Le Royal - Nizza

Although the location was perfect and price slightly cheaper, the hotel rooms where sub par. The beds not to mention the pillows where made for children. We have travelled all over western euro and found France beautiful but their hotels lack basic comforts expected.

Bed was not the most comfortable and bath was very small. Location was great! Far from deluxe but price was great.

Nice hotel with very ideal location. Room was quite clean but looked little bit old (furniture).

This hotel is great for a short stay. Room was clean and hotel is average. Staff very friendly but no bells and whistles here. WiFi in hotel lobby only but close to main promenade area and close to 98 bus to Nice airport and Old Nice. For US residents, I'd compare it to Hotel Pennsylvania in New York City.

Stayed in the above for two weeks in Sept.2011. It is very central on the Promenade des Anglais, making it ideal for a dawn swim when only locals inhabit the otherwise busy beach! Also within an easy walk to the Old Town and Railway Station (via the back streets). I found the staff to be particularly friendly, and taking dinner in the hotel (not included […] in my deal) was amazingly good value....the setting on the terrace alone was a brilliant location. It is part of the Vacances Bleu chain and many of the guests were quite elderly and on a full package deal, which was no problem at all. The only inadequacy was their free Wi-Fi service which I found to be quite "hit and miss", and very early door knocks from the chambermaids (09.00) looking for access to the room! További részletek

regardless of the location and welcoming staff, as there is many hotels nearby this one on the beach, but i don't know why this hotel is rated 3 star hotel, there is no internet services available in the hotel rooms, only in the lobby, there is no minibar, there is only one power outlet and located in a far place so if you want to use your laptop and […] charge your mobile you cant. the room were very tight, the pillows not comfortable and no additional ones available. I was very happy with my stay at Le Royal, which was priced well under most others in the near vicinity, and unlike those, this hotel is across the Promenade des Anglais from the beach.

We had a very enjoyable 5 days in Le Royal Hotel Nice. The location was fantastic, well worth paying the extra for a sea view room. Opening the curtains to the azure sea every morning was heavenly. The breakfast was very good and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. A great central base for touring others areas along the south coast.

This Hotel is an excellent location over looking the sea and within walking distance of everything in Nice Centre. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and efficient. Only had lunch one day in the hotel and it was excellent. On the negative side the rooms are not soundproofed, so we could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. Ideal location on the promenade, Receptiopn Staff very helpful especially Olivier who couldnt do enough for you. Great Value and I would recommend.

The best thing about Le Royal is the location right next to the beautiful sea in Nice and that is what shell out extra money for. Rest everything is just ok. They also do not include breakfast in the room fares which makes the effective cost of stay even higher.

My wife picked this hotel and she got it spot-on. The location is almost iconic on the Prom des Anglaise: just along from the Negresco and a stroll from the Old Town. Although this hotel has a great location, we do not think we can recommend this place. The room had a very old musty feeling, there was some kind of smell in the lobby. According to what we paid for this place, we expected a much better room. Would not go there again.

Posted reviews are very accurate for this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly, the location was great, the hotel was clean and the views were incredible. The other guests were older but friendly and respectful.

A traditional style hotel was in a great location, opposite the beach and near to bars and restaurants. The bus from the airport stopped across the road. The Hotel staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us with our return journey arrangements with our Airline. The Hotel is in a very convenient position to walk to the Old Town and to the train Station. The airport Bus also stops nearby. We had a sea view room which was lovely. Nice stay in Nice:)

Hotel is sandwiched in between two very expensive hotels and is in a great location on the P. De Ang. Worth paying the extra for a sea view room (we didnt but wished we had as our room overlooked a back street). We were the ONLY 20 somethings at the hotel, in fact the next youngest couple were the age of our grandparents. The room was OK - GREAT view, cleanliness OK. To stay on the each with chairs, which are needed because the pebbles are uncomfortable, need to budge an additional $30 Euros per day, and if you want towels and umbrella, $20 Euros on top of […] that, so it got very expensive. I really enjoyed myself at Le Royal. I had an ocean front room on the 4th floor and had probably the best ocean view in Nice. The hotel was also in the middle of everywhere (easy to get to Monaco, Cannes, St. Tropez, etc...) A little dated and noisy as others before me have posted.

Hotellet har en veldig sentral beliggenhet med gangavstand til strandpromenaden, gamlebyen og shopping. Hotellet bærer preg av at det er gammelt og slitt, særlig gulvteppene var slitte og skitne. Rom ut mot bakgården, hvor det var støy av søppeltømming både ved midnatt og tidlig på morgenen. Hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte i resepsjonen.

Pas adapté pour un voyage d'affaire : pas d'internet dans la chambre ! Petit déjeuner : très bien.

Hotellet hade bara internetförbindelse på entréplan. Frukost ingick inte, vilket ju gjorde vistelsen lite dyrare. Annars var allt utmärkt.

口コミを見て期待せずにコストパフォーマンス重視で宿泊しましたが、冷蔵庫はあり、水の出もよく、バスタブもあり、部屋もとても広かったです。少し問題があるとすれば、シャワーのヘッドが固定できなかったことと（やり方がわからなかった？）、アメニティがほぼない、バスタブの中にタオルを入れないと翌日新しいものに交換してくれないことの事前の案内がなかったことですが、私達には問題ではありませんでした。シーサイドでこのお値段、この広さ、空港バスのバス停からもとても近くまたニースに行くことがあれば必ず泊まります。

Vi är verkligen nöjda med hotellet. Vi tog havsutsikt, det kan jag rekomendera. Nära till allt och när man ville vila kunda man sitta och titta över folklivet på strandpromenaden. Hit kommer vi igen.

ツアーデスクが出来ていて、情報が得られとても助かりました。フロントはカーニバル期間のみのアルバイトみたいで、全くいい加減でダメでした。　値段からみて、お値打ちのホテルでした。

Super accueil pour le marathon Nice Cannes, nous avons eu le droit de garder la chambre jusque 15h pour pouvoir prendre une douche après l'épreuve! De plus le petit déjeuner était servi plus tôt le dimanche pour la course! Top!

Vieille Hotel un peu défraichi, seule la situation est Royale ! les moquettes on pris un coup de vieux, le service médiocre, buffet au petit déjeuné avec 1 toaster tefal pour tous !, le café est servi par une seule personne au bar qui fait 50 aller retour et votre café est servi à la fin du petit déjeuné s'il y a du monde (pressés s'abstenir). L'hotel […] est propre toutefois, les chambres sont faites en après midi après 15H (si vous passer plus d'une nuit ne vous attendez pas à ce que la chambre soit faite le matin). Les prix pratiqués hors saison sont attractifs mais ne pas s'attendre à la vue sur mer (beaucoup plus cher), les petits prix sont vu sur mur ou toiture. l'emplacement est cependant ideal proche mer, restaurants..... God og central beliggenhed, men gl.dags vær. og dårligt ildelugtende indeklima.

娘を同伴しての家族旅行で9月13日から15日の３泊。プロムナード　デザングレ沿いで、マセナ広場や旧市街にも近くて立地は最高。サービス、設備の満足度は中位。

Amazing Hotel!!! Near everything, my individual room was clean, new! I'll stay again when i come back in Nice. Wifi Free in Saloon.
