We booked as an overnight near airport and flight times got changed beyond our control. We still wanted to stay there, just simply move our booking to the preceding night which is not hotel policy. Sure, they probably are sick of unreliable cancellations however we did NOT wish to cancel, simply come one night prior which they said they had room for. […] We emailed, phoned twice internationally, even arranged an interpreter in Spanish - not one reliable reply did we receive, just kept being fobbed off and told we'd have to pay for another night. So we forfeited our money because if this was the service we got before even arriving what would it have been like to stay there? We recommend BAH, Barcelona Airport Hotel rather than this Best Western - BAH have fantastic staff, helpful service and no need for an interpreter. További részletek

The guy at the front desk was very rude he threw my card and papers to me and was annoyed when I asked questions, he should have customer service classes because he really made me think about every using this hotel. It also said that there was a clock by the TV which we really needed but there was not a clock in the room.

Hotel is located very well for airport transfers. Hotel provides a free shuttle to airport which is very convenient. The rooms are well furnished and very comfortable.

A good place to crash if you only to stay for a night before flying out. Not recommended for Barcelona visitors because it will cost you about 70 euros to get back and forth to the city center. Book one in the city center will cost about the same total $$$ but save you time but you have choices for good food.

shuttle bus service was excellent. easy access to public bus. The sad thing was we were assigned to a smoking room even though we asked for a non-smoking room. The smell/odor of the cigarettes stuck on some of our clothings.

Hotel is out in the middle of nowhere. Restaurant services okay but limited. Costly taxi rides to get anywhere. Unable to contact hotel from airport so had to pay 20 euros just to get to hotel.

This hotel is convenient from the airport except for the 20 Euro minimum cab fee if you can't get their shuttle to pick you up. There is an easy bus ride from the hotel to La Rambla which is nice and it runs about every 20 minutes. The staff.... I don't know how people keep a job sometimes. I used this hotel as a stopover waiting for a morning transfer flight. The hotel room was very pleasant and the staff very friendly in fact I was left thinking oh it would be nice to stay here a bit longer. One of the draws of this hotel for me was the free transfer to and from the airport. No other hotels seem either close or have transfers. Unfortunately […] I arrived 15 minutes too late for the last bus at 23.45 . (It would have been nice if the timetable was shown - it is 6am -> 23.30). The result of this meant i had to take a taxi. Be warned taxis are very expensive! The driver tried to double charge me the airport supplement and wanted €25 for the short trip. Thankfully my spanish is good enough to tell him where to get off and paid the correct €20. But still if you have to add €40 to a hotel just to get there and back that can change your buying decision. Hotel is convenient to airport and has a free shuttle, but shuttle runs on its own schedule. Be prepared to wait. Staff is wonderful and friendly and hotel restaurant is quite good. Neighborhood is harbor-industrial, but bus to city center stops directly outside front door and bus is cheap.

There was not ONE single channel on the hotel's cable. I called the front desk and the clerk said, "there must be one". However, I ask what the channel number was and he said he could not help me. The hotel is quite nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is located next to a 24/7 working port and I heard noises all night long. I do not have a problem going and staying asleep. A light sleeper would not be able to get any rest. It should be fine if you bring ear plugs.

Good shuttle from Airport (10 mins). If using T2 leave yourself 30 mins to return next morning due to calling at terminal 1 etc on the way. Comfortable rooms. Adequate menu/ bar service. Although this is billed as an "airport hotel", in fact it's nowhere near the airport. You have to call and wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up after you arrive, and then it's another 15 minute ride in the shuttle to the hotel. But in 45 minutes you can be in downdown Barcelona, surrounded by city life. So there is no benefit to staying at […] this hotel if you are hoping to be close or convenient to the airport. On top of that, to get back to the airport, you have to make a reservation for the shuttle the day before, so there's a chance that you might not even get on the bus. So just pick a decent hotel in a decent location in town, this place saves you no time. The neighborhood is purely industrial, with large 18 wheeler type trucks barreling down the road all day long and nowhere to go (i.e. restaurants) unless you hop a bus to town, which takes 30 minutes plus waiting time.
