A környék jó, 2 metróvonal elérhető 5 perc sétával. Sok kis bolt (abc=marché, kávézó, étterem, pék, zöldséges) a környező utcákban. A szállóban nem kaptunk szobát, valami felújítás miatt, de 50m-re volt egy apartman jellegű nagyobb konyhás zuhanyzós szobájuk, amit így felár nélkül odaadtak, csak reggelire kellett átsétálni a szállóba (ami az árban benne volt). A ** valóban két **-ot jelent, egyszerű, de nem lelakott. Mondjuk ezen a környéken (Montmarte) minden kicsi (boltok, egyéb házak, utcák, járdák), de ezzel együtt megvan a varázsa, nekem bejött. A szobában kicsit dohos szag volt, de gondolom ez a régi építésű házaknak tudható be. Ez az, ami egy kicsit levon az élményből. A recin beszéltek más nyelvet is a francián kívül, szláv nyelven jobban, mint angolul, de egész jól el tudták mondani, amit akartak. Chipes bankkártyával szinte mindenhol lehet fizetni (metrójegy automatából minden állomáson, boltokban, akármilyen kicsi is legyen) Ami egy hangyányit bosszantó volt: A Louvre-ban a kiállított műtárgyaknál minden csak franciául van kiírva (se angol, se német, se egyéb), jó pénzért lehet bérelni fülhallgatós guide-ot 5-6 nyelven. Március 10-13 között voltunk, napközben végig, de 2 alkalommal még este is pulóveres/kardigános időben volt részünk. A metróállomásokon ingyen turistatérképet adnak, ha kérsz (metróvonalak, buszvonalak, gyorsvasút vonalak). Ami nagyon tetszett, hogy a metrók közötti átszállásnál nem kell új jegyet venni, mint Bp-en. Utazás: Ryanairrel mentünk, Párizstól 80 km-re valami B betűs sok magánhangzót tartalmazó kisvárosban szállt le a gép, ahonnan a fapadosokhoz igazítva fejenként tizenöt ójróért busszal bevisznek párizsba, kb. másfél óra alatt. Vissza ugyanez, összességében (repjegy+transzfer) még mindig olcsóbb, és nem sokkal hosszabb, mintha valaki a Párizsi nagy reptereken közlekedik (De Gaulle, Orly), amik azért szintén nem Párizs közepén vannak.

We had a lovely long weekend here and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very modern with the latest gadgets and furnishings. The room was small but comfy. Excellent location for quiet cafes or lively night life. Two metros close by and plenty of shopping opportunities roundabout. We definately recommend a stay here.

Really delightfull small hotel, personal without being intrusiv. Reception staff friendly and spoke english, very keen on helping. Booked a superior room and got the room with best views in the hotel, room 701. Big enough for 2 people, big bathroom, a small desk and very comfy bed. A minibar, slanted celing gave the room a very parisian attic feeling. […] Clean and big bathroom (normal door, not glass) with tub and handheld showerhead. Only negativ would be the slanted celing just over the tub ment it very difficult to stand up in the tub to shower, I'm 1,65 and could not stand up right had to bend and bumped my head a few times. The area is perfect, lots of life, restaurants and small shops. 5 mins to metro Cadet and also buses that takes you to Opera and Effiel tower. You get a genuin parisian feel in this area. And for this price I highly recomend, would be hard to find such fresh, clean, romantic good hotel for this price and this area. Recomend booking their best room, very much worth it. "Staff with 5 star smiles in a 4 star hotel"
I want to share my experience of staying in this hotel with anyone who are thinking of staying here while in Paris. The staff are all wearing 5 star smiles. They are very nice and helpful. You just feel very comfortable and warmly welcomed in a small hotel in Paris. Location - Not bad, just a few minutes' walk to Metro, and there are a lot of eateries […] around. And it is also close to Hausmann Avenue and it is easy to walk to Opera and all the big department stores. Hotel - The lobby is cosy. Room is well designed. Quite modern and nice. However, there are somethings I think the hotel needs improvements. 1) The shower without door or curtain in the bathroom let water splash out to the floor of bathroom; 2) I think the maid should hoover the carpet to make sure no dirt is left on the carpet, since my bare feet can tell. Otherwise, the hotel is a 4 star hotel with good features: 1) The bed is very comfortable; 2) there are several English channels; and 3) It is a new hotel (5 months old). "Best Western Opera, hard to find"
It was a Nice Hotel, but once again a glas door to the toilet. It was hard to find and even the taxi drivers could not find it. The rooms are extremely small. Otherwise a good hotel. But I will not choose this hotel again.

