Mamaison Hotel Le Regina Warsaw - Varsó

I was upgraded to the penthouse suite. It was a lovely room, very comfy and spacious. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Food good. Limited bar and experience of drink/cocktail making. Very nice food. Centrally located in perfect spot for old town. Very clean and well presented hotel. I went on business but would happily go for pleasure.

We looked at other hotels but were so glad we chose this one. The location in the new town is superb. The hotel itself is luxurious with immaculate service. The chef is reputed to be one of the best in the country. What more could you want! Highly recommended.

Great hotel great location

Unfortunately only stayed one night - but the welcome was very friendly with lots of help and information - hotel newly refurbished and rooms well layer out and very spacious. Bed was so comfortable. restaurant was exquisite - location right in the old town so lots of other places to eat and to drink. Wish I stayed longer 0 but will be back soon.

Great small design hotel in the quiet outskirts of the old town. Very comfortable overall, nice light rooms and good breakfast. Minus for stiff service and disappointing "spa" area.

I visited this hotel with my boyfriend and we both loved our days there. At the instant we arrived the staff took excellent care off us, explaining the facilites included (spa etc), helping us plan the visit of Warsaw and taking our luggage to the rooms. The rooms where beautiful, and the rooms were cleaned several times a day. The bed was fantastic […] with silky sheets and nice pillows, The swimming pool is great and sauna as well, no steem bath though, and the exercice equipment were poor. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Nice, quiet location right at the end of Old Town. Breakfast buffet is very lovely but pricey. Swimming pool is also nice. Great location beside the Old Town. Close to many restaurants and main square. Hotel beautifully decorated. Standard room very good with lovely bathroom with two sinks, powerful shower, good quality hair dryer and plenty of space for wash bags etc. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. Desk and two chairs and good wardrobe space also in room. Spa and […] pool area very small but beautifully decorated - would seem crowded if more than three people are using the facility at once. Staff unfriendly, no smiling or greeting on arrival or departure. No enquiry as how your stay went. Very efficient but purely functional and 'clinical' service. Staff got no communication skills particularly on reception desk where they should know better. The only friendly staff person was the hotel limo driver to the airport who was very friendly. Great hotel in great location beside the Old Town. The room was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The swimming pool and spa were small but great if you get them to yourself as we did. The staff did not engage with us at all. The service was efficient but very clinical and unfriendly. Staff spoke among themselves and never even smiled at us or […] greeted us when we approached the desk to ask a question. The hotel needs to train their staff in customer relations and communication skills. When you don't feel welcomed you are unlikely to come back or recommend the hotel to others. Pity about that! This hotel is a shining light in Warsaw. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in the hotel. It has everything you need and is in the best location for exploring Warsaw. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great staff - arrived at 7am after night bus and they arranged almost immediate check-in and gave us coffee whilst waiting. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great. Small pool, exercise bikes and sauna - great for relaxing. Great Old Town location - walk to most places. International newspapers in lobby, which was a nice place to sit […] with a drink. Luggage storage on day of departure was useful. 10min cab ride to Central train station (11-18 Euro). Close to tram stops (if you don't mind a little walk). Didn't sample restaurant so can't comment. Room service available but again, didn't sample this. Close to lots of places to eat and drink and opposite a supermarket. Really nice hotel with great atmosphere. Great experience in Le Regina. I travel on business a lot and appreciated the little touches other hotels dont offer. We had a 430am taxi so the breakfast was still closed but they still brought out coffee and snacks whilst we waited. Great hotel also if you want to check out the old town.

We stayed here for a couple of days...arrived early morning and the staff was really friendly. They offered us a room straight away. The room was top quality. Overall, hotel is gorgeous. It is located right at the edge of the old town...couldn't have been more perfect in terms of the location.

Flott hotell, med bra beliggenhet i nærheten av gamlebyen. Veldig hyggelig betjening - anbefales!

