We had a great 2 week stay. Right on the beach. Staff made us feel like family. Service was excellent. They are investing in the up keep of this hotel. New fridges in all rooms, new bed matresses. all counter tops are granite. For $61 per night, location right on the beach this is a great deal.

The service at the hotel was terrible. I was there for three nights and did not see housekeeping the entire time that I was there. I had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and wash cloths daily. They were never offerred and they did not have very good hospitatlity. I woldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at the front desk were great as were the other staffers. The hotel was clean but could use a few cosmetic updates. The location was terrific with everything we wanted within walkin distance.I believe the lack of another elevator would be a problem in the busy season.

Was a great place to stay. In the middle of everything. Very quiet, the only problem I had was the day we checked out my 9 year old found a business card that she did not need to find! Not pleasant at all. Customer service very poor!!

The first room we were given had a broken back door and one of the burners from the stove was sitting on the kitchen counter. When I complained, we were put into another room with a broken front door and a shower/bathtub that constantly ran. I complained again and maintenance came to look at it. The guy said he would be back the next day but never showed […] back up. The room was dirty and the neighboring room played very loud music in the middle of the night so my kids had trouble sleeping. The Elevator was out the first day so we had to walk up the stairs to the fifth floor but they said would give us another room on lower floor next day if elevator not fixed. Started work on elevator next morning so it was fixed when we returned to our room. The pull out couch had no pillows for it and when called for was too late to get any. Not enough […] towels in room had to call for them. Only had two pots in room one small and one medium. Thought room could have been a little better equipment but the view of beach excellent and during the day if we where out of anything excellent customer service. The housekeepers where great. Stay away from this hotel . It's terrible , very ghetto and disgusting .

The elevator was BROKE down for over a week before my stay, and was staying that way till further notice.(I asked a couple of staff) If you want to stay here I'd call to see if it's working yet. There are no rooms on the 1st floor seeing that is there parking lot. cigarette trays overflowing in a "non-smoking" room; indifferent cleaning; silverware in kitchen dirty; tiny bedroom; only elevator not working throughout stay; young staff friendly and helpful; BUT I forgot my bathing suit and remembered an hour later and went back in my room to check. The hotel was great for the money paid. We were a little unhappy when we got there and the elevator was broke. We were told that we could stay if we wanted to walk to the 4th floor or try to get our money back and go somewhere else.

This place was the dirtiest place we have ever visited. Staff was very rude and found a used condom under the bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Elevators were not working at the time we were thereS! But they did offer to refund our money back if we didn't want to stay....but were would we book a hotel at in the mean time????? They don't have a inside pool even thou it is advertise that the pool is inside from pictures! Overall stay I would say a 3

The hotel was a great price and, although it wasn't the cleanest room, it was spacious. That being said we ended up checking out the very first night as we found a bed bug in our room. They did refund our stay with no questions asked. Probably will never stay there again.

NICE PLACE. ALITTLE ON THE "COLD" FEELING NOT WARM ....BUT CLEAN ROOM, COMFORTABLE BEDS..AND COUCH. CONVIENENT TO ALL. STAFF (CLEANING PERSON AND FRONT DESK) VERY NICE. I WOULD RETURN.

Great location in Virginia Beach. Very clean. Convenient parking . Only stayed one night but our group of 5 was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Obviously, you get what you pay for. Paying so little for a suite isn't going to give you a golden toilet seat and down comforters, but this place is awesome! Awesome hotel for the price I paid - Close to everything- Winter in Virginia Beach is actually still okay. We enjoyed the walks on the boardwalk and the Christmas light show - just right outside our balcony.

I was surprised when I walked inot my room. I expected to find a bed, bathroom, and a window facing the ocean. Instead, I got 2 separate rooms, a kitchenette, a very spacious bathroom, and a separate balcony from eveyone else. The room was very clean and neat. We stayed four nights,in and around the building,for the time we were there,the noise kept us awake until 2am each night.

I reserved a non-smoking room through Hotels.com, but when I arrived, I was told that no non-smoking rooms were available. The location was great, but the hotel was a dump (like the other hotels on the beach) and it smelled badly too. Stay here if you care only about the location.

The hotel had a very friendly staff,clean, comfortable,and reasonable priced.Will stay at this hotel again.

Modest but decent. Comfy enough to relax and feel good next day (after free brakfast). Other guests looked happy, too. Many objections in on-line reviews found overblown.

The Elevator is fixed!!! The Staff is super friendly and most helpful! Our stay was GREAT!!! Can't wait until out next visit. We will do all we can to stay here again!!!

Amazing location... Staff wa friendly.... Main complaint horrible elevator it was quite scary and only 1 throughout hotel

This hotel needs to be renovated and maintained. Doors in the room as well as the entrance door, do not close proper or have difficulties in closing. Pillows are completely worn out. Nice place to stay. The rooms are very spacious, and the oceanfront view was great. They are doing some renovation that is very much needed, but it didn't interfere with our vacation, The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would go back there again, and recommend it to friends. Had a great time with family and friends.

Everything was as expected at this hotel. No bed bugs was a plus. My housekeeper Aileen on the 5th floor was the bomb, just awesome. My only problem was the very small, super slow, only one elevator. Other than that, I was satisfied and would stay again.

Nice that it was on beach and centrally located to everything. But not worth the money. Not very clean Not enough lines for the number of people in the room (Family of 4 we had 3 towels) Had to wait til almost midnight to get lines for the pull out sofa that should have been in room

We stayed in this hotel over the 4th of July week. The location was prime however the housekeeping was terrible. Out of the 5 days there, only one day we accually had service. The parking was supposed to be one vehicle to each room, however, that didn't seem to be the case when we came back from sight seeing and there was no parking for our car. Worst hotel at va beach! Stayed at many oceanfront hotels from best western to Hilton and had no problems. When we checked in we received a smoking room even though we booked a non smoking room 4 months in advance. They would not change the reservation because they were "all booked", yet they were still people booking non smoking rooms next to me. Having […] an infant, this was a big problem. When we got to the room, thankfully it did not smell like smoke. Instead it was filthy. Everything from the bathroom, bedroom, and the kitchen. The bath tub was filled with water. We called front desk. They said they would send in housekeeping. They did not come until the next day. When they came they cleaned up the room like it should have been in the first place. The toilets and sink kept backing up. We had to call front desk again. This time they handled the issue in a timely manner. Did I mention the pool is in the middle of the parking lot? We did not even attempt that. Parking is tight and small. No restaurant on site. Oceanfront balcony is gross. Elevator fits 3 people max, otherwise you get stuck.
