The room was clean but the couch pull out mattress had yellow stains. The fabric furniture had dusty/musty smell. The staff was great. Friendly. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the area was spotless. The location was ideal for the event we were attending. Their was some confusion regarding credit card used. Really nice hotel - for the money the best in town. Clean and comfortable.

They were very nice my room smelt so clean and fresh very very nice i would stay their again whenever I'm in chattanooga.

The rooms didnt have WIFI which surprised me.

Nice clean room . My Husband said this was the most comfortable bed he has slept in in a hotel in a long time. We have a temperpedic mattress at home & he said it was more comfortable than that ... Would recommend to others..

Even though the advertisement stated that complimentary WiFi was available it wasn't. The front desk clerk informed us we could only access from the hotel lobby. As a small business owner this was very inconvenient. Also I could not reach the hotel by phone prior to arrival as there was no oneavailable to answer the phone. After settling into what appeared to be a clean and spacious suite? A friend of mine noticed something crawling down the wall. After a closer look it was a juvenile roach. Not seeing any other creatures at the time we thought this was an isolated incident. In the morning while making a cup of tea by our microwave another friend (Mr. Roach) appeared. […] I immediately called the front desk. The receptionists said she would speak to the manager and see if I could move to a different room. The answer was "Sorry sir we’re all booked up” and can't help you with any changes. Decent hotel for an overnight on the road.

Pleasant stay except for walking out the front door at 6:30 AM and getting a face full of cigarette smoke from two hotel employees sitting on the bench huffing and puffing. Had smoke in my sinuses for the next three hours. Hotel needs to find a smoke hole in the back for employees.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was good. The continental breakfast was good and quick. However, the pancake machine was not working so I could not have any of them. It was a nice place to stay for the night. The only thing that was a negative was that I am a priority club member for Holiday Inn and my priority number was not in the system […] and I know I gave it when I made the reservation. Also, when I stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels when I checked in I was presented with treats like water, snacks, etc for being a priority club member. This was our second time to stay her and will again the staff were wonderful. Grandson became sick and threw up all over bathroom and the night clerk came up about 10:30 that night and completely cleaned the bathroom for us.

Holiday Inn- Near highway, clean and friendly staff. Also near attractions and easy to get around the area. The room has micro wave oven and refrig. very comfortable. I would stay there again. JK St. Louis

Very nice room. Easy access to expressly. Had a nice experience. Coffee in the breakfast Bar could be a little better, but I have a Keurig, so No coffee compares.

Overall, the hotel is clean. The rooms however left a bit to be desired. Five of us stayed in a double bed suite. There was just enough room for us. The beds are comfortable and clean. The room needs to be updated with flat screens, some decorations on the walls and FREE internet access. Carpets, furniture worn. Room had an odor. Needs a complete overhaul. Not convenient at all for our downtown needs. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. This was the only advantage of the hotel.

This hotel should not be rated higher than 1 star! The photos they show are very decieving! They are too highly priced for the stained carpet and bathtubs and the non-existing bathroom fan! The Days Inn down the street was 1/2 the price and much nicer! Very UNSATISFIED with this choice!!

Room was nice as it was the past 2 years we stayed there for the annual Bug-a-Paluza VW show in nearby Camp Jordan. Only problems were the fridge did not get cold enough and the chair at the desk was completely broken. Reported to front desk.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was very clean and well kept. The kids loved the pool. The only problem I had is that when I checked in I was told that they needed my CC on file for any additional charges incurred. Which was fine but the next day I noticed a $20 charge on my card. This hotel was in good conditions with clean rooms, decent finishes, and the usual amenities. What I wanted to share in my review was that they have a few suites that allow six people in a room. As a family of six, with some of our kids being younger, our choices are sometimes limited by hotels that don't have any larger rooms. Thank you HI Express […] for keeping a few larger suites. I loved the location of this Inn, we have a son who attends UTC and it was really close to the house where he is living. It has many fast food resturants close by, and is very convenient to the Hamilton Place Mall. The staff was very polite and helpful, however we were quite disappointed in the condition of the Inn. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Convient to interstate (easy on and off of interstate).

The pictures on Hotel.Com showed what looked like newer hotel and fresh rooms. Upon arrival outside looked older and same was found for room. Wireless worked in the beginning but then disappeared. Pool was not open. Fitness room was 4 machines- 2 of each style

Located one exit south of the center of Chattanooga, about 5/10 min away from the choo choo, Ruby Falls, and the Incline. Very welcoming staff. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Wpuld definitely recommend.

Close access to interstate; easy commute to attractions; weight room equipment was not operational, but pool was great for kids.

We stayed one night on our way south. The area was very commercial with quite a few other hotels and restaurants. The room was comfortable enough, the sheets were quite crisp and the bed was firm. We needed a roll away bed for our daughter. The only place the bed would fit was in front of the door. This was difficult when we had to get to the bathroom […] in the middle of the night. The hair dryer kept tripping the surge protector, so we had to wait for it to cool down before we could reset it. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was terrific and the location was great. They even provided discount coupons for local resturaunts. The linens smelt fresh and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay here anytime I visit Chattanooga.
