great service, location and amenities.

It was a very nice and fun hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We did request a King bed and paid for a King room. Upon arrival although it was late our room was given to someone else and we ended up with two queen beds. For the price we paid we should have ahs what was requested.

The staff at the Hyatt was exceptional. Hotel was well kept and had a nice location. Pool and gardens were beautifu, the pictures online don't do the hotel justice. I did have some issues with breakfast charges being billed incorrectly and overbilled. We had a large group and 3 rooms and the charges we wrong each day. The hotel charges a 25.00 resort fee per night but they dont tell you at registration. Hidden surprise! Why would they say nightly rate covers fitness center, etc. Interesting!

I have been staying here since its 16th day o being open and they continue to be in my top 2 worldwide ! The staff all know your name, I'm always greeted with a smile, and it's always "yes we can" Defininitely a 10 out of 10!!!!!

Hotel was nice and we loved how close it was to the beach, shopping and the pier. Everything was in walking distance. The pools were great and the employees were very nice and helpful.

We were happily surprised with the quality of the hotel and service. The service was professional, with genuine smiles (rare these days). The hotel is beautiful and the views were amazing. The convenient walkway over Pacific Coast Highway makes for a safe walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Growing up in Huntington Beach it was fun to go back and visit. We walked to the pier and to Main Street.

The hotel was nice but, unfortunately, there were hidden costs which weren't specified up front. Also, the hotel double billed me and this took up my time for the correction. Overall not a great experience!

The hotel was beautiful and our room was so comfortable and not to mention huge and spacious. The view was also marvelous. My only complaint was the hotel service. We arrived to check in at 7:00pm. We waited for 15 minutes. The check-in employee kept on reassuring me that it would only be a minute several times. Once it was our turn to check in, he […] asked way too many person questions of which I did not appreciate. The other employee was on the telephone the entire time. Was really great and the staff was extra special. Only surprise was the added $25 bucks a day for requirement of valet parking vs any self parking. This should really be considered an uppage in room cost. Otherwise, just great.

Hyatt is getting Its act together and it's game-on with this resort concept they have going on here in the US. The Huntington Beach location is nothing short of stunning and the staff is amazing. The price is right-on as well. We loved it so much, we canceled our other New Year's plans and stayed 5 more nights! Great hotel , but with the valet fees and resort fees I had to pay an additional $250 for a 5 night stay !

Love the Hyatt! Love HB. My wife and I have stayed here five times now. It is our favorite hotel anywhere. Great room. Great staff. Great location.

My boyfriend and I stayed here last minute...we met friends that came into town. Not only did I get a great rate on hotels.com (my rate included internet, parking and hotel taxes and resort fee), but the accomodations were beautiful and they were able to place us right next door to our friends. We were very impressed with the property. This hotel is spread out nicely and does not feel overly crowded even when it is at full capacity. It is little bit away from main street but the hotel will shuttle you down for free if you like. They also rent beach cruiser bikes so you can ride the California coast until your heart is content. Great location, but the food (room service and resturants) was not up to par.

If I have a choice, I would always prefer to stay at the Hyatt. Although the decor is a little "old", it was a clean and decently sized room. I gave comfort a rating of 3 only because I prefer firmer beds, and the beds they have were really soft. One other thing to note, the hotel is long vs. tall. We visit Southern California three or four times a year and almost always stay at this hotel. It is a nice facility with very comfortable rooms. There are a number of services, a great gym, terrific spa and an occasional free concert on the premises. If we are there on the weekend there are usually a couple of weddings.
