bathroom until the next morning and that we could move up to the 4th floor.We didn't want to pack all of our things up at 10:30 at night and move. The concierge and staff were nice, the place was nice, the room was clean, even though it's by the freeway, it was quiet. Overall I had a good time with my partner.

Staff was very friendly. We needed some extra items for the room and they had no problem helping us

First off I got this room because I thought it was a decent price and I read reviews from other people which weren't so great so I was biting my nails the whole way there but when my family and I got there we were so very happy the man who checked us in I think his name was Ricardo he was so nice and helpful. The pool was heated just right for swimming in the day and at night. Our room was close to the fwy but it was was not bothersome it is close to restaurants and stores and a major plus is the ICE machines worked! We have stayed here on past vacations and this hotel has always been comfortable for the price. Close to shopping, eateries and amusement parks. Great value for the area, about 1/3 cheaper than the Holiday Inn across the street. However, serious weatherproofing is needed to raise room comfort. The hotel is parallel to the freeway, so freeway noise was really evident in addition to the wind blowing beneath the room door. For the price everything was fine enough for me. Mini fridge was nice. Was near the freeway so u could hear the traffic but that didnt bother me too much, more of a dull white noise. Only thing i didnt like and im not sure if its the same in every room but the area where you would have a laptop has no plug in with a ground cable.

Nice hotel real close to knotts berry farm, and soak city. Close to restaurants and target.

It is a nice hotel close to restaurant's and knotts. They could put new beds as it was very soft.

This hotel is in a GREAT location, but . . . The front desk was a terrible service, mumbled answers, rude. The towels were dirty in the bathroom; front desk could not care less. The Breakfast . . really!?! Coffee not ready on time, and one cheap breakfast roll, cut up for all to share. Gross. Inexpensive, and not worth the price.

Good for a nights sleep and great location close to Disney and nottsberry farm.

Got two rooms back to back for a quick weekend trip to Knotts. The phone in my room did not work but the alarm clock did (going off in the middle of the night oddly) while the phone in the other room DID work but the alarm clock did NOT. I dont think the location is good! Remodel was nice but it had a smell to the room did like that! Didnt offer a breakfast! Just a muffin and juice or coffee. Would have like to have fruits, toast, ect.. Pool was out of service would have like to have coffee pot in my room!

I would recommend this Red Roof Inn. The price was very good. I was very surprised to find the pool was heated and spa worked great. We also traveled with our puppy. They did not charge us an additional fee for our pet. Most places seem to want $10 - $15 per night for pets.

My bestfriend and i went to this hotel for a total of three days and it was truly like a vacation away from home. This hotel is usually a great place to getaway, but this last visit was horrible. I booked my stay here through hotels.com and when I arrived they couldnt find my reservation. Finally my reservation was found and I was giving a room in the smoking section when I clearly reserved one for non-smoking. I called to see if they could change it and I was […] told I couldnt change the room because there were no other rooms available. The room looked clean, but reaked of smoke (not just tabacco). I must note that every stay at this hotel is not a completely peaceful one as its next to the 91 freeway. Overall not the best experience at this hotel for this visit, but its usaully a bargain. I stayed at a Red Roof Inn in Milton Fl. and it was a trash hole, torn/dirty towels, dirty room, and the room was not cleaned for 3 days. Ugly experience, I swore never to stay in a Red Roof ever again, but, I decided to go to the one in Buena Park and I was very surprised, the room was very clean, there was nothing clogged up in the bathroom, they […] had clean towels, had a great night sleep at a great price. We've stayed here before. It's not the most spectacular place, but ... if you're on limited funds and can't afford anything else ... it's a deal. My only real complaint is the breakfast that's served is pretty sparse and really doesn't last the 3 hours it's supposed to for the size of the hotel, they should provide more food.

Old facilities and not working and the costumer service not good.

The hotel is quite ok for what you pay for. Don't expect a 4 star treatment in this 1-2 star hotel. It's cool for the price. Cool holiday attractions are closeby such as Disney and Universal studios Hollywood.. You won't be disappointed if you don't expect much. We loved it since we only sleep there at night!!!

Great location next to many restaurants rooms always up to tip top shape. breAkfSt should be longer or coffee served all day. I enjoi my stay all together though.