This is a great location, close to the subway and lots of restaurants. The hotel has been renovated so is modern, but room cleanliness depends on who looks after your room - the garbage had not been emptied in my room when I arrived. Otherwise comfortable, friendly service, breakfast was ok, always a bit more expensive like other hotels.

This hotel was in an excellent location - within walking distance of the Gard du Nord train station and the Seine. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English, and the room was well designed with a very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend.

Our room was very comfortable, well decorated and clean. The staff was helpful. Though it is not very close to the central tourist attractions we still enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel especially when one compares it to all, considering the price for value in Paris. A least we knew that we were the first ones to use the towels:)

部屋、トイレ、シャワー室のインテリアはとてもモダンで清潔感があるがシャワーはカーテンが無く狭いため床がびしょびしょになってしまう。クローゼットはあるが棚や引き出しが無いので洋服の収納場所が無い。レセプションの人々は英語が通じとても親切。周辺はレストラン、音楽劇場、バーがあり夜でも人通りがあるので治安は良さそう、ホテル内は静か。次回も泊まりたい。

Het enige was dat er (nog) geen deur in de douche zat zodat je erg op moest letten dat de douche vloer niet helemaal nat werd. "Super aangenaam verblijf en goede service"
We hebben er 2 overnachtingen gehad en het was zeer goed verzorgt. Heel vriendelijk personeel, en helpen je met alles wat je wil weten. Parking is niet aan het hotel maar wel vlak bij waar je de auto veilig kunt parkeren voor meerdere dagen. Het hotel ligt in een rustiger straat achter de drukke boulevard, wat wel aangenaam is om te slapen in alle rust. […] Het is een heel grote aanrader voor mensen die maar een paar nachten willen verblijven en toch overal in de buurt wil zijn. Rua tranquila perto de duas movimentadas. Metro proximo. E varios bares restaiurantes e pubs para ir a noite e a pe. O que facilita o retorno. O hotel esta todo reformado, Mas apresentou algumas falhas de funcionamento, contudo resolvidas pelo atendimento. O maior prblema e a ausencia de um servico room service eficiente.

Hotellet: Fire stjerner for prisen av tre standardmessig. Nytt og meget pent. Ikke så mange eller store rom, men trivelig og rent. Vennlig, engelsktalende resepsjon. 5 minutters gange til Metro (Grands Boulevards). Rolig gate, men noen butikker, crepes og noen barer. Restauranter også i gangavstand. Totalt 5/5 for hotellet og 4/5 for området.

"BEST WESTERN PREMIER CARRE FOLIES OPERA - PARIS"
Déçus. Nous avions réservé une chambre Prestige (vue garantie sur les toits de Paris et grande superficie) et avons été "déclassé" sans avoir été prévenus, pas même à notre arrivée à l'hôtel. Il était apparemment prévu de nous offrir en compensation le petit déjeûner mais on nous en a cependant demandé le règlement au moment de notre départ. Chambre […] confortable sans plus (très petite et pas de vue sur les toits), petite penderie sans étagère donc pas de rangement pour les vêtements, poignées de fenêtres pas fixées et qui nous sont restées dans les mains, pas de pare douche du tout donc inondation de la SdB (très exigüe) à chaque douche, porte entièrement vitrée de la SdB sur la chambre (porte qui ne ferme pas d'ailleurs) donc aucune intimlité des WC... Petit déjeûner en chambre un peu juste pour deux. Vraiment TRES grosse déception pour un hôtel 4 étoiles neuf. Les prestations ne correspondent vraiment pas à ce standing. További részletek

"Proche de tous les commerces, quartier calme"
La chambre était très calme même si l'hôtel n'est qu'à cinq minutes des grands boulevards! Le lit super confortable, et la chambre décorée avec du goût. Un seul reproche: la petite taille de la chambre et surtout celle de la salle de bains, vu le prix, mais vous êtes au centre de Paris..

Le prix sur hôtels.com était une incitation forte à choisir cet hôtel. Construit sur le modèle typique parisien des hôtels de charme il a été rénové récemment et est moderne, confortable (sauf peut être le système de chauffage qu'il a fallu dompter), avec un personnel sympathique et un buffet de petit-déjeuner tout à fait correct.

"Klein aber fein"
Die Beschreibung des Hotels hat genau so hingehauen. Wenige Zimmer aber wertig und neu ausgestattet. Mit dem Startangebot ein Knaller. Opera nicht weit. Meine Frau begeistert, Follies de Bergere direkt nebenan.(Kam bei Perfektes Dinner) Sogar deutschsprachige Rezeptionistin, sehr freundlich.
