SUPER, JUST BOOK IT :) NICE ROOM, GOOD SHOWER, GOOD PEOPLE AT THE DESK . IN THE HEART OF KRAKOW

Very recommenfable. Close to the main square and Wawel castle. Shops and stores all over. Interior of the room very nice. A bit noisy during the night as it is located really in the middle of thw town, at least at the weekend. All in all vers pleasant stay.

Great location and excellent for comfort and service. Just small windows giving limited view from our otherwise excellent loft room. Heartily recommend.

Excellent hotel, bang in the middle of the old town and easy walking to all major sights. Very charming and helpful staff, gave good restaurant recommendations. Could not be happier to recommend to others.

The location is perfect, near to central square and next to Babel. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are not small, breakfast very good. The building is old enough but in good condition. The only bad thing was the noises we were hearing from the bathroom, from other floors.

Hotel is everything we hoped it would be. Old World charm! Breakfast was amazing! You can order egg dish or pancakes and there is spread of sliced meat and cheese along with pastries along with many other items to choose from. Front desk was very helpful with our questions. Helped us book our tours. Their English was very good.. We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Senacki. We were early for check in and our room wasn't yet available so they stored our luggage until we were able to get in to our room. Breakfast was more than adequate and you can special order a hot breakfast if you are so inclined. Room was clean and comfortable, bed could be a little bit bigger though. well located hotel however this brought some noise problems as the window opened above very busy street (on Royal Route). With no A.C. and above average temperatures for August nights became uncomfortable. Staff and breakfast excellent. Room more than adequate for city break

Got a cab from the train station and when we arrived we were very impressed. The woman at reception was fantastic and gave us so much information about the city. Then we found the room which was lovely. Good bed, great air con and lovely interior with good old fashioned wooden beams. They even had a porter for those people who didn't want to carry […] their bags. Such a friendly atmosphere and the breakfast was good too! An excellent location for visiting all of the main attractions in Krakow. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke enough English that we could make ourselves understood!

You can't find a better location in Krakow, Hotel Senacki is off the main square. This allows easy access to all daily and evening activities without all the noise. If you stay at this classic hotel be sure to request a room on the first three floors, the forth floor is not serviced by the elevator. Brilliant location - literally 5 minutes walk to Wawel Castle or the main square in the opposite direction. The rooms are spotless and very quaint. The hotel has a charming character. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choice. The street outside could be a little noisy around 11pm but I'd had a few cherry vodkas by then and had no trouble […] sleeping! Very comfortable hotel in a great location 3 minutes from the main Square in Krakow. Can be a little noisy late at night when people are on their way home. Breakfast is really good. You can order a freshly made omelette which my husband said were out of this world. Very friendly staff. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean and warm, and the breakfast was excellent, particularly the scrambled eggs. But the best aspect of the Senacki is the location. We could walk within a few minutes to the Rynek and to Wawel Castle. Kazimierz was a little further, but still easily walkable, and trams and taxis were close by if we wanted […] them. The hotel is opposite a beautiful church (full of gilded paintings and staues) where there are concerts of popular classical music several nights a week. Our room was number 101, which has a balcony and private sitting room. It felt like an elegant 19th century apartment. We loved it. The hotel senacki in Krakow was wonderful,it was a beautiful building right in the heart of Krakow,the market sq was 5 min walk one way and wawel castle 5 mins the other,the staff knew everything i asked and nothing to much trouble,the room was cleaned to a high standard every day,and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful,i got a room with a balcony […] like i asked for room 102 it was big and very nice all amenities were there. My husband and I spent two nights in Hotel Senacki. We have absolutely nothing to complain about the hotel! Staff: very friendly, very helpful. We arrived late in the Friday night and the receptionist was very friendly, regardless of being late at night. The same is true for all the people who stayed at the reception during this period and the ladies […] in the restaurant at the breakfast time. Room: very clean, very spacious, absolutely comfortable. We slept very, very well. It was cold, and the heater was on during the night, but for just enought time to heat the room and not become too hot. Bathroom: spacious, clean, very well lighted. Hair dryer and toletries are offered by the hotel and the orage blossom body lotion is just fantastic. Location: Situated in one of the main streets of the Old Town, two minutes away from Rynek Glowny and about ten minutes walking from the main train station. Also walking distance from Wawel Castle and the Jewish Quarter. Food: all you could expect from a hotel breakfast. Bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, fruits, cereal and various options of hot food, such as scrambbled eggs and pancakes. All freshly cooked to order. This hotel benefits from an excellent location. It is well managed and maintained, provides a good and substantial breakfast, and has very helpful and pleasant staff. We and our companions (all in our mid sixties and well travelled) were very happy with our stay and highly recommend the Senacki for its value.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location which is just a short walk away from the main square in Krakow. We arrived at the hotel looking for help as we had been robbed at the railway station in Krakow and as we do not speak Polish we needed assistance to report the incident to the police. We were cold and wet and were disappointed that we could not have our room, but as it was only noon this was understandable. Reception did facilitate a taxi to the police […] station and the non English speaking police were expecting us. This was then a saga that lasted all afternoon. The hotel recommended the restaurant 'Pod Aniolami' nearby for our evening meal and it was very good indeed. The room was adequate though small and the bathroom worked well, with plenty of hot water. Sadly smoking is permitted in the corridors and someone sat and smoked outside our room during the night, very unpleasant, as the fumes crept in under the door. This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Staff were super helpful, we got a free upgrade b.c another guest wanted a lower-priced room and the location was close to everything. Our room was on the first floor, had AC and a balcony. The only downside was that the "king size" bed was actually two double beds pushed together. Our friends stayed on the second floor, had no balcony and no AC. I would stay there again if I were guaranteed the nicer room, especially since we payed the same price. Other hilights: FANTASTIC location. […] The buffet breakfast was very good and hours were convenient. The building is beautiful and it is fantastic to be in the middle of everything. Hotel staff spoke English and most were very accomodating. I did not like how we had to return our key every time we left the building- one of our group mistakenly asked for the wrong room's key and was given it by hotel staff. The Senacki was found in a perfect location twixt Wavel and centre of old town. Our room was spotless,very large,airy and quiet. Breakfast and the room it was served in were great. Staff were very helpful indeed. Our attic room had elevator access to the floor below so elderly or unfit might prefer floors 1,2,or 3.

