We enjoyed our stay it was verry relaxing and convenient

I would like to say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, everything was great. The only thing is they were all booked on the Disabled rooms but we made it work. The room was better than some apartments that I've seen and it was very quiet. I would definetly go back again.

This room was better than some apartments I've had. It has a full kitchen with a counter and barstools, a desk, sofa, chair, tv, and nice bathroom. Walls were a bit thin when someone with a loud voice was next door, but overall a quiet hotel. Breakfast was also good.

Nice and cozy studio. Breakfast buffet was convenient. Great cardio machines in the gym. swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean.

Really enjoyed our short stay. Rooms were clean and bedrooms were comfortable. Breakfast was presented nice with choices of everything. The only complaint I have is that our room had a huge stain in the center of the living area of suite and it should have been replaced. I'm sure that the hotel charged the person(s) responsible for that mess. Sofa bed […] had a dirty ring stain all around the main cushion that you sit on. Please clean it. People notice these things. You could also leave enough soap in dishwasher for 2 loads of dirty dishes and a few paper towels. We asked for a crib or play pen and there was NOT one available. We usually stay in San Ramon which is a nicer facility but this one was ok. Except that we had our baby with us and they rented the room next door to some party people who began by a party and ended up fighting and raising hell in the hallway all night. Good location, great breakfast, well appointed rooms, good service from staff. I liked the 24 hour security also. I have no problem recommending this facility.

Service was outstanding. The guy working the front desk went out of his way to take care of us! The rooms need bigger bed but overall very nicely done. Would stay there again!

We picked the hotel based on hotel.com reviews and its overall score. Y'all were right!! We had the studio room; it was great for two. I'd say go...without reservation. You'll love it.

Nice location in Pleasanton. close to Mall, 580 fwy, and Bart station with 5 min drive. Very quiet. the inhouse breakfast was satisfactory.

I reserved the Studio which was very nice and less than a 1 bedroom suite. It was very well organized. Focus was the flat screen TV. It was located in the center of the room an on a lazy Susan so it.could turn to face the bed, living room, kitchen or desk. Every thing was nice. In town for a seminar. The hotel was convienently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfy. I would stay here again.

Hotel was ok for a low star. Newly remodeled & redecorated suite (w/kitchen) nice touch. Nice flat screen TV w/HBO & cable. Basketball court, pool, workout room. We liked everything except it was too hot! We should have called to front desk but we didn't and my husband was already asleep. At 11p. thermostat was registered room was @ 73 degrees. At 9p. we had turned down to 61 degrees. I turned heat off b4 going to bed-turned a/c on for short time but thought this is crazy a/c in Jan. It was stifling at night. […] I turned our fan onto my face,took my p.j. bottoms off and when it was light out opened window (though not too much as on first floor for safety sake). Kudos to the Residence Inn at Pleasanton! Friendly, efficient front desk staff helped me to choose a quiet room. Our studio with full kitchen was clean and beautifully decorated. I gave the comfort rating a 4 instead of 5 stars, because a sofa bed is always going to be less comfortable than a real mattress. Nice fitness room with plenty of cardio machines […] and free weights. Nice breakfast. The only thing that could have used improvement was the waffle iron. It didn't quite crisp the waffles, and it took a bit of effort to pry the waffles out of the iron. We ran out of batter before everyone in the waffle line made their waffles. Stayed at this hotel for a week as a combined business and pleasure trip for various members of the family and found the staff to be excellent. Very helpful and informative. The swimming pool heater was out of action and the front desk staff arranged for a pool pass elsewhere which was great. love having the kitchen, access the 2 laundries with free detergent, good breakfast and evening snack.

My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and wanted a romantic getaway. This hotel was the daily special and the price was less than what I was expecting to pay. I can only recall hearing a Harley riding by at some point early in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have many needs that required their attention. But the few that we had, they were very generous about. We were there on a Saturday night, so we were not able to take advantage of the "Social Hour" that happens during the week (which sounds great!). But we did have the complimentary breakfast. There were scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, french toast, bagels and cereal. We made our own waffles with strawberries too. Room was nicely appointed with two large flat screen TV’s one in the living area and one in the bedroom. No place to set a suite case except the closet floor. Room location was too close to the freeway (Noisy). The room next to us had a small dog which would bark anytime someone walked down the hall. Room cleanliness could have been better. The room was better than expected. It's cozy with modern decor. Very comfortable and has all the amenities of an apartment. It's a great deal which included complementary breakfast and dinner. No bar but beer and wine is available. The staff was very accomodating and attentive. Highly recommend this place.

I've stayed here a dozen times because the rooms are the best I've ever seen for the price and it used to be the only place that I wasn't constantly being bugged by housekeeping. I've had many problems at different hotels, now this one seems to be employing the same rude and annoying housekeeping that don't understand a word of english. Low and behold, house keeping is at my door 5 TIMES from 8am to 1pm my check out time banging on my door. Even after speaking clearly through the door and even yelling at one point to them that I don't need service (as stated the SIGN THAT I PUT ON MY DOOR AS WELL) and that I requested a late checkout, they still kept bothering me and even entered my room at one point. Hotels.com had a great last-minute deal on this hotel, and we were more than satisfied with value for money. The room was up-to-date, clean and well-equipped; the complimentary breakfast was ample, and the convenience to many parts of the East Bay can't be beat!

We loved the "suite" feature - very roomy and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, and the decor was outstanding. We can't wait for a chance to visit again.

The room exceeded my expectations and was among the nicest of any suite-with-kitchenette room I've come across. The location is great with very easy freeway access and the double-paned, easily opened windows effectively blocked out any noise. And the breakfast room is large, well-stocked and very comfortable.

샌프란관광을 하려고 3박 했어요. 너무 멀어서 좀 잘못했나싶었는데 만족스러웠습니다. 단점은 3명이 숙박하려면 하나는 소파베드를 써야하는데 소파베드를 쓴 딸이 좀 불편했다고 하네요. 그곳은 모든방에 2인용 킹베드와 소파베드가 있다고 하네요. 주방이 잘되어있어 가까이에 있는 마트를 이용해 스테이크를 해먹을수도 있습니다. 샌프란까지는 좀 걸리지만 차를 가지고 다닌다면 다닐만 합니다.