Mycket fräscht litet boutiquehotell i perfekt lugnt läge, bara 3-4 minuters promenad från gamla stan. Vänlig serviceminded personal, bra restaurang mm. Det perfekta stället för en "Weekend getaway"!

Et veldig fint hotell som ligger i et rolig område rett utenfor gamlebyen. Super service, god frokost, luksuriøs følelse. Anbefales!

Viiden tähden hotellilta on lupa odottaa tasokasta palvelua ja Hotel Le Regina täytti odotukset kaikilta osin. Hotellin sijainti on optimaalinen Varsovan vanhan kaupungin "uudessa" osassa: kaikki nähtävyydet ovat lähellä ja kaupungin liikekeskustaan on lyhyt matka. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja pyrkii täyttämään kaikki toiveet viimeistä piirtoa […] myöten. Hotellihuoneemme oli tilava ja kylpyhuone erittäin tilava ja toimiva. Huoneeseemme kuului lisäksi oma terassi sisäpihalle, joka oli erittäin viihtyisä paikka esim. aamukahvin nauttimiseen. Ravintola Le Rotisseur on myös tähtensä ansainnut, mutta mitään unohtumattomia makuelämyksiä ei kannata odottaa - pikemminkin samaa korkeata tasoa, jota muissa vastaavissa paikoissa on nähnyt. Dette er uten sidestykke den fineste hotell opplevelsen min kone, min datter og jeg har hatt. En fantastisk betjening - hvor ingen ting var problematisk - om det var kokt vann til babyen midt på natten - eller hjelp til restauranter og spabehandlinger. Vi valgte å gå opp ett hakk, fra vanlig dobbeltrom, og fikk en svært god standard. Det er jo så rimelig uansett, samt at det var god rabatt ved 3 overnattinger. Rommet ble ikke bare ryddet og vasket, men det var sjokolade på sengen, perfekt redd seng og ja, i det hele tatt så godt som noe vi har bodd på noe sted i verden. VELDIG bra. Hva vil vi gjøre […] bedre neste gang? Jo, inkludere frokost, så den er ferdigbetalt. Er det ikke noe som helst å rakke ned på??? Må være at når det er over 20 minus ute, så hadde det vært godt med varme i guvlet på badet, da noen av oss liker å tusle rundt barfot. Ellers: Kanon badstue, og flott basseng med deilig temperatur. tout est à la hauteur des attentes les plus exigeantes, sauf... le sauna et l'espace forme :-( - la piscine donne par une baie vitrée sur le couloir qui mène à la salle de réunion, c'est très très déplaisant. - Le sauna, était froid (70°), sans produits de soins, les douches éloignées, personne à l'entrée pour fournir serviette et/ou peignoir... dommage... […] cela aurait été alors un sans faute !... Bien placé, déco sympa, chambres confortables

Hotel tres bon sur tous les points, sauf je dirais la qualitee des sandwichs en room service qui ne correspondent pas du tout a la classe de celui-ci et surtout de sont excellent restaurant. Ainsi que le petit service de nettoyage des chaussures qui est payant, il serait agreable d'avoir au moins une brosse dans le hall surtout en hiver.

This hotel is a perfect pick for a weekend getaway to Warsaw. Old Town is a quick 5-minute walk away. The hotel is small and quiet with large and comfortable rooms. The staff provided us with excellent service.

Personnel attentif, discret et efficace, Chambre très propre et agréable. Restaurant a recommander, le tout pour des prix très très corrects.

Kaunis, tyylikäs hotelli hiljaisella kadulla. Palvelut vieressä, vanhaan kaupunkiin vajaan 10 minuutin kävely. Avulias, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erittäin siistiä, kellarikerroksen kuntosali-sauna-uima-allas-alue avioin aamusta pitkälle iltaan. Ainoa miinus aamiaisen kohtuuton hinta, etenkin melko pieneen tarjontaan nähden.
