HOTEL IS CLEAN WITH FRIENDLY STAFF. I HAVE STAYED IN ALL KIND OF HOTELS. THUS HOTEL IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY YOU WILL SPEND. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

"Good Quality, fair price"
Have stayed in this hotel many times over the last 2 years. Come to the area often for Marist College volleyball matches following our daughter playing. It has been a solid choice as the rooms have been available for a reasonable price. Only problem for us is fighting the traffic on the way back to the college. I arrived late at night, probably receiving one of the last rooms, which I think is always a risk. Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

the only problem we had was,we reserved a no smoking room,but it smelled like smoke.other than that it was very nice,for the price and it is conveniently located to the mta
"FILTHY"
The reception area smelled like a bathroom. Our toilet seat had urine on it, the beds both had hair in them. We were given q new room and conditions were the same, hair on the sheets and dirty toilet seat. The desk at the chair had food stains on the back. I would not recommend this hotel or ever stay here again!

"Visit to Vassar College/Fishkill/Poughkeepsie Area"
All went extremely well and I was extremely satisfied with the location in relation to Vassar College as well as the hotel service and surrounding area. Will definitely think of you first when I return to viist and/or for my son's graduation.

I ordered a no-smoking room and on entering, the room had a distinct odor of stale cigarette smoke. I am sensitive to smoke, so it is possible that this odor has retained in the furnishings over a long period. Opening the windows and running the room fan helped to clear up this problem. No shampoo was provided. Since I was only staying for one night, […] I didn't bring my own shampoo. I have never stayed in a hotel where shampoo was not available in the room, though this was the first time I'd stayed at an "extended stay" facility. The kitchen was a nice perk: full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, sink, dishes and silverware. The ice trays had even been filled. "Dont Do It"
Hair in the sheets. Rock hard bed. Scary neighborhood. The front desk guy was very nice but that was about it. I would never stay at this place again.

"Extended Stay - very comfortable"
This hotel was a great choice for the price! Very comfortable and clean.
"Convenient but felt grimy"
The hotel itself was convenient for our one night stay, and the room had a little kitchenette which was nice, but everything felt a little grimy. The room smelled strongly of a floral air freshener and it felt like everything had been sprayed to smell "fresh" rather than actually cleaned. Room was clean and staff friendly (although they sometimes looked a bit ruffled). Hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and stores and other sites.
"Great hotel"
Rooms were clean, loved the convenience of the mini kitchen, close to stores, beds were kind of hard (but I'm used to sleeping on a latex mattress). Overall, a wonderful stay. The only thing I would do different next time is bring my own pillow because the pillows were very big and I need a flatter pillow for my neck.

While this is not a high-end site, it's very serviceable, and has everything you need for a low-key stay. I would stay here again.

"Needs Improvement"
We stayed 1 night and were surprised that shampoo was not in our bathroom. This is an extended stay hotel. I would not be happy to find out shampoo was not supplied if I was staying more than 1 night. The soap left my skin feeling slimy. I don't think the rate was worth our stay.

The Extended Stay America in Fishkill was conveniently located near a super Walmart, Dunkin' Donuts, and other food stores. It was a comfortable and nicely kept hotel for the money. The staff front desk employees were pleasant as well.
"Would be great if I could hace talked to front desk"
The hotel itself was great. Clean room. Good sized beds. Nice Layout. The reason for my dissatisfaction with this hotel is that I initially couldn't find it, and I was unable to call the hotel to get directions. This is the first time I've called a hotel and wasn't able to speak to somebody at the hotel. Instead I was directed to a maze of touch tone […] responses which led to an unacceptable, incomplete text message. Maybe by automating their phone system, Extended Stay America saves money, but it's a short sighted goal that will only them customers. I had directions from hotels.com and/or google so I was able to get on the street where the hotel is located - I even knew what side of the street the hotel was on!! - but the hotel is so far from the street, and the signage is so minimal, that I couldn't find the hotel!! What also made it tough to find the hotel is that there are a few other hotels/conference centers mixed in this area, so I didn't know what one to go to. It turns out that to enter the hotel you have to use the same driveway that the KFC/A&W fast food restaurants use. It's not a street - it's a driveway. I didn't know that this path led to anywhere but KFC/A&W. It turns out that Extended Stay is behind those restaurants. That information should be included in the listing for this hotel so that others don't have the problem I did. I asked various people for directions, including workers at nearby restaurants, but they had never heard of the hotel. I decided to eat dinner before continuing my search, and luckily I did as the signs of the hotel were more visible in the darkness. As for the incomplete text message, here are the directions that were texted to me: From I84E take Exit 13 Rte 9 Poughkeepsie Peekskill. Travel approx 300 yards and turn left onto Rte 9N. The room was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location. Hotel personnel was extremely helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Was disappointed that we were charged for internet use, but the fee was reasonable.

My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we visit our friends in the area. We love it, its very clean and quiet. The rooms are very big, there is always plenty of space. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

"Good Room, Great Location, Nice Price.."
We needed a place to stay one night on our way north. We checked in late and still had excellent service. Nothing fancy here but it served it purpose and gave us a good nights sleep at a nice price.
