Stayed there for 3 days and here are just a few things about the stay. room is small, comparable to a american studio setting. you have plenty of small grocerie stores (4 to be exact for anything you might want to get) right outside the hotel (100m radius). Quite good hotel for everyone, located not far from the center of the city with good transport communication. 2-3 minutes walk from Subway. Very easy and simple to reach anyplace in Munich and airport as well. The hotel is looks good, rooms are clean, silent place with friendly staff.

We have stayed in this Hotel before and had a Superior room but none were available this trip, so had to select the cheaper room. This room was on the first floor and directly below a function room where we experienced muffled banging and chairs etc being moved around the first night up until midnight and then loud bangs and other noises throughout […] the night. This happened on most nights we were there. We believe this is really a Hotel that specialises in large groups and business customers and they are not too bothered about disturbing the other guests who may be private individuals. The standard of the room was adequate, with only one useless pillow and a rather uncomfortable bed. As also happens in many modern Hotels where there are guests from many different countries there is little consideration for other guests and we were constantly awoken during the early hours by other guests talking and shouting in the corridors and slamming doors - a sad reflection on how people behave these days. If you wish to book this Hotel go for the better rooms in the upper parts of the building and not overlooking the front where vehicles arrive and depart at all hours. További részletek

However the real downfall of this hotel is the incredibly rude staff, it seems like they all go out of their way to make your stay as inconvienient as possible. I will not go into all of the details but please as an experienced traveller to Munich, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are much more friendly hotels for the money around. We selected this hotel as we wanted to be close to our business meeting. The reviews were promising. However, when we arrived at the hotel it looked more like a hostel than a hotel. The hall was full of backpackers from all over the world. One young man behind the counter had to take care of appr. 20 persons who wanted to check-in, ask for directions, […] etc. Despite this massive press of people he stayed calm and friendly. We had to learn that both elevators were broken. As there was nobody available to help with our luggage, we had to carry our bags ourselves up three floors. During our entire stay (2 nights) one of the elevators worked for a very short time only, while the other one never did. The room was small, yet nicely decorated, and surprisingly quiet. The hotel was in a great location very convenient to the U-bahn. The receptionists were always smiling and very helpful! They had a nice gym area with a couple of cardio machines which was convenient. They do not have AC, so I would suggest they install fans into the rooms. The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the balcony. We didn't buy breakfast here but were able to have our own in our room due to the refrigerator and the electric kettle in the room. There was a nice supermarket just down the street. The underground train was close by as well.

My room was undergoing renovations when I arrived. However- the next day the work was completed with modern, comfortable furnishings. The amenities were the best of the 3 hotels I visited during an extended trip to Europe. The location was excellent for catching the U-Bahn with the hotel set in a very quiet neighborhood.

Das Hotel ist für München-Besucher ideal gelegen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist trotzdem zentral. Mit der U-Bahn, die Station ist 200 m vom Hotel entfernt, ist man in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Wir wohnten im 5. Stock sehr ruhig. Für drei Personen gab es ein Doppelbett und ein Zustellbett. Damit war es im Zimmer etwas eng. Da wir aber den […] ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht gestört. Super fanden wir die kleine Küche mit Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Im Frühstücksraum war immer sehr viel los und man musste manchmal auf einen Tisch warten. Vielleicht wären hier zwei Mann mehr an Personal ganz hilfreich. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich, im Frühstücksraum und an der Rezeption. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, bekommt in der Umgebung des Hotels auch einen Parkplatz für 6€/Tag. Chambres agréables avec jolie terrasse. Dommage que nous ayons du attendre 15h le 25 mai pour avoir accès à la seconde chambre réservée. Et pourquoi ne pas avoir attendu l'après midi pour effectuer les travaux de remplacement des serrures? Nous avons été reveillé à 8h30 le dimanche 26mai.

Gut, der nette […] Herr an der Rezeption sagte uns, da wir zu dritt sind und es keine 3-Bett-Zimmer mit Balkon gebe, dass wir keinen Balkon haben. Damit konnten wir uns ja abfinden und wir hätten wohl dazu sagen müssen, dass wir eine Kitchenette wollten.
