The headline says it all. SUPER convenient as a transit hotel as it is part of the Sentral train station complex with best access to airpoet, trains to all of Malaysian peninsula and most commuter trains and mass transit for Kuala Lumpur. Shared facilities (pools, health club, spa, etc) with adjacent Hilton are excellent. But it is surrounded by freeway […] access ramps and not convenient to anything but a nice park and unmemorable "Little India." Would not hesitate to stay there again for a night or if I had business nearby. Still find the hotel to offer the best value in KL. Very nice for the price and excellent location for the airport. Eating places are available at the KL Sentral station just across the road, and it's well connected to places that you need to go by LRT, monorail and (coupon) taxi. Can't beat the value!

I booked a classic room which was lovely and clean. The hotel is just across from KL Sentral train station which made it an ideal location for sight seeing and very easy to get to and from the airport. The only slight let down was the changing area for the swimming pool which could benefit from a selection of shampoo etc, but this was only has I arrived […] at 0600 and wasn't able to get into a room so I used the pool area to shower and change before heading out to sight see before coming back at 3pm to get a room. Overall I will be staying here again because of the central location and easiness for getting to and from the airport as I used the KLIA express train and could book my bags in before heading back to the airport for my return flight. Excellent hotel. We had only a short stay in KL, but it's perfectly located adjacent to the train station. We were in on the express train from the airport in 35 minutes and able to check our bags to our flight from the train station! Good hotel, convenient to train station. Have stayed here several times and never had an issue. Just one thing, there was hammering or work on our floor which kept us awake, it was intermittent but enough to slightly annoy us. But overall, a good hotel.

The pleasure of my stay was diminished greatly by the staff's protocol of knocking, ringing the bell and calling three times in a row without any pause. I had the constant feeling that I was being hounded in my own room for things that had little to do with my comfort and everything to do with the hotel's protocols. I was woken up when (I think) my […] paper was delivered at 8am. I was woken up at 9am by someone (I never found out who) who after the three mandatory rings and knocks and calls came into my room when I did not jump out of bed to stop him and then (rather than apologizing and leaving when he discovered me sleeping) proceeded to stand there and ask me when would be a better time to come back. This is EXTREMELY aggravating. And since it is hotel policy to disturb a guest three times before leaving or entering (I disagree with this policy, given the fact that in a small room you will hear the first knock OR ring OR call (even that is a bit excessive)) but not the policy to spell out the SPACE between the knocks and pauses it is just irritating. This is not the only five star hotel to harrass their guests, however. The Sheraton was just as bad and both of them better than some and a lot more comfortable. In the end I found there is a solution: Turn on the privacy button or put the "do not disturb" tag on the door. This is just the first place I had to do that to be left in peace and I'm not happy about having to pay so much money and then be bothered. További részletek

What a beautiful entrance and friendly staff. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Wish we had better weather and more time to visit the pool it sure looked great from the window. I was so happy with Le Meridian. On my booking I mentioned I'd be arriving early and my room was ready - very pleasing after an overnight flight. Bonus points for having bathrobes. Always stay here when I am in KL. Can't beat the convenience of point-to-poin ttransfers from the airport to the hotel. You literally do not have to see the sun save for one little road crossing from Sentral to the hotel. I chose to break my recent trip to Europe to avoid the long flying time, and booked this Hotel for two short stays, on the way over and on the way back. It is exceptionally convenient being just across the road from the KLIA Express station (MYR 35 one way), which in turn is only 28 minutes from the International Airport. They have seperate restaurants etc but guests share the very well equipped gym and large and very pleasant pool area, although neither was crowded or noisy during the time of my stays. The immediate surrounding area is has no attractions that I could find but there is a very large modern mall ten (10) minutes away by taxi. Excellent stay, however, the on-going renovation was a bit of a pain. Once that is completed it will be fine. As we were travelling with Malaysian Airlines, we were able to check-in at the railway station and the hotel porter even took our cases to check-in!!
