Booked a king bed, arrived to find a tiny twin. Room was slightly bigger than the bed. Water damage on the ceiling, gaping hole in the bathroom which stank. Miserable woman on front desk said none of our problems were Carroll Villas, I'd have to contact Hotels.com (not very practical when you're stood in reception after a 4 hr drive). We enjoyed our first time experience in CM, NJ at this B&B. The atmosphere of the hotel was very authentic, however w/ all the modern day conveniences. The staff was very professional, friendly and approachable. The food at the "Mad Batter", was fabulous, I do recommend a reservation. If you like to be in the hub of things this hotel is right there. […] My only complaint would be the parking situation. Because of the location, there is no parking on the property. They do provide 1 spot in a city lot about 5 blocks away w/ a permit.
