All the employees that I spoke with, who served me, helped me get a cab, helped me with directions or just socially talked with ,were Fantastic! So friendly, very kind and FUN! The two gentlemen at the Front Desk , day shift, ( one was from arlington, the other man who couldn't make it to Yoga class with me) were extremely helpful and patient with all […] my needs. The women at the Bar Annette served me after she had closed ....I was starving and hadn't eaten, just came from a concert and restaurants were closed.. She Rocks! Thank You Annette for your hospitality and the love that went into making my sandwich. I enjoyed her company and our conversations. You are obviously someone who enjoys your work. The man who ran the kitchen for breakfast , sweet sweet sweet! thanks for the fresh eggs and waters with Lemon! ( we both hate sausage lol) And to the man at the bar during the day who graciously helped me print out my boarding pass in a jiffy) And finally, the housekeeping girls whos faces just glow...great big smiles and lovely to see first thing in the morning. Would have been a 5 in hotel overall if driver of van spoke English better and a/c was less noisy. Otherwise, hotel staff was superb. I liked the confirmation of all cab rides.

I stayed here as it was close to an appt i had first thing in the morning. After a long night of travel, I checked in at 1:00 am and promptly got myself in bed since I had to be up at 6:00 am. After my typical tossing and turning to get comfortable I finally fell asleep. At approx. 2:30 am a group arrived to the room next to me, music went on and a […] party started. Needless to say it was LOUD. I called the front desk and asked him to please call them to keep it down. 45 minutes (3:15 am) later the party was still going strong and I was wide awake. I called downstairs again and was told "oh, I called them". I begged the desk person to call again. I also pointed out that I thought there could only be the number of people in the room the reservation was made for. He didn't respond. I did hear him call the room again, rather than go upstairs and ask them to be quiet- but all to no avail. The party carried on until 5:00 so I gave up on sleep. As I checked out the next day I asked for the manager who promplty walked away when I began to complain about the noise and left me to speak to a receptionist who clearly could care less. I wasn't expecting a refund- I just wanted to know they would take a more aggressive role in preventing that from happening again. Won't be back to find out if that happened. További részletek

Our stay at BW+Hotel Tria was most unusual in that it was during the lock-down of Boston and surrounding communities following the Boston Marathon bombings. We were confined to the hotel, however, the staff (especially front desk staff) were terrific in spite of the general tension and stress in the air while waiting for the bombing suspects to be arrested. […] The only down-side was our only food service available was breakfast, so we had difficulty in obtaining lunch and dinner. This was a quick stay - late night arrival, early checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, great parking (a real plus in a 'parking starved' area.) We would stay again and recommend it to friends.

This was a great hotel. Great price. Very clean. Full breakfast. My daughter goes to Tufts university an it was perfect. It's dog friendly too. My daughter misses her dogs and asks me to bring them all the time. Now we have a home base !!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The water pressure of the shower head was not strong enough. Thats very important for me during winter time.

Would have liked the bathroom to be a little bit more updated, as well as better lighting. But on a whole, would definitely recommend. Although the traffic circle I had to go around in order to get over to the next town wasn't fun. There are a lot of those in the Boston area.

Internet service so-so. Even though I'm on vacation I need to take care of personal matters. I was able to connect to the internet and obtain most of what I needed. However, the internet connection wasn't allowing for VPN connections to my home computers. Therefore I missed a couple of important items over the weekend, unfortunately.

Quite nice, am returning there again for a longer stay. It is a good place it could be scaled up a bit to provide the basic things like Concerge/Bellmen to assist guest with luggages, that will not hurt. It is more than a B&B Levi.

The hotel more than met my expectations in every respect apart from location: it is slightly out on a limb, and despite a shuttle being available for Harvard Square and the Alewife T Station, when walking it was something of an isolated walk, next to a busy freeway.

over-priced for age of hotel. It was clean ,but very musty and smoky-smelling for what was supposed to be a non-smoking room.Bed was also hard and towels were a bit scratchy. The hotel is more in Somerville than Cambridge (specifically, Harvard Square) and near the Alewife T station. Hotel provided a free shuttle service. We didn't find a convenient way to walk to the station. The room was clean & a better quality than a Hampton Inn-type room. Bed was quite comfortable. Hearty breakfast options included. Also, a Starbucks […] on site. We stayed on a Monday night so paid a business week rate. Most of our fellow guests seemed to be either German or Scandinavian. Wasn't sure if this was the usual situation or if we just happened to be there when European families were bringing their kids to check out Harvard & MIT. Excellent. The staff at the desk was exceedingly helpful and conscientious. High praise for the shuttle service to the train and Harvard Square. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Overall excellent stay.

For the price we paid - and saw online for other hotels - this place was great & we plan to try and return. Close walk to subway terminal and shuttles to terminal & Harvard Square were nice. Daily breakfast was way better than usual continental fare. Room was nice with frig & microwave. Really made stay in Boston one we will never forget!

Short walk to The T (subway) to get anywhere in Cambridge or Boston. A free shuttle to the T if you don't want to walk or to Harvard Square. So location is convenient. The staff at the hotel was most helpful. I was able to check into my room early. The room and hotel lobby were very clean. Shuttle service between hotel and trains was convenient, and I did not need a rental car. I will definitely stay in this hotel during future visits to Boston.G

Very nice, older hotel! Even though it isn't a newer hotel, the furnishings are very pleasing to the eye and they have really kept up with making it look "fresh". It was also very clean which is a HUGE must! The buffet breakfast every morning was wonderful! Having a free shuttle to get to and from the "T" was a bonus too. The hotel building is old and the location is a little run down. Most of the hotel staff was very service orientated however, the air conditioning worked very well, the rooms were comfy and large and no items were stolen or damaged. Overall, a ok hotel.

As we are Best Western card holders we booked this hotel to stay in after arriving from the UK after long flight, Expedia were very good and we booked two king sized rooms for ourselves and our son. We arrived tired and just wanted to get to our rooms for a good nights sleep. The receptionist was awful. He did not smile, or show any signs of welcome, […] which is unusual in the USA. He looked at the computer for what seemed a long time, despite the fact we had already paid and booked the rooms via Expedia. Eventually he gave us our room keys and we went to them. Both rooms contained Queen sized beds, which were the most uncomfortable beds and pillows we have everexperienced in any hotel throughout the world. As were so tired we did not go down and complain, we just got into bed. Next morning, we checked out and mentioned the fact we had not got the rooms we had paid for. No apology, no refund, just said that they could not guarantee the booking. I would advise Expedia not to use this hotel for its customers. Terrible. Staff need to be sacked. További részletek

This Hotel had rooms that were labeled as Non-smoking on the same floor with other "smoking" rooms. One room that was given to us was right across from the Smoking room and there was a lot of smoke filled smell in the hall way and in the Non-smoking room. I am allergic to smoke so I felt really sick and could not breath. I assumed that the entire hotel […] was a Non-smoking Hotel just like many or most other Hotels I have stayed in the States. I was a little concerned about the distance from the Alewife T stop to the hotel, but the free hotel-provided shuttle to that stop or to Harvard Square stop allayed my concerns. The shuttle stops at 9:30 PM, so we did have to take a taxi in from Harvard Square a couple times when we were out later. This hotel was vastly overpriced for what it offered. The rooms were small and what one would expect at a Motel Six. The curtains would not close and the TV got poor reception. I will never go back there again.
