Stayed just one night in the Amarano. Room is very nice, extremely comfortable bed, and amazing shower. The only complaint is that the room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Many things were missed upon entering the room.

This was a decent hotel and good value. The only complaint is the $25.00 a day valet parking as there is no self parking for the hotel. Therefore you should plan on adding that to the cost of your daily rate.

When leaving all they did was check out and say by no nothing about thanks for your stay nothing. As we left also no help from bellman or anything watching us carry our luggage to the car. I have worked in the hotel business for 10 years a Loews coronado bay resort and we are a 4 diamond hotel. This hotel looked 4 diamond but no way what so ever did I feel treated in such a way. The location worked well for my business meeting. I had trouble finding the building, even with the address; the sign is small and set low at the driveway; a large AMARANO on the building itself that could be seen from a block away would have helped. Parking was either by valet or onsite for an outrageous per night cost ... or on the street. But I found […] on-street parking in a nice residential area only two blocks away, an easy walk. Next time I'll know. The supermarket across the street was convenient, and the French restaurant in the strip mall was excellent! The bed was really comfortable and I slept like a rock. I had been upgraded to a balcony room, and it was nice to be able to sit outdoors, even though there was a lot of traffic noise. With that door closed, though, I heard no outside noise whatsoever. Service was friendly without being insincere. I ordered a room service breakfast and it was prompt and delicious. My only negatives have to do with housekeeping: spots on the mirror, streaks on the balcony door, seams on the lampshades that were visible (admittedly a pet peeve of mine), cords and cables that easily could have been tucked behind furniture. Worst was a frayed bath towel. These minor things add up to sloppy room maintenance, which is too bad because otherwise it was a superb room. További részletek

I loved this place!!! I'm a very light sleeper and this hotel was actually QUIET! I was in the back, with a less-than-wonderful view. But, I wasn't there for the view. I was there to rest -- and that I did. Yummy bed, beautiful bathroom. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is close to everything-Universal Studios, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Warner Bros., so it's near all the attractions. This was a last-minute overnight trip, and we needed some extra attention during check-in ... the manager was extremely professional and accommodating. The location was quiet but central to all Burbank activities and freeways. The room was clean and in good condition but could have used some slight TLC with plumbing in bathroom ... minor overall.

I like to stay in small boutique hotels when I travel because I think the service is better and this hotel was perfect. Nice rooms, well-furnished, nice cozy bar in the lobby. I only took away one star because valet parking at $32 per night was required.

If you're looking for a nice hotel not to far fr downtown Los Angelos, this is the place to stay. The service was excellent and be 1 bedroom suite was enjoyable. After being on the road for a week and sleeping in a different hotel every night, I think this was at the top of my list.

Wonderful hotel. Not super deluxe but great for the price. Our hot water didn't work the first morning and they repaired it quickly. They definitely need to upgrade their towels!

Stayed at the Hotel Amarano over the Christmas, New Year Break, very happy with the hotel in all aspects. The room was comfortable and clean, all the hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help or assist in any way.

Great hotel in good location. But they require valet parking at $30some per night. I asked about valet hours and was told 24 hours. Yet on two occasions, the valet was not there when I returned (and no one at the front desk either). . .so they call you an hour after you are asleep and demand the keys to your vehicle. . .

Check in was quick and easy, valet personnel held our vehicle while we checked in as we were going out right away. Modern and up to date interior decor, room decor was calming and soothing. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
