Fabulous bed and great room service. Poor shower/bathroom. Obviously Philippe Starcke feels no need for a soap dish or properly supported shower head! These issues redeemed by superb doormen who were more than helpful. Stefano from Firenze especially so - thanks for the assistance on arrival. The Long Bar however is losing some of its charm. The barmen […] should think less about preening themselves and look out more for the guests. This is the second time I have stayed at the Sanderson and the quality and standard of service have been consistently excellent. If you want to stay somewhere a bit quirky without being too pretentious this is perfect.

Our deluxe was a nice room with room for an extra bed so three of us could share. Stylish and buzzy atmosphere so perfect for a girlie get together. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Only minor niggles were that we had no bottle opener or tall glasses in our room so bit of a delay getting a g&t on the go, and some of the tvs don't operate well […] in the gym. Amazing stay... Booked for my girlfriends 21st birthday! Immediately friendly wonderful service! Upgraded to a king deluxe, room was clean! Quiet and so comfy! Had a great meal with superb room service! A complimentary bottle Of champagne was bought for her birthday with a note! Always felt looked after and important! Great stay!

Average for the price paid - I normally like Morgan hotels but this seemed dated. The room was basic and didn't even have tea/coffee making facilities. It was just covered in cheap white netting and I wasn't impressed

It's a "styled" hotel, beautifully designed with very sharp looking people. The room is really nice with a beautiful bathroom and a comfortable bed. The main drawback is that the service is just okay. As a guest of the hotel they rarely go out of their way to provide a service that will make your stay exceptionally comfortable. It's more for the party-ers […] than for business or family. Very contemporary, funky hotel with nightclub vibe at night. Corridors dimly lit , and lifts a planetary experience! Room very comfortable but not sumptious. Good bed and shower. Very poor sound proofing in rooms. Disappointed to smell cigarette smoke permeating into the shower area . Complaint handled well by staff though.

The Sanderson is a stones throw from Oxford Street in a side street mid way between the Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road Underground stations. Amazing hotel in great location. Staff is wonderful--warm and helpful. With every action and communication, it is clear they want their guests to have a terrific time. This hotel is a triumph of style over substance. The room felt like a sensory deprivation chamber, with everything white or stainless steel. The bed was fashionably askew in the middle of the room, but with only one mattress was less comfortable than our guest bed at home. Everything you could hope for on a special occasion. Plenty of eclectic touches throughout the hotel and in the rooms themselves keep your stay interesting. Rooms seem entirely made of frosted and/or clear glass that can be exposed/obscured using the MANY curtains that retract at the press of a button - lots of fun! As bright and sunny (even in the rain) the Sanderson Hotel is cool, charming, and hip. But the staff and the rooms are as lovely as can be, even if the vibe in the bar is very very cool. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the theatre and fabulous shopping, you can easily get anywhere from its central location.

Victor in the Purple Bar was an amazing bar tender and host. He quickly made our drinks and was quick to sugest other drinks(some specially made for us). We felt as if we were the only ones in the bar when a few times there wasn't a place to sit. A few dissapointments were the lack of wifi. The amount paid for the room was high. But the reviews warranted […] it. However, the beds were very firm. The cooling system seemed to only cool the window area and the bathroom. The bed area stayed rather warm. Everytime we adjusted the cooling, housekeeping would change it. Also the shades were broken by housekeeping and light then came in. One blind was broken but later repaired. Paying for internet is not reasonable when staying at a place such as the Sanderson. The business was ok. Nice that Apple products are used. However the computers need maintanence as they were terribly slow. Sometimes taking five minutes to load a webpage. Service in The Long Bar seemed rushed and impersonal. Although there were some unpleasant things with our stay. We would be willing to give the Sanderson another shot. The location is superb and the hotel is genuinely nice and unique. We originally wanted to stay in a suite, but given the first time experiece we are rather hesitant. További részletek

everything was good until i ask the concierge desk to help me with shipping some box. before i left hotel for a day, i asked them specifically to ship them that day and give me tracking info. but when i got back to my room, the box was still sitting at my desk. when i asked concierge desk what happened, they told me no one told them to pick it up from […] the room and send it out. i found it very irresponsible for just asking they didnt know when i made it Very clear with front desk. other than that, bartenders makes Great cocktails and got complementary update room... it was Great!
