"Le Bourget - not sure why it is rated so highly"
I booked this hotel because others had rated it at 3.75 stars - similar to the DoubleTree or Sofitel next door. It isn't even close - this is a motel. The location (like many hotels in Bloomington) is neither convenient to the airport nor convenient to downtown Minneapolis. I'd call it an above average motel, not dissimilar to a Super 8.

"Decent hotel with reasonable rates"
A groupf us decided to stay at the Le Bourget Aero Suites for a weekend reunion & getaway. the hotel worked great! Just far enough away from the MOA to be more reasonable and quiet. Everyone thought the hotel was perfect for our needs.

The Woman @ the front desk was very rude and inconsiderate one of my rooms was billed fro two pay per view movies ....first one starting @ 11pm and the other @ 12 am both movies charged to the same room ...which was a mistake we ordered no movies 2 movies order in less than a hour odd ...and furthermore i didnt check in till after 11:30 pm so i clearly […] couldn't have order the first movie when explained to clerk she said she hadn't the ability to take the charges off when i asked her too check times of movies VS time i checked in she stated that was odd and said ok i can take the first one off the other i cannot i angrily asked why she said cause i watched the movie i explained her system was obviously flawed ..she told me i didnt hafta be rude and she would call the police i invited her to do so when she backed down and told me she she was just credit both charges for movies ...... Due to a family emergency, I had to travel to Minneapolis, MN on short notice and found the Le Bourget online and made reservations. The hotel was a bit further than anticipated from the MOA than the hotel.com worker implied. We wanted Jacuzzis, we did express to fit 2 people and were dissapointed with the small tub, not bath as requested. The other tower also more closely resembles the online photos. My friend and I enjoyed the Bistro meal, the friendly staff and the excellent accommodations. Our trip to the airport on a snowy day gave us a relaxed start to our getaways.

All aspects of this hotel were great except for one, and that is road noise. In our room there was the constant buzz of the highway. Better window coverings with noise damping ability would make this hotel top notch

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend. Excellent service, friendly checking in, front desk ordered our cab to get us to excel centre in st Paul. We did not check the pool out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and plenty of room to get ready! Will definitely stay again, 10 mins away from mall of America!

The noise coming through the window made us think the window was open, it wasn't. It was a constant roar of airplanes and traffic. We have stayed in the hotel previously and liked our room, this time we must have been in an older section. The bathroom vanity seemed really low also. The bed pillows were these little square things, not comfortable. They charge $1.50 for using the in-room safe and to get it taken off your bill if you don't use it you have to go to the front desk at check-out. How crazy is that? The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating! Especially Rozie! She made it a point to know every guests' name. Makes traveling much better when people show their appreciation and care!

This hotel is beautiful, roomy and very classy for it's stellar price point! Went this past weekend with my family, the kids loved the pool, great cable channels (disney and Nick-most nice hotels have lesser tv options) and friendly staff. "Bloomington hotel"
This hotel needs new carpet. My room was ok, except for the carpet and you could tell that the edges of the room have not been cleaned in some time. Bar and restaurant were fine. Their menu selections were gourmet and the bar prices spendy. But, the bartender was very professional, as were all hotel employees

I used this hotel for a business meeting and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone I dealt with was accommodating and pleasant. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and to Mall of America. My room was clean and quiet. I'd stay here again.

We loved staying here. The only negative comment I could make is that we did not enjoy the bed pillows - they are small and hard - not our preference. We slept good - but two softer full sized pillows in addition to the three would have been a nice option. We would stay again however.

Enjoyed our recent 3 day stay. Found the room to be very adequate, only complaint would be lighting in bathroom and carpet could be replaced, showing wear. Had room service from restaurant several times, enjoyed quality of food each time.

This was a 2nd-choice to the host hotel to the meeting I came to attend (full on the night I arrived), but close by, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed our stay at Le Bourget Aero. We used a cellular telephone navigator to find our way; but one of the instructions was confusing. It had us turn at a place where we were to go almost straight across a street. However, once we found the hotel, it was a lovely place. I decided to give this hotel a try because it was billed as a boutique hotel, an urban retreat or some such nonsense. There is nothing special about this hotel. Nice aviation art on the walls, yes, but that's the only distinguishing feature. Come on folks, a 20" tube TV sitting on an end table? And an extra $1.50/day for the safe whether you use it […] or not? It's a resoundingly mediocre hotel as it sits right now, just another tired Ramada or Marriott or whatever it was before it became the Le Bourget Aero Suites. "Awesome Hotel - Affordable and Classy"
Stay here if you want a good deal and the vibe of an middle to upscale hotel.
My wife and I had 8:30 dinner reservations with clients. We decided to go for our usual walk before having to get ready for dinner, and locked all of our monies, credit cards and valuables in the safe. Upon returning from the walk at 6:30, the safe would not open. A call to the front desk was handled with a less than urgent response, saying they had […] to call in a maintenance man and it would be a few minutes. An hour later, still no maintenance man to open the safe. When he finally did arrive, he had to drill the safe open. We did make it only 15 minutes late to the dinner. Hotel needs updating. Worn out.
