Close to the theme parks, shopping without being in the middle of the noise. Hotel delivers the basics of what it promises but shows its traffic. The rugs, bathrooms could use refurb.

It was great for the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast looked big, although we didn't wake up in time for it. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

my husband and I stayed for three nights; our first trip to Orlando. Our grandchildren are not happy we came on a long-awaited 'just us' trip to Orlando without them. Standard hotel room w/no surprises. Bath room not thoroughly cleaned thru the years resulting in yukky corners. Breakfast more than ample; providers friendly and accommodating. The location of this hotel is very convenient to get to the local venues. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. Otherwise a good place to stay in Orlando area.

Rooms were clean, however it did say there was a fridge and microwave in each room but ours didn't have one, we wouldn't have used it anyway but just to let u know.

The only thing that was a drawback is there was a crumpled napkin on the floor next to the dresser. However, everything else was fantastic. The bed was quite possibly one of the most comfortable I had slept in while away from home (loved the pillows)!

For the price the hotel was fine nothing fancy but clean and we weren't there to hang out at the hotel. Guy at front desk was helpful and friendly. The lady at the attraction ticket counter was also very helpful. You can get attraction tickets right there.

Good value for a family. Breakfast was adequate but the eggs and fruit cocktail was not good. Close to all amenities and the beds are comfortable. Would stay here again.

This hotel has almost everything you want when travelling. Very good free breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. A few more degrees to the pool water temperature would have make it perfect.

Check in was at 3 but room was not ready until 4. I booked a king suite and got a queen. Room was not very clean furniture in suite was stained. Will not stay here again especially not for the price.

Country Inn and Suites are usually my favorite hotel to stay at, the suite set-up works well for us. The service and room were great at this location as well, the only problem was the extreme thinness of the walls. I was able to hear people below, above and next to us. If you are a light sleeper, like me, find another hotel!

Positives: the staff, free wi-fi, and shuttle service Negatives: Not located next to any shops, restaurants, etc, so you either have to walk or cab it over to International Drive, which isn't far, but still kind of hassle.

This hotel offers many different amenities that are quite helpful. (Wifi, breakfast, shuttles to theme parks.) However, you must recognize that for the price you're paying, it might not be of the best quality. - The shuttle to Universal Studios is excellent - Carlton is one of the first stops, so you're generally guaranteed a spot. It also leaves early, […] so you get to the park just before/at opening, which is very nice. It only picks up once per day from Universal, so that may be inconvenient. However, it's easy to spend a whole day there. - The shuttle to Disney World can get quite crowded (although again, Carlton is one of the earlier stops, which is nice). However, the timing is worse. It is later, so you get to Disney around an hour after opening, and you are dropped off at Epcot. If you wish to go to another kingdom, you must use Disney Transport, which takes more time away from your day. - We had some difficulty getting clear/correct information about shuttles from staff members. - The breakfast has a decent selection, but the food quality is not the best. - The room was clean, but definitely showing signs of its age. I'm not sure if it was the room, but at night I had terrible allergies (runny nose, sneezing fits, itchy eyes). - If you're not driving, you're a bit far from restaurants. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest food. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. We spent most of our time at the parks anyways. További részletek

We only asked for a towel and they did not even make up the beds. We did not care about new sheets but they could have made up the beds. Otherwise the breakfast was good and the staff greeted us and were friendly.

We ended up with a two bed room vs one king bed room that we paid for. No compensation for the mistake...stated we had to take it up with the travel place we booked it through. Will not stay here again.

It served the purpose we were achieving. We wanted a hotel close to the Sleuth's dinner show and it was less than a mile away.

The room air conditioner/heater cycled on and off every few seconds with an annoying thud. We just had to turn it off. Wish the beds had a regular blanket instead of the very heavy comforters. Had a great breakfast. Rooms were clean.

Breackfast included was too busy and not enough tables for guests at peak hours. Hotel nice and clean, confortable room, convenient located. If you are planing a location just for sleep it is fine.
