Közel helyezkedik el minden fontos látnivalóhoz. Könnyen megtalálható.Udvarias a személyzet.A környék üzletei minden igényt kielégítenek és az eladók nagyon batátságosak.A reggeli kiadós, jó ütemben zajlik. A szoba kényelmes,tiszta,egy problémánk volt: a klíma nagyon zajosan működik és sajnos a szobán belül helyezték el. Mi az autópálya felé eső oldalon kaptunk szállást, a forgalom zaja kissé behallatszott. A családi szoba 4 tagú családnak,kamasz gyerekekkel is tökéletesen megfelel. A pénzünkért azt kaptuk amit elvártunk. Bátran ajánljuk!
Location.
The Buena Vista Palace Hotel and Spa is located on the Walt Disney World Resort property in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The hotel stands across the street from Downtown Disney.
Hotel Features.
Located along one of Florida's many waterways, the resort occupies 27 acres with a separate island containing three heated pools, a hot tub, sauna, lighted tennis court, basketball court and a sand volleyball court. The Spa Buena Vista Palace features facial treatments, body wraps, massage therapy and nail care. Signature treatments include the Theme Park Leg Relief Wrap, or for children, the Little Princess Facial. The Spa includes a complimentary fitness center with television-mounted workout equipment. Golfers receive preferred tee times at five championship Walt Disney World golf courses. The Australian-themed Outback Restaurant, which is not associated with the national chain, features steaks, pasta and seafood. The Watercress Café, open for breakfast and lunch, offers light entrees such as homemade soups and omelets. Each Sunday, Disney characters join diners for breakfast.
Guestrooms.
This 27-story resort offers 1,014 contemporary guestrooms. Island Resort Tower rooms are accented with vibrant colors, whereas the Resort Building features more neutral color schemes. Beds feature down pillows and 250-thread count white duvets and linens. Rooms include refrigerators and coffeemakers. Bathrooms feature bathtubs or showers, and are stocked with Clear by LXR toiletries. Rooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions and high-speed wired and wireless Internet access.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

The Outback Restaurant - Australian-themed setting serving fresh seafood and steak entrees. Open for dinner only.
Watercress Café - Overlooking Lake Buena Vista, this casual restaurant features American fare, including soups, salads, and sandwiches. Open for breakfast and lunch. Sunday breakfast includes visits from the Disney characters.
Kook Sports Bar - Serves appetizers and drinks each evening. Features 30+ flat-screen satellite TVs, a pool table, and darts.
Pool Snack Bar - Located on Recreation Island, this poolside bar offers hamburgers, hot dogs, snacks, and tropical drinks from mid-morning until mid-evening.
Accessible from the main hotel via walkways, Recreation Island is home to two outdoor pools, a children's pool, a spa tub, a lighted tennis court, a sand volleyball court, and a children's playground. The resort spa has an outdoor lap pool and a 24-hour fitness center with stationary bikes, treadmills, stair steppers, and free weights.
Resort guests enjoy preferred tee times at Disney's five 18-hole championship golf courses.

"great location"
we had a great stay loved the staff however what botherd me was one unclean towel and resort fee which i was not openly told about . they gave me a pamphlet and I dont think any body who just came from a tiredsome trip would read it . they should just advice you of the fee other than that it was a great hotel and i really liked it .

The quality of my staff was ok. I was was not 100% satisfied because when I check in the customer service from the front desk didn't not let us know about the extra bill that the hotel charges after you check in! "Good hotel if you're on business ..."
This felt like a conference hotel. If you're there on business, it's a great place to stay. You get access to Downtown Disney at night -- have a nice place to sleep at night and can go to their conference center during the day. If you're travelling for fun -- there are many more better options taht are priced better and don't charge $6.95 for a liter […] of water (which in humid, hot Florida -- ought to be ILLEGAL!) The fees at this resort are really high ... and the other downtown Disney hotels don't charge them. I kept going over to Wyndham to get drinks and snacks (I didn't have a car) ... selection was better there, and cheaper. So -- unless you're travelling for business, recommend, passing on the Palace. I stayed on this hotel before and the last time it was a horrible experience with the room, the air conditioner not working, but I wanted to give another try, and this time again disappointed, the room was dirty, the staff not to friendly. Never again.

The room was not fully clean when we arrived, even though the front desk said it was. The sink was dirty and there was soap left in the soap dish. It also looked like someone had just gone to the bathroom. The maid service was knocking on our door at 8:30 in the morning even though I was checking out that day. We just got back from a 1 night stay (04/28/2012) at The Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa. Since we are Florida residents and frequent visitors to Disney we have stayed at many different hotels/condos. Read the pricing well! There is a $20 per day resort fee. Pool is not complimentary,,wifi not complimentary, shuttle bus not complimentary.

"Awesome hotel"
Loved the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and even found a room for me since I arrived a day ahead of schedule. In fact they upgraded me to a suite. On a side note, I know this sounds silly but this is the first place that I've stayed at that doesn't provide shower caps. The only thing they need to really work on is their housekeeping staff. […] I think they need more customer service training. So this is what happened, I heard a knock on my door and answered it and there stood a lady just staring at me not saying a word. Now it was easy to surmise that she was housekeeping but when I asked her if she was needing something she still said nothing. Maybe she didn't speak English either way it was just weird, the blank stare and all. In the grand scheme of things though this was a minor hickup to my entire stay. További részletek

The staff members were all very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend not only the Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa but also using Hotels.com.

"5th Floor Soak"
The overall stay was a sad event for our family. It was annoying to have air fans blowing throughout the 5th floor in an attempt to dry out a plumbing issue. The whole level smelled of must no matter how much air fresheners the hotel staff sprayed/poured around. It was also a pain in the bottom to escort two children through the middle of the hallway […] while plumbing repair was attempted over our two night stay. It was very nice. A little smaller than I expected. Was only disappointed by the fact it was my birthday and anniversary and stated this when I made my reservation and the hotel did nothing to acknowledge that. Overall, lovely experience.

"Great beds but the room and hotel are very worn"
While the beds are fantastic, the rooms and hotel are very worn. Cleanliness is not high on the priority list, I beleive. The rugs on the stairs leading to the spa had huge stains all up and down. Our room was moderately clean. Mold on the shower curtain, tile floor was prety dirty, hair on the webtv keyboard, and our coffee pot never got cleaned the […] entire stay. The hotel was very nice, convenient to the parks, and clean. The buses to the parks ran very regularly which was great. Parking at Disney is $14/day, so it was nice to avoid that. My only complaints are that there is a $16.95/day resort fee added later, which is closer to$20 with tax. Also, while parking is free, it is only if you park yourself and […] the lot is a bit of a walk. If you valet at the entrance, it's $16/day. Our room was very nice and immaculately clean but (and I've never had this happen) the half of the bed by the phone and alarm (obviously the most used) was saggy while the other side was perfect and comfortable. "Great spa svcs"
The location was great. Spa was awesome. Staff wonderful. However rooms are very noisy. You can here doors slamming every time people leave there rooms and you can hear all conversations held inside room door

"Nice hotel, Disney expensive."
The hotel is nice, the beds are comfy. View left something to be desired. We were charged an extra fee that wasn't clear when we set up our reservations. Any extras (such as room service) are way over-priced.

As we had 3 rooms, this added considerably to the overall cost of the accomodation - the hotel insisted that this was communicated to us at the time of the booking - no doubt in the small print T&Cs, but it was not […] obvious from anything we received from hotels.com nor the hotel that this would be the case.
