i was very pleased with everything during my stay.

We enjoyed the location...not in town but close. Also the eating facilities in the area were good especially the 84 eatery. Staff was pleasant and always willing to help.

Clean and comfortable and very convenient to local historic attractions. We had a wonderful 4 day stay. I would return.

We have stayed in this chain before and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I also was surprised that we were right by I-84 and you could not tell.

I would recommend the Quality Inn, a little noisy from the traffic but worth the price, 3 years old but looks like it opened yesterday. I will stay there again.

The room was extremely clean, the staff were friendly and professional, recommend this place highly. The "continental breakfast" is fantastic -- includes eggs, sausage, cereal, hot waffles -- Wonderful pastries, NY bagels and muffins (toaster also provided), four kinds of juices, unlimited coffee, decaf, hot chocolate or tea. Just amazing. AND fresh […] fruit! This was our third stay here and we had rooms on both sides of the hotel (highway facing and not) and did not experience any undue noise from the cars. One night a guest played the tv too loudly. We finally called the desk at 1 am and it was handled IMMEDIATELY. Wish all hotels were like this one. The free "continental breakfast" is a FEAST -- Everything from New York bagels to hot eggs and sausage and fresh fruit and FOUR kinds of juices, coffee, tea, yogurt, hot waffles, you name it. And fresh fresh fresh! All four of us have agreed that whenever we need to return to this area, this is the FIRST place we will try to stay! PLUS the best diner is just next door and gives you 10% off just for showing your room key from this Quality Inn! Our rooms were on the highway side but noise was minimal. There are an equal number on the other side of the hotel if you are a very light sleeper and these people would be delighted to do anything to make your stay more pleasurable. This hotel is convenient to major highways, and has a friendly staff and nice beds. We also liked the large bathroom. However, the pillows (4) were too small and there was a general feeling of having only the bare necessities. The room was so plain - functional, but nothing attractive about it.

This place is nothing fancy, but clean with nice fixtures and comfortable beds. The front desk staff were all terrific and my son really enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. The heating system is the only thing I can thing of that leaves something to be desired; it's loud and kicks off/on frequently.

This was the best quality hotel I have stayed in. Generous sized room and bathroom. No bathtub but huge shower. Typical breakfast. Great value.

I really recomend this hotel. Is close to almost everything and the location close to highways too. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom big not tiny like other places. If I get back to the area I will shoose that one for sure. From Oregon Mari

room was clean but very spartan If you want simple , this hotel is perfect. If you want fancy - go somewhere else.

I got the expected value you get from a Quality Inn hotel. The front desk staff was pleasant and greeted me politely. The room was in the 3rd floor. When I got into the room, to my dismay, the AC wasn't working. Got another room as a result. Had requested a wake-up call the following morning. The call did not come through. The location on I-84 is very convenient. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel looks new, clean, and very welcoming. You feel very safe in the parking lot. The bathroom has a great sink countertop with lots of space. The pillows are great. The mattresses are uncomfortable, but better than most hotels. There are not a lot of hotel options in the central/northern valley NY area, so this is a good option. The hotel is new and therefore clean. The rooms are a good size, particularly nice size bathrooms for hotels of this class. Very nice hotel - brand new - convenient - would definitely stay there again. One lady at the front desk was a little sour, but she processed my request nonetheless. The rest of the hotel staff was courteous, efficient, informative and prompt.

What can I say? It was a one-night stay, we were in town for a funeral. Check-in was easy and the clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable -- very nice shower.
