The hotel was in a perfect location right next to King's Cross station, which will get you basically anywhere in London (including the airport) in under an hour. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was the construction. I'm not sure how long it will be going on for, but the normal lobby is unavailable so the makeshift […] lobby is a bit cramped. If you don't plan to be at the hotel between 9am and 6pm, the construction shouldn't bother you. But beware- the jackhammers and noise start at 9am on the dot. Novotel London/St. Pancras was a really great hotel. Although it's currently undergoing renovations, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious. I chose this hotel because it was close to Euston Train Station for our return from Birmingham and close to King's Crossing for ease of site seeing in London. Our main sites, Petrie and Musuem were close enough to walk too. The hotel had gotten a lot of complaints due to construction noise. I asked for a room off Euston and high up because of this. […] We were first given Rm.106, right on Euston and Justine at the desk immediately corrected this ( Thank You! ) and gave us a room on the 12th floor. BTW, constuction only occurred during the day, not at night. I doubt if it can be heard above the 2nd floor. We had an Executive Room with b-fast included. The room was clean, well supplied with hairdryer, tea pot and Nespresso machine and shampoo, body lotions etc. The safe gave us a problem and upon calling down to the desk someone was there in under five minutes. It turned out that the safe had never been activated. It gave us no problem after being activated. The breakfast was good and service was excellent. We've often felt like cattle at other places and although it appeared we were in a temporary room, I certainly hope Novotel maintains the intimacy of that room when they finish the remodel. The only drawback -- one desk chair. With two people in a room, it means one person must lie/sit on the bed to read or work. ( kudos for the bed reading lights!) Not comfortable if you have back problems and need more support. There is plenty of room for another chair opposite the bed and there is already a sconce there. We enjoyed our stay, the staffs response to our needs and will be back. További részletek

There was renovation going on but we had a lovely new room which we felt was one of the best value for money in London. Taxi to Paddington was very slow and anyone with not much luggage best to do underground direct Heathrow to Kings Cross on Piccadilly line. Great place for Eurostar and buses to centre.

A convenient hotel, comfortable hotel and an easy walk from/to Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations. The hotel should be close to ideal once the renovations are done.

I came to spend the weekend in London from Paris. This hotel was perfect for access to St. Pancras and the tube network. Plus it's right next door to the British Library. Got an executive room with free 24 hours of Internet, great bathroom and very comfortable bed.

Good breakfast, nice hotel with lovely staff. Calm environment suitable for the whole family or for a business trip. Close to all sorts of transportation.

This hotel gave us a clean comfortable convenient place to stay and enjoy the city. Close and walking distance to the train station, the underground, good Indian food on Drummond Street and the British Museum. I'll stay there again.

I needed a night close to St Pancras to take the train the next morning. It was for business and I didn't use the restaurant or the surroundings. I had room service which was disappointing. The menu was not up to the standards of the hotel, and the quality wasn't very high either. Pretty dull meal.

The hotel staff were very helpfull,the food at the restaurant was excellent ,can't find any thing wrong with this hotel. Close to the railway station/subway would go back again anytime.

The hotel was very convenient for catching the Eurostar and an early start. Great views too. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff seemed friendly for this type of hotel., where people are mainly passing through. The only real criticism we had was the bed was really soft.

Great hotel. Very comfortable. We stayed in the business suite on the top floor and loved it. Close to the King's cross metro/train station. Great service as well. We enjoyed our stay.

To expensive, should not have to pay for wifi. Beds were too soft. Only reason to stay here is it is close to St Pancras where the eurostar leaves for Paris. A very steep price to pay though! Will look for other hotel next time.

Have stayed art this hotel several times,and have been very happy with it.However our last stay in room 610,whilst the room was fine in most respects,there was a total lack of any real drawer space,which would make that room unsuitable for a long stay.

An ideal stopover for EuroStar travel. There are some reasonable places to eat close to the hotel. Staff are brilliant - helpful and professional

We needed to take the Chunnel train early at St Pancras and this was the best location for doing just that. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Great location for Euro Star and London museums and other activities. Several tube lines are in the area. Hotel is very modern. Noise from central air sounds as if the shower in the room next door is constantly in use. A useful hotel

Good clean hotel with pleasant staff

Everything was well organised and had no problem. The tea at breakfast was never made with boiling water and was tepid!! Even after complaining once nothing improved.

We loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The location is awesome and the service was great. I would not recommend the food there but rarely do hotels have great food anyways. We loved this hotel so much that we stayed in the Novotel Eiffel Tower when visiting Paris.

Needed to catch an early train from St Pancras so was a great location.

Hotei well placed for Eurostar travellers but room price high for the room we had. Your deal price saved £120 for one night. Food in bar and restuarant is good value, Staff very helpful.

Second time I've stayed here - chose it due to the proximity to King's Cross station as well as the tube access. Good and quick check in staff - really helpful. Decor downstairs was simple yet very clean and uncluttered. Rooms were similar - simple and clean, and size was more than most of the B&Bs or most hotels in London that I've been to. The mattress was not the best as not too supportive, but overall the quality of the duvet and pillows were just right, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Close to the station easy short walk. Restuarant was good and service was friendly. In room pillows were lacking and the TV channels could perhaps include Freeview. Beds were comfortable and general condition of hotel and presentation was very good. Close to Euston this is a certain winner

From the outside it's not the best looking hotel in town and it's not that cheapest either, but then that's London for you. very close to Euro star Station !

A very convenient location--I was catching the Eurostar the following day (which leaves from St. Pancras) and for this purpose, it was perfect. if I had been staying London, I would have sought a smaller and more intimate hotel nearer the Thames. The room was quite clean, the air conditioning however was inadequate--the Brits still don't get it--like […] trying to get water with ice! A little pretentious. The staff was very accommodating. The most disappointing aspect was the food in the restaurant which was overpriced and overdescribed, but in fact rather ordinary, but hey I should have known better. Have stayed in this hotel a few times as it is in such a good location for tube/train and local to Camden where we like to go out. Have never had a problem with any stay here. The rooms have always been clean, the food lovely and the staff are so helpful and polite. I look forward to my next stay here!
