The stay was nice. Like every hotel in Europe, smaller than I wanted. However, the room was more than adequate, and the customer service was great. The hotel is in a good location--a short walking distance from public transportation, a pizza place, and a cupcake shop. It was clean, and appeared to have been recently remodeled.

Hotel is not located in the heart of the city but close proximity to a metro station (about 10-15min walk). The condition of the hotel needs an update, especially the bathrooms. But considering the price we paid, it is not a bad choice!

Hotel did not have any airconditioning. It is a hike to get to the nearest sites. The only plus was the breakfast.

Old style european hotel that has nothing but the plaque to do with Best Western chain Parking is ripoff EU17 WiFi in the room, but no AC ,and it was hot some 300m from the rivernbank, more than 20min walk from the city centre, 10 min from nearest metro overall clean facility good breakfast

Only good for fast overnite stay. No A/c. Noisy neighborhood. Hotel staff was great and very accomodating.

Stayed at the Harmonie last weekend for a short business trip and was very satisfied. Service at reception was good, breakfast was excellent with friendly staff - you can even sit outside. OK the rooms are a little tired but it isnt 5 star. The only downside is the lack of air-con which does make it hot in summer but at least you can open the windows. […] Great location - with some decent bars and local cafes/restaurants nearby and its only a 15 min walk down the street to the centre. The hotell is nice, staff is friendly and helpfull, but there is no air conditioning in any single part of this hotel. And summer in Europe is hot, believe me! Couldn't sleep because of the temperature. May be better in the winter...

If you are not familiar with Vienna the hotel is difficult to find and not that close to attractions or good local restaraunts. If it is hot there is no air conditioning. Otherwise the hotel value is okay.

The hotel is in a quiet street. A few minutes away there are many restaurants (Porzellangasse) and two subway stations (approx 5-10min walk). To get to historic down town it's only a 10-15min walk. The praking situation is a little rpoblem, you need either to rent a parking lot from the hotel (17Euro/night) or drive to the next parking garage (price […] unknown). But this is common problem in historic old cities - it's not the US ;-) Breakfast was good and the hotel staff friendly and very helpful. A nice hotel, helpful staff, breakfast was very good. The Russian tv-channel was a pleasant surprise, because we spoke Russian. There was information that they have free internet in all rooms and in the lobby, but Internet in our room does not work and we use internet in the lobby.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by all of the staff I came into contact with at this hotel. They were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very nice, clean, and updated. I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel. It may be a little older, but it is meticulously maintained. Our room for 3 adults was spacious and clean. The neighborhood is quiet but very accessible to transportation and an easy walk to the inner circle of the city. Don't let the street maps intimidate you. Three of us spent 5 days here. The room was large, clean and modern. Staff was always there to help you with a smile. Breakfast was very good. Excellent place to stay, the only down side was the blind in our room did not work, the staff did try and repair it at 11pm and sorted it the next day, but it did not work the next night, other than that, very quiet area, close to everything very pleasant stay.

Hotel staff were charming and very helpful from check-in through check-out. Breakfast was quite adequate; variety of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, fruit, cereal, and soft-cooked eggs. We stayed at Hotel Harmonie in Vienna for a couple of days. The staff all spoke good English, the room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The location was very convenient. Overall, excellent value for money.

The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. It's within reasonable (20 min) walking distance of the center of the old town. I would use it again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Best western Harmonie. Breakfast was exceptional. Personnel were extremely helpful. A to hotel. little hard to find, needs more information on transportation

Despite the fact that the hotel isn't new or luxurious, the room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely experienced and helpful, which was a major plus. There was no air-conditioning, but luckily the weather was rather cool during our stay so it wasn't a problem. It's a good option for a relatively small price.

The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. While public transportation (street tram) was around the corner we found it easy to use and ran frequently. We would recommend it to any group that is not afraid to use public transportation. We would return to this hotel for future visits.

Nice hotel in central location and very nice staff also. Anybody looking for good value and location should consider this hotel.

This hotel within 15 mins walking distance of the very centre. Lovely bedroom and excellent breakfast. No faults at all. Frequent public transport very nearby and easy to use. We purchased the 24 hour tickets which covered all forms of transport for just over £5.
