Good location and easy to find things to do with the family in this area. Free breakfast and wifi is a plus and it is next to dollywood.

On our way from Michigan to North Carolina and stopped in Pigeon Forge. The Quality Inn was very comfortable & accomodating after a long 10 hr drive. We had dinner at one of the wonderful dinner theaters close by and also did a little shopping. Quality Inn was first rate. Lisa

OUR ROOM HAD A FIREPLACE AND JACUZZI PLUS REFRIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE. THE BED WAS VERY COMPFORTABLE.

This was our second time there and we are going back this summer to the same hotel.

people and staff helpful friendly, hotel showing signs of age and wear should be cleaned up somewhat. good location for area.

I stayed here with my family on a winter family vacation in the smokey's with 3 adults and 2 kids under the age of 2. The room was excellent and everything was very clean and well kept. We had a suite, so the room also came with a fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub which both was in excellent working order. The beds was very soft and comfortable to sleep in […] and the room itself was very roomy, which was nice since we had two kids under the age of two with us in the room. We ended up asking for a crib for our youngest child and they accommodated us on the spot by bring it up right away after we called the front desk. The breakfast they offer for free is wonderful and they had many thing to choose from. The location of the hotel was nice since it was very near to all the attractions. on a side note: location of hotel is not where the gps will take you, but it easy to find on your own since it is located on right off the main road in pigeon forge right past Dolly Wood Lane, not on Dolly Wood Lane like our GPS tried to take us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying here. Next year we will stay here again!! További részletek

Location was great for the attractions we go to. The room size was bigger than most queen rooms. That's nice when you have 4 people in a room. Everything was in good working order. We were very pleasantly supprised as the Double Suite was very nice with Hide-a-bed, Whirlpool tub, Fireplace and Flat panel TV.

First time staying at this hotel. Great location. Close to Dollywood. Upgraded recently. Great breakfast bar complete with waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and more. Service was better than some other places we have stayed. Will return to this hotel when coming to Pigeon Forge.

This was a wonderful hotel. The room was pristine and the beds and pillows were the best! The hot breakfast was very good. There was always plenty of food for everyone and seating also. The staff was very nice. We are planning on staying there next year when we go back!

When we checked in to the hotel we were given a piece of paper with all the information on it, information that you ususally have to call the office for such as WiFi password. Information was great. Then they called our room after we got into it and asked if everything was ok and did we need anything. They were very thoughtful. The room, although dated, was a great value, everything "worked" and was clean. Close to all attractions.

Staff very nice and efficient. Room was adequate, with comfortable beds, and good AC. Bathroom a bit small but does what it is supposed to do. The MAJOR problem, is that they have smoking areas on the external walkways of the building. Very conveniently located for dice stampede and dollywood.the whole town is very user friendly and you do need to drive most places,so staying a dew blocks further away woul not matter, however this hotel was great. Very friendly helpful staff, lovely plentiful breakfast, big clean comfy rooms and beds.... Perfect overall as a stop off :-)

The room and pool were very nice. Walking distance from alot of attractions. Breakfast was very good except there wasn't enough tables to sit down at. We had a problem with our wifi. Kept locking up. But overall, this hotel was very nice to stay at.

mch nicer than expected.our room had king size bed, huge jac. tub, and was very nice.It was also very quiet even though it was on the main street. would recomend it and will stay there again.

The hotel was very clean- It was very close to all of the attractions- Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was in a great location. Within walking distance to lots of attractions. The only complaint we had was that the whirlpool tub did not work, which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. But overall it was a great value for the money. We would definitely stay there again.

We had what the hotel called a "Family Suite". It was a large room with kitchenette, two beds, pull-out sofa and a large bathroom. It was nice for our family to be able to spread out to rest and relax.