Centralt beläget hotell med bra standard och bra frukost. Ett litet minus för rätt hårda sängar, men efter första natten hade man vant sig. I övrigt var det superbra med lättsam och trevlig personal. Åker jag till Krakow igen bor jag gärna på Hotel Senacki igen!

Hotell Senacki er et koselig lite hotell. Reint, større rom enn forventet. Fantastisk betjening som tilbød seg og ordne hver gang vi henvente oss i resepsjonen med spørsmål. Grei frokost. Veldig sentral beliggenhet. vi brukte kun to minutter å gå (vanlig gange) til markedsplassen. Hotell Senacki anbefales på det varmeste!!

Hotellet ligg i den koselegaste gata i Krakow, like ved slottet på den eine sida og med handlegate og marked på den andre. Frukosten og betjeninga var heilt upåklageleg og eg anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmaste!

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, in historischem Ambiente, ordentliche Zimmer, Badezimmer relativ neu, fast verkehrsfreie Lage, deshalb hört man auch schon mal spätabends die Fußgängergruppen, wenn das Zimmer zur Straßenseite liegt, insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert für einen Kurztrip […] nach Krakau. Med dette glimrende hotel kan man næsten ikke bo mere centralt i Krakow. Alle seværdigheder ligger i kort gå afstand fra hotellet. Hvis man ikke er til at gå kan man altid tage en af de elektriske vogne der kører nede på gaden og lade st korpus fragte rundt.

Bodde her en varm og solrik helg i august. Ved ankomst på hotellet skjønte vi fort at vi bodde "midt i smørøyet" - bedre beliggenhet skal du lete lenge etter for den prisen! Rommet var helt ok, litt mørkt og innestengt dog. Det ble også veldig varmt iom. at det ikke finnes air con eller vifte og vi bodde i 1. etg. og ikke ville ha vinduet åpent om natten. […] God og variert frokost, med forskjellige typer omelett og kaffe du kan bestille selv. Det beste er imidlertid at du går utenfor døra og så er du midt i den pulserende hovedgaten, vi brukte ikke en zloty på taxi eller buss. Alt i alt vil jeg anbefale dette hotellet på det varmeste. Hotel situato in pieno centro vicino alle principali attrazioni. Servizio impeccabile. Reception molto disponibile anche per prenotazioni di tour. Colazione a buffet ricca in una splendida saletta caratteristica. Le camere del quarto piano non sono raggiunte dall'ascensore.

This hotel is highly recomended. Placeed at the main street between main square and castle - but not in the most noicy part of the center. Breakfast was very good and everythibg incl. Internet worked perfect.

Perfekt beliggenhet nær gamlebyen. Vennlig, hjelpsomt og smilende personale som snakket godt engelsk. Nydelig frokost. Sengene kunne ha vært bedre.

Et lite og veldig koselig hotell noen få hundre meter fra torget i gamlebyen, "midt i smørøyet"! Fine rom med delikate bad, koselig frokostsal i kjelleren med flott frokost. En liten sittegruppe i en slags "entre" i hver etasje utenfor rommene (perfekt for gruppe som leier 2-5 rom i samme etasje). Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening i resepsjon. Imidlertid […] et par "misser": Det ble ikke fylt opp med kaffe på rommet den første dagen, og klokkeslettet for drosjebestillingen avreisedagen ble misforstått (men det ble veldig greit ordnet opp i). Veldig fornøyd med mitt opphold. Alt var som forventet. Alt i alt kjempefornøyd! Kan anbefales på det sterkeste.

Kjempe hyggelig liten hotell. Du har gåavstand til det meste, ikke minst Stortorget, Maria kirken og byens beste restauranter! Bare prøv!;

Mycket centralt läge, nära till allt! Gångavstånd till till exempel det stora torget, Wawel Hill och Kazimierz. Väldigt fint bemötande av personalen, de var hjälpsamma och pratade bra engelska! Il Senacki è l'ideale per visitare Cracovia perchè è vicino a tutto! Ha poche camere ,ben curate ,comode e tutto funziona a perfezione!La colazione è ottima con tutto ciò che puoi desiderare.Il personale é molto disponibile.

Ett litet härligt hotell mitt i centrala staden med folkvimmel alldeles nedanför fönstret - affärer, hästdroskor, gatuförsäljare med mera. Hotellet var litet men riktigt mysigt, personalen (pratade bra engelska) var fantastisk och ansträngde sig verkligen för att ta reda på fakta om de sevärdheter vi frågade dem om. Frukosten var god och vällagad och […] miljön (källarvalv) var klart imponerande. Det enda minuset var att varmvattnet var slut på morgonen två av fyra gånger, men om man duschade tidigt eller sent var det inget problem. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotellet.
