dont use sat nav to find this place it has about 3 post codes . food expensive for what you get ... felt like i was staying on an industrial estate ... staff very nice and helpful. bed very comfortable . use of pool etc a bit of a palaver re picking up tickets and signing in and out . gym had good eqipment in it ...

Very good service, friendly and helpful staff combined with lots of amenities even for a one night stay. Teenage son particularly enjoyed the driving range, pool and sauna!!

First-time visitors to Wyboston Lakes Hotel might be dismayed at the somewhat industrial appearance of the building. This is due to the fact that the hotel is a pre-fab structure situated in a purpose-built convention complex. You needn't worry though, as the rooms themselves are very well furnished, clean and comfortable, and of good size. The same […] applies to all other facilities within the buildings. Staff were at all times friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet is also well worth mentioning; although it was just the standard fare, it was of very good quality with plenty available at all times. In addition, the dining room staff were very attentive and helped make breakfast a quite pleasant experience. check in --good Bar- dirty bar- staff not wiping spills-yuk! More interested in talking than serving and making sure the bar was presentable--very poor. Breakfast -disaster! buffet hidden in adjoining room staff did not explain the buffet. Coffee served cold- all guests complaining. staff absent - forgot the order, slow, disinterested. No one in […] control, surly staff at buffet servery (female) I had eaten my breakfast by rthe the time my ordered eggs arrived- despite waiting five mins at the breakfast bar before serving myself from the buffet. Staff turned light out in restaurant at 9;00am sharp even though guests were still eating Overall a very poor customer experience. This Hotel is ideal for people on conventions, that is what it is geared up for not for people looking for a leisure break. The information on their website is a little confusing as it says that they have a swimming pool spa and fitness centre but this was a private club where residents of the hotel were allowed to use but it was across the road from […] the hotel. Food was costly, average main meal 45-50 pounds for two. We complained to management of being woken up in the morning but other residents at 0630am, and making lots of noise early hours of the morning, we complained but nothing was done. We were supposed to stay for three days but because of the problems we had we only stayed two nights instead of three nights. and would not recommend any of my friends to stay there. This hotel was comfortable and ideally situated for our needs visiting family and friends in England. Refurbished throughout to create a modern hotel literally just off the A1. Great Gym, food in bar was tasty and reasonabley priced. Room service menu was a bit limited though.

Excellent Hotel, only stayed the one night for travelling in Cambridge. Good location, good amenities, everything you'd expect. Very satisfied

This hotel was booked on a last minute basis and therefore I did not have the time to reveiw it as I would normally, but once we arrived my wife and I fell in love with the place! It has a great location, plenty of greenery, but just outside the town, plenty to do on the hotel grounds from long walks to golf( either practicing on their drive range or […] using the beautyful 18 hole course!). The rooms are quite spacious and airy with all the facilities you would need. Moving around is easy as most of the walkways are covered, anywhere you need to find is clearly marked and the staff are only too willing to help you should you get lost( it is quite a big place!). I thought the coffee area where you can grab a coffee/tea and catch up with the latest news on large screens or just chill out with friends is a brilliant idea too! Dejligt hotel med høj standard. Ligger hyggeligt og i rolige omgivelser lige ved golfbane og med en dejlig terrasse ned til søen. Værelset var super og personalet meget venlig og imødekommende. Ligger godt for besøg i Cambridge og omegn. Fint hotel til en god pris.
