Absolute trash... If you are considering it just DON'T... I reserved a non-smoking room & it smelled like an ashtray, they stated they converted entire first floor to non smoking (must of been the day before by the smell.) When we arrived in our first room is was filthy, left over food, beds not completely made. We were promptly changed to another room. The second room was somewhat clean, no food left over and the beds were appropriately made. I was not satisfied with the way the staff moved us to another room. I'm a prettty tolerant person, and the Days Inn tested that tolerance. I stayed during a recent snowstorm which would have tripled my commute home. We recently stayed at the Days Inn in St. Cloud and it might hae been one of the worst experiences in a hotel that we have had. The room was old, carpet was dirty, the dresser was all chewed up, the phone and the jack was haning from the wall with all of the wires exposed. The Pool area was nice but there was so much chlorine thatt our eyes and lungs […] burned for days after. The front desk staff was un0friendly ad rude when asked for towels and other question. 5 star hotel, staff were very accomodating, helpful, the nicest staff I ever seen in a hotel. Everything was a 5 star rating.

I was so disappointed when i checked into my room. For starters the desk chair was broken, the 3 lamps i had 2 had burnt out bulbs. I ask for a 5am wake up call to get called at 5:07 and 5:06 each time. My girlfriend and I do a few trips to st cloud every year and that will by our last stay there... the bathroom tub was dirty...there were crumbs on the bed when we got there... and the walls were dirty.. there was a huge nail in the wall where I believe a large picture used to hang... was not nice at all... I will not be back...

Cigarette burns on the bed spread--room not cleaned on 2nd day of stay. Bad breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to friends.

Not clean. The internet was not working, called front desk-night person was good about it, but when it still wasn't working in the morning, the morning person was not nice. Then two other people said that it was me...and asked me to pull open my laptop...so I did and guess what...wasn't me! I was unable to download work I needed for the road. I had requested a non smoking room but felt that is not what I got. I know I should have asked for another room but we were all settled so hated to change.

Our room smelled of stale urine. We chose to stay there instead of across the road at the Holiday Inn because of price. In hindsight, we should have paid the extra $100 to stay at the HolidayInn. We drove 3.5 hours home instead of sleeping in the room. Not impressed.

Room was neat and fairly clean. Pool and hot tub were great. Very clean. Great slide for the kids.

Hallways smelled like stale cigarette smoke and a huge spot light shinned in our room.

Days Inn needs to update the photos for this facility. Pictures looked great, but the motel rooms didn't look anything like the pictures. Main lobby and hallways reeked of stale smoke. it was exactly what i needed and what i was looking for. I have stayed at a cheaper hotel and the bed was horrible and the room a pit. This was perfectly priced and the room was excellent for the time I was there. I will use them again.

Staying at the Days Inn St Cloud, Mn. was un-eventful , the staff seemed nice, we were disappointed that we couldn't get a double bed with such early reservations.

I had a smoking room and never AGAIN. I didn't think that there could be much difference. It was terrible with no decent ventalation. The room was run down and the bed was hard as a rock. This hotel seemed like it was a motel, where woman and truck drivers would get together and share the night. It looked like blood stains were on the floor, the bed looked like someone had been watching t.v earlier that day and the overall cleanliness was not that great. The only clean part of the room happened to be the bathroom.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled terrible and it is very old and dirty. I was actually worried I may get bed bugs from staying there as everything was just filthy. The hot tub was also broke and dirty. The whole place was just awful. The room smelled really bad and it was soooo tiny. The bathroom just had a toilet and tub. The mirror and sink was outside of the bathroom! I have never seen a hotel that had the sink outside of the bathroom. I'm from Winnipeg and we also had a Days Inn. The Days Inn in St Cloud, MN was convienently located next to Highways #75, #23, #15 and I-94. There were many truckers staying there with lots of smoking and talking in the lobby.

Comforatable Beds and pillows. Good water pressure, lacked parking,no microwave or fridge. Pleasant staff. Non-Smoking room smelled smoked in.

Unfortunate beginning - used sheets on the beds I was given on check-in. Convenient for what I needed to do in St Cloud

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The pool and spa facilities adn water slide are an excellent source of fun for those with little kids. My 10 month old nephew and his parents came over and they enjoyed the experience immensely.

Great for what we needed - short stay while visiting in the area. Good value, clean, and great service.

Room was clean and comfortable, a lot of kids in hallway and quite late. Probably because hotel is kid friendly with a waterslide in their pool. At breakfast they ran out of donuts. Overall I was satisfied with my stay for the price.

The Days Inn may not have been the most updated hotel, but for one night and lots of swimming and shopping it was great for the price. The rest of the family all met us there and swam and we just hung out by the pool all morning.

Room was somewhat small, and drawers in dressers were dirty on the inside.
