The service at this hotel was excellent - both check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. The room and the hotel were both neat and clean. My only criticism would be that although the property is well-maintained, the decor and fixtures are starting to look dated. For travelers visiting from out-of-town, I would say that the surrounding neighbourhood is not the most interesting and vibrant; if you're looking to be in the centre of arts or nightlife, this isn't it. That said the hotel is conveniently located near major driving routes (eg the Trans Canada highway), and access to the city's Skytrain rapid transit system is about 5 minutes walk away. So if you're looking for a comfortable place to rest and a good value, and don't mind a bit of travel to reach the major tourist attractions, this might suit you well. További részletek

Beds were not comfortable at all. Hinges on bathroom door squeaked & very annoying in middle of night when someone used restroom. No decaf coffee in room. Comforter on bed was very, very heavy.

Beds are a little bigger than a Twin. Sheets are not tucked in at bottom. Had to remake bed prior to sleeping. Dining, food was excellent one of the servers was poor. On arrival the place was empty but server requested us to make a reservation.

It was good but I thought my room could have been a little cleaner. I mentioned the tile in the bathroom didn't look as if the grout had been cleaned in some time as it was very filmy but nothing resolved this during my 6 day stay. I also had a room service book that offered breakfast and when I called for an hour with no result, I asked at the desk […] as I had to leave for work and they said, oh yeah we don't offer breakfast. Amazing Concierge!! When we arrived at the hotel for check in we did not have a room as there was a wedding booked and our room got lost in the shuffle. We went to the local TIm Horten's (5 min walk) for coffee while an upgraded suite was set up for us. The suite was wonderful. A one bedroom with separate sitting area that was very clean. We had requested […] a non-smoking room so were upset to find an old pack of cigarettes on our balcony with a water bottle full of butts, and littered butts when we went to sit on the deck the next morning to enjoy the view. Gross. On check-out I mentioned to the same concierge as the previous afternoon the cigarettes. He promptly gave our group (3 of us) full free breakfast at the Sunday brunch in their restaurant. We were very happy with this hotel. Our extended family was travelling together, and we had 3 rooms booked. The rooms were clean and well outfitted. Would stay again- Desk staff (Alan) very helpfull re nearby shoping Malls and Sky Train routes. Downtown/Waterfront Vancouver 29 Minutes away. Able to walk to Restaurants,Sky Train without requiring Taxi.

The hotel was conveniently located. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was more comfortable. The rooms are quiet. the gym was small, but I was the only one using it the few times I went in. Room cleaning starts early so hang your do not disturb sign if you want to sleep after 8.

The rooms were great! Clean, tons of space, and even a refrigerator! A pool and hot tub outside was a great touch as well as the great smelling flowers in lobby. WOW just WOW. I would go to this hotel again!

Didn't had the second room ready for us when we arrived and also the front desk staff and the restaurant staff came to double check reservations and bills already payed to our room (very unconfortable situation).

This was the second time staying at this particular hotel and again we had no issues. Rooms are large with all amenities and housekeeping staff was on top of everything!

The room was very nice. I thought it was good value. The only complaint was charges for local calls and a suprise at checkout when a daily parking fee was added to our bill.

This is not a good quality hotel with this kind of rate I expected at the location that it is supposed to be. In Vancouver, you cvan easily get a much better quality of hotel with this kind of rate.

The room was not very clean. The quilts on the beds were old and not clean. The floor in the bathroom was dirty . The carpets in the room were some of the worst I have seen. It was a good location.

The level of efficiency of the staff was second to none. Amir and the crew at the front desk catered to our every need. Not a problem seems to be their mantra. I will definitely visit this hotel again and I will recommend it to others. In addition, location was not an issue as the sky train is across the street.

The hotel was very clean and quiet and had a nice set up with microwave and refrigerator and silverware and we also had a nice buffet down in the resturant below. Overall for the great price we paid it was so far the best hotel for the buck... Also not far away from stuff just a quick car ride or sky train ride...

Why would parking at their hotel not be included?? We were very pleased with our stay. Pool was nice. Everything was clean and pleasant, One negative was having to pay for parking which seemed like a hidden fee to offset the room rate. Renos in parts of the building made it look rundown. Aside from that it was a very satisfactory stay. Great location.

I checked in late in the evening, and was greeted with a look of disgust. I was passed off to the manager at the time, who assisted with sorting out my complications. The room cards/readers are in poor condition. The room didn't have a very fresh scent or feel to it; it seemed musty. I would also expect local phone calls to be free, but that too was attached to my bill.
