It was pricey for the quality of hotel. I switched to the region and got a better rate, bigger bed and room. Also region has a resteraunt so the was a plus. Overall I wouldn't stay at the quality inn again.

Overall the hotel is nice enough but there are much better options at the same price point. Room was tiny, no desk as the amenities stated, walls were paper thin and wireless was slow and kept disconnecting making it unusable. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired. Will not stay again.

1. The location was ok, one side of the hotel's road was in essence one way, with a hugh median so we had to use the other road 2. Smells like cigs, tiny rooms, distgustingly dirty a/c vent, gross carpets, stained towels. There's got to be a better place to stay in Farmington (holiday inn express and Hampton inn look nice from the highway at least...). Guy at the front desk was nice though

This hotel is well maintained and front desk staff very helpful. No nearby restaurants, but the downtown area is a 4 minute drive. There a great variety are available. Room was decorated in a modern style, looked nice, the window seat was a nice touch. Our non-smoking room was on the 3rd floor; the hallway reeked of smoke but room was ok scent-wise. Good value. Attractive, well-appointed, but small rooms. Good choice for a short stay in the Farmington area.

First thing I called right after I got the room to see if I did it right and to let them know that I was coming @ 2AM on Friday the 20th. I ask the guy if I have paid for enough nights to stay. I was staying until the 23rd. So the guy said "OH YOU ARE FINE" "I WILL PUT A NOTE IN THE COMPUTER THAT YOU WILL BE IN ON THE 20TH AT 2AM." So after that phone […] call I thought I was fine. So when I got in to Farmington I went to check-in. Well I had a VERY hard time checking in. The guy that talk to me on the phone was there. He said he remember talking to me. The guy said that it was wrong and that I have to wait until 2PM. So I told the guy that cant speak good ENGLISH so I have to sleep in my car and wait 12HRs after I have been driving for 9. This point I was VERY upset. So the guy said I will help you. So he got me a room that look really dirty and the shower didn't work. So I didn't care cuz I was tired as it is. So the next morning I got me my room. So after that I thought I was okay. Well on the 22nd I get knock on the door asking when I was going to check out today. I have the receipt that I printed out when I got the room. I need to check out on the 23rd. So when I left for a while and came back the key didn't work. So I went down stairs to see what happin and they told me that I have to pay for another night. I didn't have the money. So I ask to talk to the manger and the guy called him and said he is not on duty to call back in the morning. At this point IM REALLY MAD. So I had to sleep in MY CAR THAT NIGHT. Our room was very small, without even a chair to sit on. The bathroom counter was too small to accomidate make-up, and the toilet was situated under the conter, making it very uncomfortable to lean back. But the room was clean and sufficent for a night's sleep.

The hotel looked upscale on the internet web site and also from the parking lot when I arrived. Reality was a let down. Online reviews mentioned small room size, and I agree the room was too small. Furnishings were high end, and bedding clean and fresh. The built in window seat seemed to be intended to take the place of the absent desk and chair, but […] it was not adequate because it was the only place to put my luggage. The pad in the window seat was heavily stained, as were some areas of the carpet. The shower pan was very noisy and annoying, creaking and cracking and popping all through my time in the shower. The lobby entry seemed to have mud from the parking lot tracked in, spilled food crumbs littering the hallways, and some gang graffiti in the elevator. It felt as if the hotel maintenance was careless, and cleanliness not a daily or a high priority. The room was small, would have been a bit crowded for two people, but clean and nicely appointed.

The room had modern bedding, but the room was very small. So small in fact that there wasn't room for a desk, which is a big minus for business travelers. I ended up doing paperwork in the lobby.

No vending available at hotel. I stayed in a single room. Microwave, refrigerator, ironing board and iron hair dryer in room. The room is small but comfortable for one. Heat worked fine. Worth the money.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was modern, very very clean, and had great beds. Breakfast was the highlight. When we made it to breakfast we were told good morning by all the staff that passed us. That made us feel very welcomed. We booked this hotel last minute because of a change in plans and it was a perfect solution. Very clean, comfortable room, fast friendly service at check-in. Left too early to take part in the breakfast service. Would stay here again.

Was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The room clean. Couldn't use their free internet. Didn't work well at all. For Farmington, New Mexico is was nice.

Very nice employees and owners-very accommodating when asked for extras. Restaurants were a distance away but directions to get there were easy. Clean room.

The room was little small, but had nice colors. Bed was comfortable. We liked the window side seating area, very cozy. Breakfast was good.

Great price including tax for 4- night stay- breakfast was OK, included. Only thing was- no chairs in the room- it would be perfect for a place to sleep and get going early, return to sleep for a couple of nights. The hotel was clean inside and out including the room itself. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We needed more towels and the front desk person got them right away. They were also helpful when asked advice on sites to see and directions. Would have been nice to have more selections on the breakfast, but it was free and hot waffles are always […] good. The hotel was easy to find and was not tto far from our target, where all hotels had no vacancy. Too bad they dod not provide breakfast.

Breakfast---This is a time of starting a day...and forming an important opinion about a motel/hotel. Most of the time my experiences of Breakfast at Q-Inns have been hospitable. This Q-Inn was much lacking in this...I felt the experience may have reflected a poor hostile attitude of the hotel. I felt the hostile attitude come through when the staff turned off the lights promptly at 10 am in the dining room to help shoo people out. This was a saturday AM....yes people are getting up later and lingering....some people just made it down a litle before 10 am.The little room was packed with folks enjoying eating their breakfast and trying to get the rest of their breakfast. By about 10:10 am the food was being cleared. By about 10:30 am, the room was shut down with the chairs onthe tables. Although I understand that admin wants the maid folk to clean in a prompt and timely manner....this felt overtly hostile...there was no announcement made or appology...just the lights turned out.I was not in the room when the food was beginning to be cleared, I had moved to the lobby where the lights were on after the dining room lights were turned off. I was trying to meet a business associate re: my job. Although I was in the lobby, I had a clear view of the darkened dining room. At other motels who serve similiar breakfast, the attitude of the staff are much different...the staff ask before jerking food off the counters. The staff assure people not to rush, but enjoy their breakfast in the room. Even if there is just 1 person in the room, and it is after the time for the conclusion of breakfast, they are not run out...but treated courteously. This hotel was run down. There was only one ice machine in the whole hotel, no vending machines, the smell of cigarette smoke and no hot breakfast. There were shortages of breakfast foods by 6:45 am. Actually it was more than what I expected. The window seat was another bed for my kids, the room was larger than I expected, and Queen size (instead of doubles) was really nice I enjoyed the weight room and the breakfast was more than continental. Yum to the waffle maker! I reccomend this hotel.

Room was a little small for a single, but not bad if all you're doing is sleeping. Wireless was iffy- low signal and kept dropping. Breakfast was okay for a benefit, but no waffles... bummer.

Pros: The front desk was nice and friendly. The place was easy to find. The room has everything you'd need for just a night sleep. Cons: Their breakfast was not very good. Yogurts expired, and bagels very hard, as if they were sitting there forever (and we went in at 6am). Also, this is just a minor issue, but we'd have liked to see more power outlets […] in our room.
